Pros
The system is a very logical and simple system to both use and train others to use. Anything I need explained is only a phone call away. Steve is most patient in answering any questions I have and always gives answers right away either by return call or email. Very user friendly system and highly recommended.
Cons
I have had no issues with Logicmate and their team.
Overall
This is a great system for either the start up or established jewelry store. It is easy to train new users and advanced enough for seasoned professionals.

' Fairly easy to use (so many features to learn if you choose to use them all)
' Expert staff, everyone there is a computer genius
' Website design and interfacing, we can run our site easily from the software

Overall
Jewelmate is a great, easy to use software.
Most of the jewelers I know here in the L.A. area use it and we're all more than satisfied.

Very user friendly, customizable options and reports, works with every aspect of the business.

Overall
The attention that the programmers give to the system makes for a program that is current with technology as well as flexible to changes. The support that is given by the staff is an invaluable asset to have. Even after 6 years, we are still exploring new features to help our business on a daily basis.

Easy to use. Awesome tech service. Steve is the best! He takes his time and is extremely patient.
Cons
Repair Module--wish it could work with Geller book. Wish their was an easier way to use Stuller with Logic Mate. Wish fields in customer maintenace were longer--like last name.drivers license. Wish could have a box I could check for people not to send newsletters to but to be able to keep their email on file.

Need to add non-A/P checks without a invoice.

Pros
This program is very comprehensive and can be used to accomplish many tasks. The reports are an outstanding feature that make statistical analysis very easy.
Cons
The amazing number of things the program can manage require direction from support help.
Overall
The knowledgeable customer support that is available make this program very user friendly for those of us with limited computer skills. Jewels makes management of inventory incredibly accurate.

Pros
Great flexibility for our business. The web interface makes updating the website a breeze. The sales and po functions are quite good once you learn some of the short cuts. Customer support is leaps and bounds over anything I've used before - great group of people!
Cons
Can be a bit cumbersome but once you learn some of the nuances its a breeze.
Overall
Thumbs up! The customer support is excellent and their flexibility to ensure that the program works to your expectations is a huge plus in our book!
