Pros

basically does the job. Very basic. The design of custom reports was referrd to a third party who was fairly prompt.

Cons

This is my first kennel reservation program.It is adequate, but not great. It is somewhat cumbersome to use, especially in this day and age. Too many clicks to get anything done. The customer service was very slow- 2-3 e-mails before I got a reply, which was usually not helpful at all. When asking for specific items on a kennel card, I was told I was using the program incorrectly and didn't need the info I was asking for (notes, alerts, feeding and medication info). When I complained that I couldn't enter certain characters (# in address cells), again I was told it was my fault and I was using the program incorrectly.

Overall

Don't waste your money.
