Pros

Some software, like many other products suffer from "Feature Glut..." this is when so many features get added that it becomes cumbersome to use and challenging to learn. So the trick is having a software design team that understands and avoids this dubious problem.

The developers at K9 Bytes software get it. Their software, K9 Koordinator is an excellent balance of simplicity and sophistication. I've reviewed PetExec, Petlink, 123Pets and none match K9's elegant user-interface, advanced features and excellent customer service and technical support.

None so far.
