Advisor is a web-based problem solving tool that utilizes artificial intelligence technology to assist customers as a live help desk employee would. The software poses a series of questions and possible solutions to the customer until problem resolution. Using AI, the system learns from the customer's responses to provide better and better advice over time. If it is unable to satisfactorily respond to a customer query, it auto-transfers them to live help.
