Pros
Overall, I happy with my new service. Pantonium's customized application is just what I was looking for....not some cookie cutter approach to managing my back end operations. The graphic userface is also userfriendly which is a plus for new employees!
I also like the blackberry application. It allows me to more accurately bill my clients

Overall
Overall I recommend this product. I have more billable hours and no longer have the problems of software upgrades and server management issues. I also like the metrics I can pull from the database to better analyze business operations,

Pros
Pantonium has really helped to run our organization smoothly. The big advantage we found was that it was customized to our needs. Now it is easy to use since we only have the features we requested and nothing more. It has a very clean look and it kept our costs within budget since we are getting charged on a monthly basis.
Cons
Not many cons...I guess the only thing is since it is customized, obviously the features requested need time to be developed. However, we didn't wait long as they had delivered faster than we expected.
Overall
Great product and with no huge upfront costs, it was a smart investment for us. It gave us that comfort of knowing that if we weren't satisfied, we could walk away with minimum losses. However, Pantonium really delivered everything we needed and it has really saved us a lot time and money.

Overall
Pantonium Legal Management Suite is an excellent solution. The intuitive easy to use interface help reduce the time spent on adminstrative work. Time dockets can be entered very easily with narratives from either the web-browser or a mobile device. This data is used to generate invoices that are tailored to your needs. In addition the calendaring and task management features are designed very well and there is a simple document management functionality tied to the customer management. As Pantonium is a young complany, they are very receptive and provide customization of the product to suit your needs. The subscription model reduces both your financial and operational risk. All in all this is a great product.
