Comments: The product is extremely user friendly. Employees, young and senior age, have no problem using the product to accomplish their daily activities. BillQuick conducts, at no cost, frequent training sessions where participants are encouraged to learn time saving ways to use applications. Employees in their tech department have a deep knowledge of the software. Their goal is to assist in what you want the application do. Tell the tech people what you want and they will get it done. "No problem" is their attitude. BillQuick has the best product at an economical price that I have found.

Comments: Versatility of the product, ease of use, seamless integration with Quickbooks, superior low-cost support and most importantly, the increase in revenues because time capture works so well. I have used BillQuick since 2008 and it just keeps getting better.

Comments: We were using Quickboks, but their accounts receivable was not strong enough to meet our needs. Supplementing with BillQuick was perfect. The two programs sync almost seamlessly.

Comments: Even though we are a very small law firm (two attorneys), transitioning to BillQuick nevertheless saves us several hours weekly. Our time/expense tracking and billing is now streamlined and seamless. BillQuick allows us to reduce our administrative costs by significant gains in efficiency and (just as important) has vastly reduced the amount of manual date entry, making for much happier, more productive administrative staff.

Technical support during our set up was excellent, and very prompt. Being such a small firm, we certainly don't have in house IT support. When I needed help making the BillQuick database accessible over our three networked computers, tech support steered me to exactly the solution I needed, and provided clear, step by step instructions that guided me through the process to successful installation.

Comments: Ease of use for timekeepers on WebSuite and for accounting staff in BillQuick. You can quickly export data to Excel or change parameters on reports. With both reports and on-screen review, there are numerous options to select/filter information. We don't have to contact tech support very often. But when we do, we never have to wait long to connect with a person who knows the product and can assist.

Comments: Our business focus is financial consulting and accounting. BillQuick was recommended to us by another accounting firm as a solution to our time-keeping problem. Prior to our instituting BQE, getting our staff to report their time was like pulling teeth! Now. . , it¿s done, and on time! All of our staff appreciate that the program could be customized to meet their needs and that it is easy to use. They love it. . . and that¿s 90% of the battle!

We do record our invoicing in BillQuick but find that, because of the way we bill, it can be a multi-step process that is laborious and time consuming. However, we do use it so that we can take advantage of the unlimited number of outstanding reports that the program offers. If needed, BillQuick staff will work with the customer to create a custom report that will fit any need. They are wonderful!

BillQuick is a great program! It is dependable, visually appealing and user friendly because the BQE Team works with you from the beginning to customize the program to meet your needs.

Any program is just a program without the team that supports its use. The BillQuick Team IS the program. In my opinion, they CAN¿T BE MATCHED in customer service and support!

Try the program, get the Platinum support package, and hope that you are assigned to Scott as your trainer. If that¿s the case. . . . you¿ve hit the jackpot!

Pros: Billquick lets me program the things I do the most (send bills, receipts, run reports). It's nice to know they're always done right and on time. Also, I put the reports I look at most often on a dashboard, and now I just glance at them whenever and I feel like I have a good idea of how our company is doing in just a minute or two, without having to generate the reports fresh each time.

Cons: I'm not crazy about the appearance of some screens, but the ones I use most often are pretty simple.

Overall: I highly recommend. I thought a product with all the features Billquick comes with would cost a Lot more, so I'm very pleased. It paid for itself in time saved in a couple months. Will buy the 2013 version when it comes out.

Pros: As CPAs and consultants, efficiency and accuracy are imperative since we bill for our services based on time spent working for clients. And as with any business, we want to turn time into money, effectively and efficiently.

BillQuick is our ideal solution to handle our day-to-day time tracking, project management and billing and collection tasks. BillQuick is designed to simplify even the most complex billing cycle, and it includes all the features wanted to record time and expenses and invoice our clients.

The company offers ongoing service and support at an extremely high level and in addition have industry experts in their product development team. BQE Software also continuously strives to improve its products and include features that further enhance the product.

Cons: Request that there be a reconciliation to general ledger accounts of total "wip"

Overall: Fine product, good Company to work with !!!!!!!

Pros: I've now used BillQuick at two different companies for the past ten years. I have been extremely satisfied with the ease of use. The customer service support is great when there are any problems, which is not very often. I recently had a problem with the database - Scott in the Customer Service department was so helpful and helped fix the problem right away.

Several years ago we began using BillQuick to manage our invoicing, instead of only for time-tracking purposes. The company was extremely helpful throughout this transition process. Moving our invoicing efforts to BillQuick was a great decision, as it automated billing and made everything so much easier and more accurate. The solution saved me approximately five days each month.

Cons: I can't think of any.

Overall: I would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing BillQuick to do so!

Pros: Henderson Architectural started using BillQuick in 1999, while I began using this system in mid-2002. With the assistance of BillQuick's customer support and specialized tech support, we were able to run BillQuick more efficiently and to its full capabilities for what our firm needs. In the 9 years that I have been working with BillQuick, I have established an outstanding relationship with them to the point where they know what my needs and expectations are without me having to re-state them. The software has many capabilities, along with Crystal Reports, that allows you to design or edit existing reports/invoices to your needs. I have created special invoices for specific clients, and I am able to tie these invoices to specific projects without having to worry about them printing on the wrong template. The capabilities to tie expenses, activities, employees, etc to specific projects is endless.

Cons: I truly do not have any cons for this product only because if you are in need of something special, feel there should be something brought to their attention or any issues that need to be resolved, you may email them and most likely your suggestion/issue could end up in the next upgrade.

Overall: Even though we do not integrate BillQuick with QuickBooks, this is an option that does sync with ease. What is nice is that you can have endless users working in this software system, independently entering their time and expenses without having issues. I have used many different software systems, and this one is quite easy to use and well worth the price.

Pros: very powerful package for the purchase price. Most modifications on wish list have been met, some have been addressed in the 2009 version. Very user friendly, good security features.

Mike Daniels is one of the best support people, Erfan is also very, very good.

Cons: The defaults on some of your screens could be better, will submit another list to support, some default tab stops, like in CR are not correct, project list still won't open with the default sort order being "alfa" is resets every time to numeric. Expense screen will not hold the project name field as one of the defaults, it drops it each time the screen is closed.

Project managers name should be viewable from the invoice review screen (for collection purposes) what it displays is the person who is currently logged in, not useful.

Overall: Very good, very satisified with 2008, we need some of the enhancements available in 2009, will look at upgrading this year.
