Pros: No server needed. Very good price. Great support.

Cons: I would like cloud, file management and calendar.

Overall: We use Esilaw for an office with 6 lawyers. It's great to use, no server needed and the support is fantastic. Best value.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it and love it.

Comments: We recently switched from ESILAW to ESILAW 360 and the new product is fantastic. It was a very easy installation and migration of our data and the new user interface makes the product so much easier to use. They really thought out how a law firm works and tailored the features and functionality to make every day that much easier to complete. Support is fantastic and really helped us through the transition.

ESILaw 260 - lack of support, dont want to hear about the bugs.

Comments: Regrettably we recently purchased this product only to find that there is no user information, just a another ask for money to provide support. I found a bug where the billing rate for the client wasnt being automatically inputed, as designated, rather ESILAw was using the rate from the line above. They didnt even want to hear about the issue and just wanted money for support. DONT BUY IT!

Pros: Until we can get it to work, none yet.

Cons: Absolutely no documentation on how to use the software.

Overall: We are a small law office that had been use to running esilaw for over 10 years prior to deciding to "upgrade" to esilaw 360. The experience has been nothing short of aweful. From the complete lack of user documentation, to a user interface that doesn't appropriately address workflow of the software, the implementation of the new system into a production environment has been a nightmare. For something that is supposed to save a firm time (and therefore money) needed to manage client accounts, trust accounts etc....in the end, we are beginning to think that paper and pen might actually save us time and effort compared to this pre-beta released software. Absolutely unacceptable to have this out as a production version. The only plus really is the fact that customer support usually answer their calls when called during their stated business hours.

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't buy it. At least wait a couple of years until they have documentation out for the product.
