excellent reports available

some of the functions are difficult to use
search function is cumbersome
forwarding function cumbersome
sometimes it is very slow
updates are extremely slow, and you can't use the program if an update is needed. I wish you could choose to NOT update until a later time.
the "find dealer" function is very inconsistent, and often does not work at all.
Overall
I like this program, and am happy to give it a strong recommendation. The prospective user needs to understand that there is a learning curve - and that the program is not particularly intuitive.
But bottom line, it is well worth the effort to become comfortable with this program.

Pros
Complete, near instant automation. I've been working on leads for over a year and a half by myself. Without LeadExec we would have had to hire 3 more people and worry about human error. The software offers full visibility into lead activity and allows us to run reports that used to take an hour or more in just a few minutes.
Cons
Not the most intuitive, user friendly software. Requires a lot of training and guidance to understand how to make things work properly. Occasionally run into random bugs that interfere with automation. We also seem to run into complications with direct posting leads into our partners' CRMs.
Overall
Overall, I'd recommend it to any company looking to organize and automate their leads process. It has been a great experience for us and a huge benefit to us and our partners to push leads in real time and allow of direct reporting.

As a lead distribution novice I am not familiar with all of the technology that was needed to set up my account. Scott McNulty was superb at helping me through the process. I couldn't be more impressed with his level of support during the set up stage. He was easily accessible via email and phone and was very attentive to my issues I was facing. He is a huge asset to your company.
Cons
none so far.
Overall
I am very happy with the program thus far, can't wait to see the impact this product has on my business!

Pros
A ton features that all lead generators need, but may not even know about. What would normally cost thousands of dollars and hundreds of hours to build is wrapped up into a complete package in ClickPoint.
Cons
Have run across too many cons as of yet. Obviously, you are sharing technical resources with other clients, so there may be some delay in resolving/answering some questions, but nothing abnormal or unacceptable.
Overall
Great product for any company in or looking to get into the lead generation space. With ClickPoint you can get your business up and running very quickly. If your an established company tired of spending thousands on development and maintenance costs, ClickPoint is a great option.

Pros
The biggest pro for me is the easy to use interface of the dashboard. Being able to quickly navigate through screens in an intuitive way helps save time and money in the long run.
Cons
Not web based. No mobile access.

LeadExec and Clickpoint Software in general have helped us quickly to reach our goals as a company and leader in the lead generation space. The product is easy to use and reliable which is critical when marketing dollars are on the line for our clients. Customer Support has been solid and continues to improve during off hours with mutiple channels to address emergencies. I highly recommend Lead Exec as a solution for any company seeking a mission critical distribution system and a passionate team of individuals to help grow your business.

Pros
First and foremost, their customer service is unparalleled. Andre (the customer support director), is a God and if it wasn't for him I would not be a raving fan. There are so many different features and you can do so many things in LE. LE is like the brain of a genius lead generator, it does exactly what you would expect it to do and so much more, some things I never even thought of. We have used about 50% of the features within and love knowing that there is so much more we can do with the system when we're ready to. Reporting is a breeze, finding unique opportunities to increase revenues is very exciting and knowing that help is just a quick email or phone call away gives us great confidence in not just the system, but when speaking to our clients as well.
Cons
At first I was a little nervous because I dont have as much technical expertise as I think most people in the lead generation space do, but it was very easy for me to learn because of the great support team they have. LeadExec is such a robust application and is so feature rich its almost overwhelming at first. There are a lot of settings and it is easy to overlook something that could affect the lead flow and efficiency. You should definitely be computer savvy if you decide to start using the system and it would help if you had experience working with a database of some sort. If the settings weren't burried and there weren't so many of them it would be easier to use, but then you might lose a lot of the supremely beneficial features. Im confident that things will get much better with time.
Overall
If you really want to take your business to the next level, increase your productivity, look like a lead generator from heaven to your clients and substantially increase your revenues, you would be a complete fool to pass this system up. There isnt anything on the market like it.

By far the best software of it's kind. We have used four different systems before this one and all four combined dont equal half of what this system can do! Seriously, we would NEVER use any other system again!
Cons
More taxes to pay from the increased revenue this software has created for our company.
The possibility of my competitors finding out about this program too! I wish I could afford to have exclusive rights to this!
Overall
Incredible! No other word can describe this system! This system has allowed me to grow 900% in the past 4 months. I cant even imagine life without this software; and their support team, programmers/techs are the best around. Do yourself a favor and dont wait around, because at my rate of growth, I will be able to afford exclusive rights to this program.

Pros
We could'nt have asked for a better system. It's by far the best system I have found and/or seen. The system has many features to meet the demands from our clients. Great and experianed customer support team. Have been able to trouble shoot and solve very quickly any issues created on our end. Held our hands during the set up and start up phase. They have gone up and beyond to help make the business relationship grow. The cost of the system is very reasonable for what you get and what you can accomplish with it's use. Head and shoulders above any other software of it's kind. Very reliable as well.
Cons
The only "cons" we could possibly think of would be for novice computer/software users. If you are new to computers or software of this kind, the system can be a little bit confusing and tricky to get the hang of at the beginning; which then creates more calls to the Click Point's support team during the learning process. This would be avoided if the new user is familiar with other systems or has a very solid computer background. If you are not computer savy, expect some learning curve in the first month; which actually turns into another "pro" because the support team dedicated thier time even with us not being well versed in the software world. The support team is fantastic at holding your hand through the learning process.
Overall
Overall Recommendation is very positive. I would absolutly refer others to Clickpoint Software. Once you get the experiance and learn how to operate the system, the system performs fantastic. We love it and most importantly, our clients love it. We can tell that the staff works very hard at implamenting procedures to help the overall experiance. We look forward to the continued relationship.

Pros
I have tested over 3 Lead Delivery Systems, and BY FAR ClickPoint is one of the best, most functional, fully loaded lead delivery systems out there. It's a full service system that is functional on many devices. Their up-time has been 100% since I have been using it. Their Metrics, Reporting, Functionality, Support, etc is beyond impeccable.
Their system provides more functionality that any system I have seen. Their Pricing model is extremely competitive and extremely reasonable. They also have some baked in features from Hot Transfers, to Verification systems that can ensure the quality of a lead on the fly.
Again, this is the BEST system I have ever seen over the last 6 years I have been in the performance marketing space.
A++ and Two Thumbs up

They need to develop a mac version, so we don't need to run parallels
Other than that, they are the best in the market.

Pros
The LeadExec platform offers everything you can think of regarding client management and lead distribution. Not all clients or vendors are the same and the LeadExec platform allows me to treat each one in a way that best fits the relationship. From lead management, distribution, custom posting builds and reporting everything is here.
Cons
Nothing is missing. They have thought of every need and delivered.
Overall
I would recomend this product for any company looking for a fast, effective way to handle all the needs any lead company has. This is an much more cost effective service than trying to build out your own lead management and distribution system.

Has helped take my business to another level. Easy to use and understand. Reasonably priced with No limit to what you can do with the system as far as different verticals is concerned.
Cons
None really to report. Early versions of the software where at times unstable but that isn't problem anymore.
Overall
I would def recommend this system to anybody who is thinking about using a lead management system that doesn't have one now. The functionality is bar none of other systems that I have tried in the past.

The Service at Clickpoint seems to be as important to them as it is to me, they have a system that is very robust and the capabilities and full functionality of what they offer, I am still trying to grow into. It does everything I need it to do, and so much more. There are opportunities within the software that are income producing streams and quick integration that I didn't even know existed until I became a user. I am certain that it will help increase my profitability moving forward.
Cons
I wish they were here in my office with me!
Overall
I would recommend Clickpoint Software to anyone wishing to be able to handle multiple verticals for lead generation as well as the end using service or sales professional wishing to have a lead management system that goes above and beyond the ordinary.
The tutorials are AWESOME! when you are working late and need an answer on something, its just a "Click"Point away!

Pros
We use this software to distribute leads from our website to our worldwide dealer network. It handles this complicated task quickly. The software is very flexible in terms of our distribution logic. The reporting tools are excellent. Our favorite feature is the ability to track the amount of time our dealers take to open a lead once weve delivered it to them. This has really helped us improve customer service and response.
Cons
We ocasionaly have feature issues which the Clickpoint Software people have been very good about addressing.
Overall
I highly recomend this software for firms looking to manage the distribution of leads. The software is easy to use and has excellent features compared to many of the systems we reviewed. The program really allows you to customize the distribution of leads in almost any manner.
