Easy to use, lots of features. Keeps me on track with clients and prospective clients.

Overall
I love this program. I started using it when I was asked by the owners of the company to do some collection work for them. Put a big bunch of data in it and got going. Figured out how to use it myself which says something. My son helped me a little with with the rest. Has definitely had an impact on my business over the last year. Starting to forget what it was like 'before using sextant' in other words. Great program.
