Cons

Needed some customizations to fit our needs, but that was addressed

Overall

Overall this product has taken our lead management process out of the dark ages. We were processing leads through email, which was a nightmare, our forms kept breaking and we had no tracking to speak of.

Since the implementation we have had no problems with our forms, and we can track our leads all the way from the keyword they typed in to find our site to who handled it and how, whether it closed and how they liked their service. Better yet, I can have the system email them when it is anticipated they might need our service again!

We need some pretty sophisticated customizations because we have a very unique process. LeadPro was very responsive in getting these done to our specifications. I would rate the customer service as excellent.

I highly recommend the product if you are looking for a powerful all-in-one system to manage your web leads.
