Pros: Solving core probably of letting leads fall through the cracks.

Cons: Some templates could be useful for people trying to work out what their process is.

Overall: Using Pipedrive to track our leads has taken our business to the next level. As a digital agency, remembering to follow up with clients and nurture leads is the only way to grow your revenue. The old fashion way of just letting emails sit in our inbox wasn't working. We needed something to help us out. A recommendation from a fellow marketer led us to try out Pipedrive and we closed a new deal that week! The integrations with Zapier and Drip are also amazing for automating some of the work.

Recommendations to other buyers: Actually use it! Still takes working the software into how your business runs to have it work for you.

Overall: As a UK-based civil engineering contractor, carefully managing our pipeline of work is of crucial importance. We have previously tried without much success - to track our leads and tenders using a very well-known offline CRM system.

Pipedrive has been the answer to our needs and we wish we had implemented it sooner. As well as being simple to use, it is very customisable. We have been able to configure it to suit the particular business environment in which we operate.

The system is quick, visually appealing and very intuitive.

Overall: We've been using pipedrive for over two years now. It's a great and intuitive CRM built by salespeople for salespeople.
From our experience, teams that work with pipedrive and build their pipelines correctly can have new salespeople generating sales very quickly after starting to work with the system - it's that intuitive.
Couple that with great zapier integration and other native integration and a very competitive price point, this is huge value for money.
We love it.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you want simple but powerful sales tool, that salespeople actually like using - pipedrive is the answer, and the product is constantly evolving.

Pros: The main drag and drop deal page gives an immediate visual overview of the pipeline

Cons: Would like a better way of importing contacts from outlook.

Don't like being billed in Euros. Would like to be billed in £Sterling

Overall: Using a sales pipeline tool stops business opportunities slipping through our fingers. PipeDrive is a nice simple piece of software to keep track of prospects and deals on a daily basis. At a glance we can see who we need to chase, proposals to write and invoices to send. It has become a key discipline driver to make sure we keep on doing the right thing. Without it I don't think we could have achieved the 45% year on year growth in 16/17.

p.s would be nice to be billed in sterling not Euros though.

Pros: Visual, drag-and-drop, flexibility to customise pipelines, stages and fields.

Cons: Having to change " deal" to " Deal" every time is annoying (it's a title so should be upper case).

Overall: I chose Pipedrive not just to manage all my deals in one place, but also to manage practically all other activities (projects) too.

The flexibility is provides to add new fields is SO helpful. Starting a new business, I'm capturing 20-40 new contacts per week - I added fields to each contact (where met and the date) so I can keep track of who's who instead of adding that information to the note for each one.

Pipedrive provides me a single system that is
- visual: clearly manage progression from start to finish
- drag-and-drop: so quick to update stages or move to another pipeline
- flexible: I customise pipelines & their stages titles to set out project progression too
- automated: setting timescales on each stage draws my attention to deals I that require
checking or action taking
- supported: I needed 2 questions answered, and the support was perfect (and immediate)!

I'm recommending this to everyone I meet to quickly and easily manage their sales (and projects) without the need for any great effort or distraction.

I'm setting up sales training courses and will be embedding use of Pipedrive into them: consistently managing pipelines is one of the most important activities for any salesperson.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be really helpful (and really efficient) to have the option to be able to set default values on the fields for new items as they're added. For example. 1. Change automatic additions to titles Change the added text: " deal" to " Deal" or " Project" or " Anything Else" (maybe add an incremental count [number each client's deal Deal 001, Deal 002, etc.] : 2. Having the option to set a field value when adding a new item. Being able to set it to a fixed default value or the last value used (same as the last item added of that kind). E.g. I add all contacts met at an event at once. Having the 'where met' and 'when met' fields default to the last item added would automatically complete them for me every time.

Comments: Pipedrive is the first "CRM" tool I or my company has ever used, and it is precisely the sort of tool that we hoped it would be. We're able to capture all sorts of detailed information regarding each of the many accounts we're managing, provides reminders on follow-up actions with existing and newly established accounts, and much more. Cons: Could use a more powerful report report writer like Salesforce.com

Overall: We are a 10+ person sales organization who switched from Salesforce.com to Pipedrive about 6 months ago. We found Pipedrive much easier to use and the our sales people felt it was much more a tool for them rather than just a tool for management.

The API is a powerful tool and has been key to integrating Pipedrive to our back end systems. We initially switched because of the cost of Salesforce.com but soon discovered that Pipedrive was actually a much better system for us and at a more reasonable price.

Comments: I like Pipedrive. It has a nice user-interface and some integration with gmail. The communication between Pipedrive and gmail is very helpful, but there are some features missing that make it difficult to trust whole-heartedly. These could be easily fixed, but I have no idea when that may happen (or if it's even on Pipedrive's list of To-dos).
1) no syncing of the contacts position or title at the company (this is huge, as I need to know and have to do it manually every time I set up a new deal)
2) Sorts contacts by first name only. What an oversight! It's harder to search for all the Scotts in my database than a last name, which often takes me right there.
3) I like the email syncing feature, but there is no calendar syncing feature. Since not all of my calendar activities/meetings are related to sales, I need to manually update my Pipedrive calendar.
Overall, I would recommend Pipedrive, but I am still actively looking for a better solution.

Overall: So I run a one-man shop doing management consulting and one of my clients started using Pipedrive on the recommendation of one of THEIR clients. Curious as to how it worked (and due to a generous free trial period), I signed up for the free trial, watched the demo, and started plugging in my data on new clients. After only a few days, I knew that this was going to be a core component of my business process.
Perhaps the single best feature on the desktop version is that it prompts you to input the next action on the deal once you've marked a task as done. This little feature is great for someone like me who's not a natural salesperson and who needs a little reminder to input a deadline/reminder on the next step to maintain forward progress. Now I get daily reminders on everything I need to do (synced across all devices), which is SUPER helpful when you're juggling multiple clients/deals.
Also, if you just stay on top of it and use Pipedrive to track your normal sales pipeline, the work is self-documenting. This means when it comes time to review your performance, all the critical data is there on how quickly deals move through your sales process. It's a tremendously helpful and customizable tool at a low price.

Overall: Before I tried Pipedrive, I was worried that it would be another lackluster, half-baked CRM experience. Having tried a number of them, I had been burned and wanted something that would meet my needs as an independent business owner: tracking deals, letting me know who to follow-up with, and storing essential data.

Pipedrive is everything I've wanted and more. Thanks to Pipedrive, I'm regularly closing 4- and 5-figure deals because I know exactly who to follow-up with.

I highly recommend Pipedrive to any Freelancer or Consultant who is looking for a CRM!

Cons: -I would like to have offline capability of the desktop.
-I would like to have my reminders from the iphone link into Pipedrive. I use Siri all the time and put my reminders in there. If I had it link up with Siri....boom....game changer. Even if it linked up with IOS reminders would be sweet.
- I would also like it when I make ANY(not just through the app) phone call prompt me if I want to put it in pipedrive.
- I would like the capability of adding more than one email to the same account. Right now I would have to pay for two users because I have two email accounts for different businesses.

Overall: I have done research on many different CRM's. I had no idea there was so many until I started looking. I checked out 30+ and demo'd 4 and decided on Pipedrive. It just fits right. It is customizable, easy to use, I can use it on my phone and it is helping me keep the big picture in mind. The best part is it is leading to more sales and it is keeping me professional and organized. I highly recommend using this system. I am a real person, not affiliated with Pipedrive and I am not someone getting paid to write this!!! That is what I think whenever I see a review like this. I run a business and really appreciate it when customers give us positive reviews.

Comments: After having wasted thousands of dollars on prosper works rubbish who wanted more money to give us "Sales Team Targets" features as well as being tired of over all lag, we decided to make a change over to pipedrive few months ago. Not only over entire sales team love it but it has also made my life a breeze with instant reports and overall super fast performance. We'll be sticking with pipedrive for many years to come. What I appreciate the most is that every single feature is available even with the very basic subscription and the fact, it's super super fast.

Pros: everything is sync with my google calendars and it is transparent across other sales members in my team, so my daily task and appointments can be monitored. Storing of notes and able to email and put ref attachments to my deals is a plus as well.

Cons: The app could use with a little bit of improvements, in terms of adding the option to be able to do more compare to the desktop version, so adding new deals and task to my existing clients can be easier, by duplicating an existing deal and etc. It would also be nice, if it can detect all the call i make to clients who are within the pipedrive database, instead of me searching form Pipedrive to make a call.

Overall: Lets not kid ourselves, Sales is a numbers game, and when it come to setting up several appointments a day, to follow up task, and to consistently hit your to do list everyday, to bring it closer to the closing is not only exciting, but very motivating. If there is one thing I can say about Pipedrive, is it should be renamed to SaleDrive! as it is sales driven, task & result oriented, and you can see everything in terms of performance to make sense of your numbers and sales conversions. Pipedrive should be a tool that all sales person should use, no matter what you are selling! Its my bible! its my daily bread, its my life. Thank you Pipedrive!

Overall: As a small business, we weren't very good at tracking and chasing enquiries.

Our business is roof coatings manufacture and we sell through a dedicated approved installer network, so perhaps tracking wasn't that important.

However, as our business has grown in popularity, we received enquiries from end-user clients (all business to business), but usually just passed these to our installers - and then forgot about them.

The problem is though, that roofing contractors aren't sales people. They rarely followed up and consequently, we probably lost a lot of sales leads.

We implemented Pipedrive in January 2017. It's now Mid-March and we are currently tracing 25 deals with a combined value of £1,250,000. We wouldn't even have written them down previously! January to March is a very quiet time in the roof coatings industry.

Now, when we get an enquiry from a client, we pass it to installers, but we call them and remind them to chase the deal - AND we chase the client to make sure that they are being looked after by our installer network.

Nobody to date has complained about the follow-up, in fact, they seem to be grateful that somebody is paying attention.

But it's not just those deals we are able to track.

By setting up multiple boards, we can now record all kinds of leads, not just the high value projects we are involved in.

For example, we now track new installer enquiries, professional training course enquiries (we train surveyors) and also "supply only" enquiries we get.

Pipedrive prompts our users (there's only three of us) to make calls and follow up on deals that would otherwise possibly just die.

It took a week to make the decision to upgrade from the free trial version.

Pipedrive isn't the first system we looked at, but it is the only one that has received universal praise for ease of use within the organisation and is the only one we've kept.

Just what the doctor ordered and so simple and easy to use.

The fact that you only have one "owner" for a deal, so that it's hard to value team efforts on a specific deal.

Overall: We use a LOT of different software tools at Atmire. Some are "ok" and do the job but once in a while we come across a tool that really blows our mind. Pipedrive is such a tool.

It's a sales tracking and automation app that we have used to replace our older SugarCRM system. Incredibly quick, extremely well thought of UI, affordable pricing model. Very responsive support. Using it for almost a month now and I didn't find a single thing I didn't like. Only down side I can imagine (and that I read in reviews) is that it doesn't really scale to REALLY big sales teams. But it will be a few years before this is an issue for us.

Recommendations to other buyers: Stop comparing, pick Pipedrive. Now.

Cons: When we "win" a deal, it drops off so we have to create a copy of each deal so that we have something for our Sold Pipeline. It messes with our win/loss stats.

Overall: This is an incredible tool for our company. Pipedrive allows my colleagues and I to see a comprehensive view of each of our deals in real time without having to bother each other for updates. It has helped us to streamline our processes and create an efficient workflow system. Highly recommend!

Pros: Visualization of sales pipeline. It is easy to see which deals are lagging and give them the appropriate focus - or decide they are not worth the time.

Cons: Lack of automation in certain aspects. For instance, we do a high volume of outreach, I would like calendar reminders for follow ups to be set automatically - setting hundreds of reminders is far too cumbersome and not worth my time, in the end.

Overall: Very good software, overall. It has been particularly helpful with visualizing our sales pipeline, tracking overall progress, and organizing/timing each stage of our sales process.

Comments: In general I like how Pipedrive creates a logical flow to managing sales opportunities. It takes some getting used to as it is different from other CRMs. The email integration is a little odd because of the way emails are displayed.i have accidentally replied to an email after trying to forward it. I also had lots of problems importing a simple CSV file of contacts. That was a nightmare. I think this product is ok if you are limited to a few users, but I think they have a way to go to be really competitive in a larger enterprise.

Pipedrive was the clear choice for our sales team.

Pros: Easy to understand interface that anyone can learn in just a few minutes

Cons: Does not interface with our ERP software (Microsoft Dynamics AX) or Microsoft Outlook.

Overall: Our 40-year-old company was rolling out a CRM for the first time. After looking at many of the "standard" options we found Pipedrive. The ease of use won us over quickly and the customization has kept us around. It does not have every feature we would like but you can't argue with the price.

Recommendations to other buyers: I really wish that you could search custom fields.

Cons: There simply are no cons, all pro's

Overall: We have been using Pipedrive since January 1st this year. It has truly transformed our business. The ability to customize process tabs and schedule meetings has driven our sales procedures. The App is fantastic and stable. I have never reviewed a piece of software before, however, this is not a standard crm tool, Drives your business. We hold a weekly meeting and display the dashboard as the main agenda.

Recommendations to other buyers: If it would be possible to integrate a SMS text function. I.e Notification to client's of an agreed meeting time and date, sent one hour beforehand.

Pipedrive rocks!!!

Comments: There are lots of CRM softwares, each with a slightly different take on the world. When people ask me which one I think they should choose, I say, "That depends on what you want to accomplish with your business." Personally, I wanted to spend a year thinking of my business in terms of processes, and Pipedrive reinforces that outlook. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM who also wants to think of their business processes.

Overall: As the largest trainer of factoring brokers in the country and after testing over a dozen various CRMs for our Career Builder training program, IACFB staff selected Pipedrive hands down as our CRM of choice for our program. As soon as we began testing it, we felt it was almost like the team that designed this CRM knew something about our industry. Additionally, the many excellent explanatory "how to" videos provide exceptional training on a system that is already very simple to use and understand. If you are in any type of consulting field, get this highly functional software. You won't be sorry!

Pros: Ability to create multiple pipelines. Drag-and-drop pipeline management. When files are associated with a deal/organization/person, the files are available at the Organization level. Google calendar synchronization Mass editing. Integration with SupportBee.

Cons: Inability to filter by more (and simultaneous) specific criteria. For example, wanting to see specific deal description in a specific pipeline stage.
Inability to search within Notes and custom fields.

Overall: Our business requires us to track many aspects of a sale, not just the "winning" of it. Duplicating a sale to track its various aspects, creating multiple pipelines to manage these aspects, and then dragging and dropping a sale among the pipelines all make it possible for us to track and manage everything in our business easily, quickly, and effectively.

Pros: Drag and drop ease of use, reminder functionality

Cons: Nothing related to this software per se...we found it hard to maintain yet another system.

Overall: Pipedrive allows us to keep detailed information about every sales lead and where that lead is within our sales cycle. We love the ability to create our own unique sales process steps, and the ability to set reminders for follow ups. The drag and drop interface makes the process so easy!

Overall: The ease of use is great. It's intuitive and great to look at. I really want to buy it BUT.......
If you run a report for let's say..........sales leads in £ value.
It miss calculates the value of them.

what happens is this
If you have £10,000 overall sales leads split into
£1000 Lead In
£5000 Quoted
£4000 Verbal Order
the report says you have
£10,000, plus (£10,000 minus £1000) plus (£10,000 minus £4,000) plus (£10,000 minus £5000) giving a miss represented overall figure of £30,000.

My monthly sales leads add up to £148,000 but the report gave me a figure of £543,000 because I have 6 stages and it miss calculates as above for each one. I cannot believe no one has noticed this before so I am left wondering

1. Does anyone actually use this product
2. Do they care it's broken

It's been 7 hours and counting since I told them so let's see if I get any response.

Pipedrive's strength lies in the efficiency of communicating multiple levels of sales information in one simple screen. The main Deals screen shows deal boxes with names and dollar values, and the placement indicates how far along the pipeline each is. For managers, this feature is incredibly useful for evaluating the strength of each salesperson's pipeline. Pipedrive creates a high degree of urgency since deals "spoil" after prolonged inactivity. It is extremely easy to quickly visualize the value of your pipeline and forecast when sales can be won.

CONS
Some utility is functioned in order to make the software easier to use. For example, the more active deals you have, and the more steps in the pipeline there are, the harder it is to see the overall picture. If you have more than three deals with minimal title/description info, they are pushed off-screen and it instantly defeats some of the efficiency that makes Pipedrive worth using. Also, when deals are won, they leave the pipeline, so it becomes very hard to track recurring business or fluctuating sales from the same customer. While you can record very detailed notes in each deal's profile, the information is presented in chronological-list form. This may create a need for another program or database to save data-oriented details about your client. If your industry has a long-term sales cycle with many prospective clients and fluctuating repeat business, Pipedrive will not be the only platform you use for CRM.

Comments: I was running in the same shoe like all the excel maniacs to sort out the daily tasks, clients, requests with several mistaken input and forgotten clients. In summer finally my HD died and I lost all my detailed excel sheets (which is my fault) and was very frustrated.
I was starting to look after some mobile optimised CMR with less success than excel. I was visiting some CMR workshops but my company is too small for them to work with me. What a pity! So, I tried to specify a searching phrase which can give me a good and usable answer and I did it - there was an uncommon but very friendly page with the name Pipedrive.
And I am using it for some months and can tell you that is really really friendly to use and supportive and flexible and areal value for my tiny company's money. Thank you guys and keep on!

Being a consultant who doesn't like to 'do sales', this helps me manage that in a few mins per day!

Comments: I love being able to manage my sales process, the same way that I'd handle a project. Like a scrum board, where you would move tasks from left-to-right/start-to-finish, PipeDrive lets you move possible clients from left-to-right/lead-to-close through the your own sales process. I'm in and out in a few minutes every couple days, and every time I close out an activity for someone in the pipeline, it forces me to create the next one and reminds me days or weeks later when it is time to do that activity. I no longer burn mental energy trying to recall where I left off with a prospect, or spend any time hunting down the last thread of emails to recall who that person was or what I communicated last time, it's all there in my PipeDrive, the emails, my call notes, last time I sent something or spoke to them. The hardest part of PipeDrive, is stopping using it when you close the deal. Then you actually need to move all that, into a project management system.

Thang, Unfortunately, the mobile app is only complementary to the web app. that means that customization is only available in the web app. In the mobile app, you need to be sure you have the last version and that Pipedrive has synced recently. Pros: easy to you use along side your calendar, day to day running is smooth, admin functionality is easy to edit for settings and to mold it to how you want it to work for your company

Cons: Not evolved enough compared to many CRM systems and 2017 needs to bring many features to suit the individual

Overall: The system is quite easy to use and follow but needs to evolve quite a lot as nearly every time I have queried the reply has been 'it is something we are looking to add in the near future'. I have had several issues most have been rectified which has been technical which has been done no issues thank you, but there are several features that need to be added like custom fields for reporting for sure.

Overall: We've tried other software - they are more difficult for a number of reasons. Being a smaller (under 20 person) business we have 3 sales people and need to be able to track the lifecycle of all leads, origination and how they pan out through our cycle. What I like about PipeDrive is the ease of set-up, specifically for your company and ability to define your own pipelines. Another great feature is a ROT feature. This allows a manager to be notified when a lead is not touched or moved from a place in your pipeline after a defined period of time. Helps to easily keep track of who is doing what and if discounts or extra time is necessary to be placed on a particular lead.

Overall: I have had a great experience with Pipedrive's customer service team. They have responded promptly (within 2-3 hours) of every support email I have sent and have responded promptly to replies to those emails. It has been a remarkably easy software to roll out for our field technicians, who intuitively understood how to move deals, assign activities, and view necessary information.

As a multi-site company with a clear division between our sales team and our production team, Pipedrive lacks some functionality that would make it an absolute winner. We are unable to assign custom viewing settings to different employees - making it more confusing for our production team who has to filter through the sales pipelines to get to their information. We also are unable to separate multiple locations into separate teams within the same company. Thus our office in one city in another state has to see all of the content for our other office in a different state. We are able to work around these issues, but would love Pipedrive even more if it had custom view permissions and location settings for pipelines.

The mobile app is remarkably snappy, easy to use, and integrates well with other apps on the phone (Google Maps, Inbox, Outlook, Call Logging). One feature missing is support for uploading multiple photos at one time. Our field technicians have to upload each photo individually.

Overall: I looked at dozens of systems and trialed at least 8 of them, including SalesForce and SalesForceIQ. I chose Pipedrive because it is infinitely better than all the other systems I looked at! It has the perfect combination of functionality, yet ease of use. Its integration with Google Apps for Work is flawless. Navigation is easy. Customization is easy. I have customized activity types, added custom fields, created custom views, and created three different pipelines to fit out business needs. All with no coding or training required. And it is less than 40% of the price of the market leader. I just can,t praise it enough!

Recommendations to other buyers: Go for a free trial. And give it a proper go; import all your contacts, leads and deals and use it for a few days before you decide. Extended 60-day free trials are available: either search online or contact a referral partner.

Pros: you can choose your makeup of the pipedrives to tailor your needs

Cons: inporting lead list into the database is very confusing

Overall: The support staff is top notch and we tried over twenty different CRM's before choosing Pipedrive so, to say the least, we had some concerns but they have really been great and it's probably what I would say will work for anyone who is small and growing

Cons: Reporting tools have severe limitations. Why not provide exporting for reports?

Overall: I converted to Pipedrive from SalesForce-based upon a referral from a fellow business owner. This CRM is user-friendly and has a simply intuitive process to manage deals through the sales cycle. Custom fields are very easy to setup and it does not affect the rest of the database. Pipedrive's support is outstanding as I have continually experienced timely knowledgeable response. The limitation of Pipedrive is its exporting functionality and reporting tools. Pipedrive appears to be designed for internal sales teams managed by a sales manager. If you have to export reports to send to others such as clients or manufacturers it has its limitations. Also, saving your data to export to another system is difficult given the segmentation of the data. Overall it is a great value if your users are internal.

Overall: After missing out on many opportunities for not having a CRM and a sales process for months, I introduced Pipedrive to the sales process and the sales team, magically they started fitting the software to their day to day and sales habits, soon they started customizing the interface to their convenience. Sales management is smoother now and our startup had the boost it needed to close sales faster and bigger, not to forget that using Pipedrive helped fresh sales executives understand the sales cycle and what bottlenecks could be just by using it... Keep it up Pipedrive, cheers!

Overall: Been using our company's implementation of Pipedrive now for a couple months. Easy of use, responsiveness, availability, and features are just awesome.

Recommendations to other buyers: Would love for capable end-users to be able to upload a .csv file rather than manual data entry in the various screens and fields. Lost of the data I capture on from the web and then I must cut/paste bits and pieces into screens and their associated fields. Cumbersome and tedious. I could easily cut/paste much faster, large quantities of data into a local spreadsheet with the appropriate fields and then upload to my user id/ Organizations.

Cons: It's limited - I'd love to see more support for projects, but we have fudged them by using alternative pipes.

Overall: I am a Virtual Assistant with over 40 clients, most of which are on various CRM systems. I always recommend pipedrive to the ones who are most visually-process driven and it's always a hit with them.

Overall: I really wanted a tool that was fully integrated with Google business apps and could offer value without burning up my time. Pipedrive is simple to use and to maintain daily AND it integrates very well with Google Mail and Calendar. Wishlist: store my files in GDrive instead of PipeDrive.

Pros: Speed & simplicity, connectivity between deals, companies and people. Like the one-view of history and the email integration.

Cons: Limited power of email client. Need more control over automation - take back some features from zappier.

Overall: We are a growing company in the construction business. When I joined there was no CRM and a very limited customer database. Pipedrive has revolutionised our new business activity, our process for tracking tenders and syncs beautifully with Mailchimp for our outbound email campaigns.. The team here are not highly software friendly and had never used a CRM, but they embraced this application and were up and running within hours. Customer support has been excellent too. Thanks Team Pipedrive.

Pros: Simple to use. Very little unnecessary data entry and great reminder system to keep in touch with my prospects.

Cons: Can't name any. Could have also some lead generation tool (from Linkedin etc.) integrated into it, but that's a whole different business.

Overall: I have around 100 active leads that I have to keep in juggle at the same time (over 2-3 month sales cycle) and a pipeline is a great tool for that.

Pros: Highly visual, useful, can do the vast majority of actions quickly and easily (1-2 clicks).

Cons: Would be useful if email campaign management was directly added (we use a Zapier integration to manage this currently).

Overall: The user-experience is functional, simple and highly visual, allowing us to effectively monitor and manage our pipeline. Adding, editing and managing is so quick and easy, which allows us to minimize the admin time we spend on a CRM.

Comments: As a mortgage company, we needed a CRM system to manage a number of transactions received and to track what goes on throughout the year. Pipedrive and its cost were perfect. I've found the statistics to be very useful and now we are changing our operations procedures to fit the software. Our current challenge is getting everyone into the habit of updating Pipedrive with all information concerning the transactions. It is a great tool and I wish we can print reports.

Pros: You can build your own pipe line timeing for your business. By putting in your time table for your product or service you know when to follow up with them. It makes you look like you are on the ball at all times.

Cons: This software is called a CRM but it is more of a business tracker than a CRM.

Overall: By putting all of your prospects in the program you remember who and when you need to follow up on. I also lets you know what was said last and what you told them. It also has a place for keeping all of the emails you have sent them.

Overall: I expect not a lot of people will give you a comprehensive review in this field. Either it will be someone who is not really using it, or someone using it and not having the time to properly describe it (we are all at work after all).

I will focus on one thing - the bulk stage edit and automatic emailing update API. Basically, pipedrive lacks a tool that allows me to sync my leads with my Gmail account so that when that first email is sent, they move into the first stage (or whichever). In relation to this, I also would like to recommend installing a more appropriate exporting tool for tasks. I cannot seem to get the emails out of pipedrive for the life of me. There is only this one exporting utility in the general settings submenu (why not on the homepage or under activities?).

Recommendations to other buyers: It's good to keep an overview, but not for in-depth account management.

However, you can for example do this with Zapier and Gmail. So for example when a new email is sent via Google, you can have this updated a deal in Pipedrive, the guys from Zapier can help you set this up if necessary: https://zapier.com/zapbook/gmail/pipedrive/ Currently our team is working on adding the exporting option from the list in your activities. Once this is finished in a couple of months amongst with other updates to the lists in Pipedrive, you will be able to filter your activities and export them out from your activity list view. Email exporting is currently not in the plans. However, since you basically copy your emails from the mail client to Pipedrive, all your original emails are still inside your email client to find. Comments: I needed a simple and intuitive way to keep track of my potential clients. I find with Pipedrive I can do just that. It takes a load off my mind so I can focus on my creative work without that nagging feeling of - where am I with such and such?

The views give me a great way of keeping track of and review deals. With everything in one place, this works great for me.

I thought "a bit pricey" at first, but it helps keep me disciplined about my sales process, so I am making more conversions than before.

In fact, I really did not have a "Sales process" before I started to use Pipedrive. It has been great value for money for me. It really is a great tool for non-salespeople to build a sales process around.

I can not really comment on customer support because I have not needed to use it. The training videos are adequate when starting out.

I have not explored all the features yet. I have not been using it long enough for the reports to be of much use, but I am looking forward to finding some helpful insights to improving my sales process, now that I actually have one.

I have recommended it to friends and am planning to give a presentation in the new year to a local start-up support group with the working title "Turning a Nerd into Salesman - it doesn't have to be painful"

Overall: We tried about 10 different solutions before demoing Pipedrive, this was the clear winner. It eliminates the extra steps and irrelevant information tools like Hubspot and Cloze require and lets us focus on the only important thing in sales, closing. It gives us transparent status into what everyone is doing and clearly shows if we have are behind in certain stages of the pipeline so we can make corrective efforts before it becomes a problem.

Cons: The colours red/green are difficult shades for those with colour per eption difficulties.

Overall: I knew what I was looking for based on long experience and fruitless searching! Pipedrive provides intuitive use, excellent printed and telephone support but most importantly left to right progress across the page (screen) to a logical conclusion. I would like a cheaper email friendly package for single users as we start out on our entrpreneurial journey. The only other improvement I'd like now is a bit of colour control (with a choice of pastel & bold shades to help those with colour perception issues) so I can make red and green stand out on the activity timer arrows. That's it for now, as my business grows I'm sure there will be more questions and equally sure they will be handled happily and professionally as in the past. Pipedrive has replaced a very good CRM and removed all the issues that was creating at a stroke, thank you.

Overall: I have used PipeDrive for almost 2 years. I can't say enough good things about their customer support. They are available to help you quickly, easily and without a bunch of back-and-forth. They answer their phone and the support staff really know their product.

It took a bit of setup (maybe 1 hour) for it to work the way I wanted it to, and it has been well worth it. I manage a sales team of almost 300 people. While I can't force them to use PipeDrive, the ones that do use it are my top performers.

Straight Forward...Customizable... Intuitive... Flexible... Easy to get started... Easier to master.

Once I surrendered my life and schedule to PipeDrive, my job became easy. PipeDrive tells me what to do and when to do it. It is honestly the best tool of my entire business.

Hands down the best CRM in the market! And for the price!? Incredible

Pros: Ease of use and flexibility of reporting. Even being able to label the stages to meet your own business processes makes it much easier to bed in to the organisation.

Cons: Some of the integration features need work - syncing tasks with Outlook calendar seems like a gaping hole but I can work around it.

Overall: I've had the misfortune of having to work with and configure a number of different CRM systems - most of which were expensive, enterprise solutions that took ages to bed in because of the complexity of use.

Pipedrive is by far the easiest to set up with a flexibility to tie into your business processes - not forcing you to adjust how you operate to meet the needs of the platform. And the usability is exceptional. User is king and well done Pipedrive for catering to that.

The ability to create customised reporting is exceptionally powerful and allows you to check how your pipeline is performing throughout all stages. Really, fantastic stuff and I recommend everyone check this out before investing in an alternative.

And the training videos are brilliantly narrated.

Comments: Pipedrive is very intuitive and easy to use. It gives me a great overview of my team's effort to close deals for the company. Pipedrive tracks activities such as calls, emails, meetings and tasks and provides detailed statistics. The best of all is that Deals are in the center of user's attention - everything revolves around a Deal. This way my sales reps whenever they log in to pipedrive see open deals, their value and stage they are in and get motivated to move it further along the pipeline. It really shows that this application was developed by salespeople!

Best CRM for all sized businesses available.

Comments: Being a long term user of CRM programs, the one major let down with other options is the inability to customise the program to suit the specific business. Within the Insurance Sector, items sold are non-tangible products, hence ability to customise the process and items sold is a must. Pipe drive's ability to fully customise all steps leads to it becoming the best solution for businesses.

Pros: REPORTING -- I love the dashboard reporting and how flexible it is to deep dive into sales agents by any specific time scale.

ACTIVITY LISTS -- This is the killer feature. I just put in an activity for next year against an organisation and it then forget about it. It will then remind me on that date that I need to do something.

Cons: Missing Features:
1) Many - many contact relationship. Currently limited to one contact to one site. This doesn't work in my field as many of my contacts own multiple sites with site specific deals.
2) Plotting the customer locations on a map and providing navigation to them. I have to use badger mapping for that.
3) A function that can batch de-duplication. The excellent customer support referred me to a third party provider.

Overall: It's amazing when a little bit of a process change can create a visible improvement to your business. Pipedrive has done that.
Even the iOS app is excellent. eg: If I call someone via the app, after the call is completed it will prompt me to document the details.

Its easy to use deal screen helps me track the progress of the sales force.

But, for me its hidden gems are the reporting and activity lists:

Cons: Can go plenty deep. Deeper than I need. Use the parts you need.

Overall: If you've ever used a CRM not designed by a Sales team, you know the pain it can cause you. Pipedrive is the complete opposite. Everything is smartly laid out, Easy to use, YOU WANT to use it and you'll sell more when you do. Kudos Pipedrive team. You'll pay for it out of your own paycheck if your boss won't it's THAT GOOD!

Pros: Links with Google calender. The Lead dashboard works too.

Cons: Sometimes I have no deal but a follow up linked to a contact name instead. I'm not sure how that happened.

Overall: I like using PipeDrive because it has follow up alerts that can be linked with my Gmail account and Calendar.. so when I have a scheduled follow up it shows up in my email and I get a notification pop up . Really useful when managing 100's of leads in my Pipe.

Overall: i tried several crm, i decided to keep pipedrive because it is easy to use, i don't have to make big set ups, all my sales people get it very quick. and it is not expensive.

Overall: I've been using pipedrive ever since I joined P2Sample about 18 months ago. (we provide global online sample to the market research community - 20 million panelist, 150+ countries). We have about 48 employees working all around the globe. I have experience using Salesforce at my last job. Pipedrive has all the functions I need to get my job done. My title is Director of Client Development and Engagement - basically, I look for new/potential clients. PD has all the tools I need to do this. While Salesforce was good, it was overkill - I don't think I ever used more than 30% of it's functions - those functions are all in PD plus more. Great customisable interface, great amazing support, and, it just works. And it works well. the price per seat is right and won't kill you if your a small company looking for a full function CRM. Very easy to use with a very fast learning curve. I'm a happy camper.

Recommendations to other buyers: Try it, you'll love it, especially if you're an experienced salesforce user. If you've never used a CRM before, more the reason to put Pipedrive on your short list of products to test.

Pros: Statistics and deal moving to another level.

Overall: My job as a saleman and project manager is be on the move all the time. Pipedrive is helping me to get the best overview of every deal I have got in my pipeline. Comments: We use Pipedrive every day! We absolutely believe that it gives us an exponential return on our investment, and would probably not be where we are today without it.

We've been through many CRMs, and even tried alternatives after signing up with Pipedrive, but nothing compares.

Because our business is based on recurring customers, we don't only use Pipedrive to track deals before they close, but we have created another pipeline to monitor customers who have already purchased from us. We set activity reminders to follow up with them based on their previous purchasing behaviour, resulting in quite a loyal customer base that believes we care about them.

It's very versatile and we wouldn't want to do business without it!
