Pros
The SharePoint LMS is our first online learning management system, and it has been great for tracking training attendance and implementing online training modules. I appreciate that our users don???t have to go to another website to use it, and they can access everything through SharePoint. It is also great that supervisors can track their supervisees??? activity in the system independently. Importing SCORM compliant courses is very easy, and the preferred method of engaging online learners. The task ticket system for requests and repairs is easy to use, and the support is very responsive.
Cons
We are a bit limited by having the LMS through SharePoint, because we are not able to access all of the features that other users can. The course creation on the LMS is a bit clumsy, so we use an outside system to create and then import them as SCORM courses. Some of the reports are not user friendly or even helpful.
Overall
It has been a good first system for us, and given the size of our organization (125 employees), it has helped us to stay organized with our training activities.

Pros
You provide a feature rich product solution for storing, maintaining and selling online courseware. You and your staff always go the extra mile to make sure our courses are easily accessed by our clients and to make sure that the GDA On-Line store is complete and easy to use. We have a rather complex system for working with associations, and the LMS and store are important factors in the system. You and your staff continue to delight us with your responsiveness to all of our requests to optimize our system. I could not be happier with your product and support.
The system works without much tinkering! Each of our instructors can add their courses with little or no assistance. It doesn't take admin level access to continue to grow and maintain our library of courses.
Cons
The hand-shaking between the LMS and Storefront has been problematic, but I think that's been resolved.
Overall
The LMS has a very professional, polished look and feel. We chose to work with you because we felt you understood what we wanted to provide for our clients. You understood our needs, and we would absolutely recommend you to others!

Learning-Management.com/Compliance Training Solutions has a very knowledgeable staff that goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met to your satisfaction. They are open to new ideas and willing to find solutions to make additions and improvements to their product. Their customer service is like non other as you receive monthly reports on the progress of all ticket requests and are available almost always immediately to answer your questions. The product of the LMS provides flexibility for companies that is affordable while maintaining high system integrity including options for in depth reporting.
