Pros
Absorb has built a top-notch LMS that has a look and feel that users and administrators can both jump right into and use quickly and intuitively. Over the two years we've been with them, they have drastically improved their uptime, implemented useful new features and have always quickly responded to any issues.
Cons
As the company has grown, they are less likely to work with you individually on pricing, and you're also forced to adopt a more cookie-cutter framework to your LMS unless you want to spend a bit more money for customization, but overall their costs are still fairly low.
Overall
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Absorb to any company looking to expand into the online training realm. We have tried out a few LMS' in the past few years, and Absorb continues to be one of the best in the business.

Pros
Excellent LMS system. Built clean and simple, works clean and simple. This LMS is typically faster than most and is very user friendly. The admin side is also self explanatory and has amazing reporting functions. Many other tools and functions to use that I couldn't find in other LMS systems. Blatant's support is fast and helpful.
Cons
When registering users into separate departments, the enrollment key buttons have a small "cookie" issue.
E-commerce system puts a charge on the course as a whole and can't be applied to just the CME certificate. This can be a little trouble some if your offering free content with an option to purchase the certificate.
Overall
I recommend this LMS system and recommend you host it with Blatant, because you'll receive new system updates immediately.

Being a global company, Absorb Anywhere allows us to distribute system administration responsibilities across regions for a truly localized experience. The team at Blatant continues to roll out new features that are highly applicable to our users.
Cons
We have seen no downside to partnering with Blatant on this opportunity. It's important to work with a vendor that you trust, and Blatant is definitely invested in the success of this project. As they continue to grow and expand their operations, we'll look forward to enhancements to the system that will improve our relationship with loyal users.
Overall
Blatant's Absorb Anywhere platform is the perfect solution for those companies needing to take their training and education programs to the next level. But to do so in a way that's reflective of the brand and conscientious of relationships with users. Blatant has clearly leveraged their experience with academic learning enivornments to address the opportunity to immerse sales associates at retail in the brand story, creating ambassadors ready to sell. And they accomplish this with one of the brightest teams of people with which I've ever worked.

Pros
The Absorb LMS has a very simple interface for learners, that allows new users to easily access and adapt to the system. The system is not bloated with lot of extra features that are seldom used, but rather points users to the most commonly used functions in a clean and simple design. The support team is very responsive with any questions or issues that come up.

Pros
Extremely intuitive and easy to use for both system users and system administrators. Customer support and service responsiveness has been superb. They have been there for us 100% of the time.
Cons
The ability to add custom use, searchable fields is limited at this time. My expectation is that this will be resolved in the upcoming .net release.
Overall
I would highly recommend both the company and their product.

Very intutive and user friendly. Simple LMS - not one of these huges systems where you don't use the majority of the features. Cost effective. Very easy to train staff on. Doesn't require an entire technical team to mantain the LMS.
Cons
I don't really have any. This LMS works perfectly for our needs.
Overall
This is a great product, you will not be dissappointed.
