Pros

Software is basic and easy to setup and operate. My clients love the portals and ability to wire.

Cons

So many issues that I could write a book so i will limit it to the one section of the software that should be solid and is NOT. Accounting section is extremely poor. It is clear that the software was written by persons with NO clue of accounting and it's importance. You waste ALL of your time trying to audit reports or figure out the reports and I have an accounting background so I can only imagine the frustration from those that are not strong in accounting. Further, forget customer service! This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across. At times it takes days (the longest wait was 1 1/2 weeks) for them to respond and the response is always by e-mail and useless feedback. Plus they still don't understand that we cannot stop our business for days or weeks to get an answer so by the time you do get the answer you have already exhausted a day or two trying to solve it yourself. Their claim of 24 hour turnaround on issues is B.S.

Overall

Looking for a new software to replace Propertyware and I then I never want to hear about this company again. They say that they are #1 in the market.....I say they are the bottom of the barrel. If anyone can recommend a good software to replace these clowns please let me know. Target is to replace them by Jan 1st.

It really does it all, and does a very good job. It is a well done software, that runs completely online. It integrates everything, and produces great looking reports

Cons

Customer Support.
The above problem is not the worst part. That would be the ePayments!!! For the love of God do not subscribe, as we did, for three nightmarish months. We scrambled trying to fix all of the errors it created, Our work increased ten fold, and we found out that tech support was even worse when it came to ePayments. We've long since canceled the ePayments, but still find problems to fix. It's a nightmare and Propertyware has charged us and admitted the ePayments aren't working. Their customer support is crap, but what they did with the ePayments, makes me regret the day I started using Propertyware. I probably will find someone else to use in the near future. We currently have 200 units with them, so I'm not looking forward to the hassle of transferring. If they only had customer support I would be fine with all the problems.

Overall

Lukewarm. If they only had customer support, I would say absolutely yes. But be warned they don't value their clients, it least not the ones with 200 units, maybe if you have a couple of thousand?? But, that would be a risk.

Pros

Property portal and marketing for my proepties was extremely easy and a high value added. All the other modulas I used were a cinch to use and very intuitively built.

Cons

Accounting softwrae is good, but needs some more features to make it easier for me to use for partnreship accounting and for creating trial balances

Overall

Best software application of several I tried to manage a portfolio of 735 residential units.
