Pros

It's a good attempt for them at writing a program, there's lots of room for improvement.

Cons

- Worst customer support. I'm calling them right now, and the phone is still ringing as I write this. You get different prompts each time I call, and I haven't been able to get someone to answer the phone every time. If you have a problem, the application help is no help, and you have to pay a lot of money to get someone to answer your question, and they have to get back to you days later.

- Import/Export needs work. I should be able to import transactions with ease, and automate the users job so they can work on other things. Export also needs some work, not user friendly.

- No ability to have other apps interact with Skyline. There's the import and export function, if you can get it to work, but that's it. Let's say someone want to see how much they owe online, you can't view it in real time. Then they pay their bill, it should be able to process everything easily, but it can't. Like I said, you can use the import and export function, but it's not real time.

Overall

Call their 800 number on their website, and get someone from technical support. My phone is still ringing. Do you want to go through this hassle? I recommend using another application.
