Pros

Great for handling my rent stabilized portfolio. I also used it for thrid party mangagment of cooperative units and it makes maintenance increases and assesments very easy.

Cons

Not the most expensive product out there, but not cheap either. I guess you get what you pay for though...

Overall

Would defenitely reccomend. Their staff is very easy to work with and is eager to help.
