Pros
Integrates with Easy Hud, so that you can import entire ledgers (check lists) from a closing and tie it to a matter/lender.
Allows several people (attorneys and paras) to work on the same files at different rates.
Complete invoicing and account reconciliations. Ability to create PDFs directly in the program for emailing to clients.
Customer support is phenomenal. I feel like I have custom software because most of my feature suggestions have been incorporated into the program!
Cons
Does not download accounts like Quickbooks and you will still need Quickbooks for your operating accounts.
Cannot email directly from the program if use gmail/google apps account.
Overall
I do not know how others get through a day without this software. Before I used it, I had Quickbooks for my trust accounting and Time & Chaos for my time billing. I was constantly going back & forth making sure the numbers were balanced whenever I got a payment or deducted something from a retainer - and spent a lot of time fixing mixups when I forgot to log something. Also, I no longer have to re-enter each check from a closing into the trust accounting software, it's a direct import.

Pros
I found the software very user friendly, intuitive, easy to learn use and implement. The staff at easy soft are very friendly, helpful and easy to talk with. They are eager to help in any way possible. I found them open to suggestions even eager to find ways of improving the software and making the reports more useful and informative for our firm.
I think the product is a good value for the money, it does what it was designed to do very effeciently. Timekeeping, Billing, check writing, Bank reconcilation, trust record keeping and much more.
Cons
There is not currently a interface to bookeeping (quick books) firm financial reporting and Tax accounting for the firm itself. I have found a way to export information to quickbooks through excel to do the additional things I wanted. This is from a CPA (inactive) working with and for a number of attorny's
Overall
Overall I would rank the product very High as stated before I think it is a good value for the money. Easy soft tech support and all staff I have had contact with have been most helpful. The training vedios are most informative. You can use them online at your convienance. They are easy to understand, follow and modular so you get what you want and not a lot of other things that are not useful at that moment. You can go back and review anytime you want as much as you want.

Very comprehensive - handles many accounts (matters) -
Cons
Difficult to reconcile with bank statements, but I assume any trust accounting software would be difficult to reconcile -

Would like to be able to classify deposits into and payments out of trust account and then use those classifications in some reports
Would like more reports (or customization ability of existing reports - have not tried to customize)
Would like more user-defined fields

Pros
the program is simple to use and its comprehensive features are very useful for solo firms. Not having a bookkeeper, the program streamlines my collections.
Cons
I found the program had no negatives

I recommend the product for solo pracitioners. Its features are simple, effective and without a bookkeeper, simplify the collection process

Pros
I use various Easy Soft programs, whcih have somplified my practice. Easy Time Bill has streamlined my billing procedures and forces one to become "Organized" in the Business of Law. By using this product, I have been able to improve my billable hours that might have otherwise been lost in rush of the day. As far as the TRUST accounting aspect, what can I say" It is simply a lifesaver!!! In the event of a dreaded AUDIT, the information I would need is a click away. ETB, like all of the Easy Soft products, is extremely user friendly. Also, the customer support is without competition. They are always extremely pleasant and BEND OVER BACKWARDS to help you reslove any issues that arise. I should know, I've called customer support so many times that I am on a first-name basis with many of the people there.

Pros
I have several products from Easy Soft. They include their Time Bill product, trust account product as well as all three of their divorce / family suite programs. My firm would not function properly without the assistance of Time Bi ll and Trust programs. I am not the most computer savvy person around, yet, I use their programs daily, and they improve my firm's efficiency, professionalism, accuracy and appearance. When I require technical support, I am amazed by the support staff's ability to trouble shoot my issues on such a personal and expedient timeline. Any small law firm without these products is at a serious disadvantage.
Cons
None that I can think of.
