Pros

Fast Processing; clear and detailed emails with approval or rejection - especially showing all adjustments made by the client; solid performer with an excellent track record; great implementation team; great support team; easy to use, with intuitive menus.

Cons

Firms cannot see invoice detail or intermediate status.

Overall

Even without seeing the detail between submission and approval/rejection, our law firm lists ShareDoc/AIMS in our top three of e-billing systems (out of the 18 that we use).

Pros

Sharedocs I must say is my favorite ebilling vendor. Heather, which I have worked with since the beginning and all the others.....truly the best group to work with and ongoing. They are quick to resolve problems (even after hours) and quick to respond to anything and have always maintained patience with me. Anytime, I have been ask by clients what ebilling vendor I would recommend, I say Sharedocs. The communication skills your staff has exceeds any others.

Cons

I do not have any. The staff you have make all the difference!

Overall

I would recommend an easy access to see the status of invoices in the same place invoices are submitted. As the billing coordinator is usually the one who has to follow up on the status of the invoices. Also, to see the "approved timekeepers". Some of the other vendors list guidelines for each client. This would be handy to have....However, here again your staff has always been very helpful in providing me with all the needs I have ever came across. But, others expect to have all at their fingertips. As for me, I am very happy with things as they are...Communication is such an important key. Your staff holds the most important key and do an excellent job!
