time entry for attorneys is adequate
Cons
The financial side is a joke. Training is minimal. The only side of this software that is helpful is the case management side for attorneys only. Financially it is like being in the dark ages.

Pros
The biggest pro in regards to Client Profiles is the ability to integrate into our Outlook system. We can still use Outlook just like we did before only now we can link items to cases in Client Profiles. In our practice most items are repeated constantly. Client Profiles allows us to set up "WorkFlow" which steps my staff through the case and automatically assigned the next tasks. It offers document management and even can merge our forms to easily create standard documents. Finally, it is so easy that even our attorneys use it.
Cons
We have not come across a con as of yet.
Overall
I would definitelly recommend Client Profiles to any group who is looking for a comprehensive legal based software solution. It certainly lends itself well to our insurance defense in-house claims counsel.
