Pros
VCO Lend is a powerful system, incorporating much more than fundamental LOS utility. The business intelligence is rich with reporting and realtime data feedback that empowers management with information from which marketing, strategic and employee decisions can be made.
Cons
Thoughtful effort must be given to defining a company's desired workflow and incorporating that into VCO Lend. Once the workflow, with custom statuses, is established loan production and staff perfomance will improve dramatically.
Overall
VCO Lend does a great job in integrating critical mortgage functions into a single, collaborative system, providing each user with an easy to use and practical user interface.
