Loan information is easily retreived
Report formats are very handy and can be modified
Year end duties are simplified with the built in reports
Screens are easy to navigate
Payment processing is streamlined
Cons
When you have many accounts (as we do) loading program can take a bit longer
Overall
This is a program that really meets the needs of loan servicing and management.

Very customizable to individual needs
Customer support is outstanding
Software is affordable
Software is dependable; any problems are dealt with immediately by support team
Golden Omega constantly updates programs to meet new regulations and informs clients of changes
All programs are sold in modules so you only buy what you need for your individual use
Cons
Minor glitches and errors in updates, but they are dealt with immediately when brought to the attention of the support staff.
Overall
I have been using Golden Omega programs for over 17 years, and have watched them grow and expand their products. I am pleased that they have kept up with the rapid and extensive changes in this industry in that time, and rely on them for programs that keep my company up to date and in compliance.
