Pros
Very easy to look up a rate. Takes minimal time to enter your parameters, and results populate within seconds. It doesn't spend minutes processing...they come right up. And the ability to load a proposal into the system, and all results come out in excel...it's a huge time saver.
Cons
The scroll bars take a little time getting used to, but it's no different than getting used to any new software program.
Overall
Catapult is willing to work with us to make changes to QMS to meet our needs. It's not an off-the-shelf, one-size-fits-all approach. And we haven't even taken advantage of all the reporting features of it yet!
