Pros
Very well suited for 3PLs that manage many clients across many industries, need retail replenishment and EDI compliance, have basic kit assembly needs and ship primarily cases/pallets. Customer support is very responsive and accommodating. Integration for data exchange is very tight. Pricing is reasonable and there is no nickel & diming that is common among software companies. Web-based SaaS is great. Reporting is well rounded & customizable.
Cons
Needs some more development on individual unit pick/pack capabilities for high SKU count & high volume operations but otherwise very versatile for both B2C and B2B 3PLs.
Overall
Would not hesitate to recommend.

Pros
The implementation process was seamless, it allowed us for an extremely efficient transition from our old system. The site was very easy to navigate, and very self teachable. 3PL has allowed us to bring more efficiency internally, which allowed us to use our existing staff to take on more business rather than adding the added labor expense
Cons
I honestly and sincerely cannot think of one.

Overall
I would highly recommend this program, in fact we have already sold it off to one of our own customers that is how good it is, in less than 60 days of usage.
3PL has allowed us to create a benefit for our customers, and has strategically positioned our company in the right place for future growth.

Pros
We were looking for an alternative to a slow, cumbersome WMS system for managing our 3PL fulfillment services business. After reviewing and demoing over a dozen options, we found that 3PL offered the the best selection in functionality to meet our needs.
We were excited about the ability to offer online access for our clients and customizing packing slips to match our clients look and feel.
From entering orders manually, importing CVS files, setting up a quick ftp connection to EDI, 3PL offered the most options for getting our clients orders in and ready to be processed.
We were concerned about a SaaS package and speed communicating but performace has been fast, up-time has been incredible and their support team is quick and knowledgable.
Attaching documents to transactions is a great feature and eliminates our need to save file cabinets full of receiving paperwork.
Upgrades being included is about the best you can ask for.
Cons
As a SaaS, linking to Worldship or other desktop shipping apps is not as direct as we would like but I think improvements are in the works for this as well.
Overall
After numerous demos, 3PL's SaaS package is by far the best you can find and with pricing that was well within our small companies budget.
No need to buy and install software, being able to access from any computer, upgrades included. We were shipping our first orders the day they gave us access.
The billing tool is the best to make sure you capture every costs, if your big enough, this tool is probably a profit center in itself.

Pros
The product has been a great solution for us as it's very inexpensive and uncomplicated to implement and run. Our core business is Foodserviec and we did not want to implement a full warehouse management package to run our 3PL business so we looked for SaaS solutions instead. 3PL Central was among the least expensive we found and it has all of the core functionality we need. Customer service/support are excellent. The product is being improved on constantly. Although not the most sophisticated package on the market it offers a strong value.
Cons
Ease of use is not what it could be because of a few shortcomings like not being able to alpha search product descriptions for order entry or reciever entry.
Overall
Great solution for small to mid-sized 3PL providers.

Pros
Ability to manage warehouses, products, orders and customers from anywhere you have internet connection dramatically saves time and money. 3PL is the best investment the a small to med size warehouse can have, it is very easy to use which cuts on training time and rich in practical features that makes it affordable to all small businesses.
Cons
The lack of an auto save feature is problematic omission we hope to see in future releases.
Overall
3PL is the most inexpensive warehouse management tool I have ever implemented, but it's also fast, complete, and straightforward.

Cons
System needs to provide the capability to print pallet labels for inbound shipments with lot and shipment details.
System needs to be upgraded to provide more flexible billing schemes.
System needs to produce a distinct shipping tally for the consignee to sign at time of pick-up.
Overall
Our distribution customers demand a warehouse management system that allows 24/7 visibility of their products, that allows them to send and receive orders electronically and is scalable to meet their future growth plans. The solution for us was 3PL. The 3PL system gives our customers outstanding features but still provides our company with a cost effective WMS solution. The ease of navigation for both customers and our users is a big plus. New features are always being added to upgrade the system. Customer support has been terrific. When we have a problem the courteous staff at 3PL has always responded quickly and professionally. I also like the small business attitude of "how can we get it done together so everyone wins". 3PL has been great for our company and I recommend it to any warehouse looking to upgrade their WMS system.

Pros
Web-based system that is very user friendly.
System is scalable, thus giving us the opportunity for growth, whether we're processing one carton or 100,000 cartons it works.
Cons
We have not had any issues, the support team has worked to resolve any challenges we've encountered.
Overall
Great buy for the small to mid-sized company on a tight WMS budget.
We've certainly got more bang for our buck!

- Low initial investment costs.
- We can give customers an answer in a couple of seconds or they can log in and check themselves.
- Our customers like having the ability to log on and see their inventory status.
Cons
- Turn-around time on adding new features
Overall
3PL's web-based system has kept our initial investment costs down. Our inventory accuracy went from 91% to 99%, allowing us to provide better customer service and avoid expensive errors. 3PL has also provided us with a solid checks and balances system, which was the driving force behind implementing a warehouse management system. We are automatically alerted on all receipts and shipments, so no inventory goes unaccounted for. No other solution out there is in the same league in terms of functionality, ease-of-use, and pricing. We love it!

Pros
Web-based 3PL software is exactly what we need at Falcon. Being web-based, we are able to access our data easily, and our customers are able to view their transactions and inventory 24/7. This fact alone helps reduce the number of customer service calls for routine information. Another savings comes from the absence of upfront infrastructure expense required with site-based systems. Rather than ordering equipment and software and waiting for it to be installed and secured, we were up and running almost immediately. We would not choose anything other than 3PL software for our needs.
Cons
The only thing I could consider a con at this point is possibly the restrictions we currently have with running our shipping labels through 3PL. Although, there are some labels setup, we are not adequate for our needs, so we have a separate program set up where we enter and print our labels. I do know, however, that this issue is before the developers, and we anticipate upgrades in this area soon.
Overall
I would definately recommend 3PL software to anyone in the 3PL business. We have been very pleased with the functionality, cost and customer support. Also, 3PL is always looking for ways to improve their product...most always without additional costs.

-Affordable yet robust.
-Direct access for our clients.
Cons
-Shipping module isn't great.
-Inability to do ad-hoc reporting.
-No current Quickbooks billing integration (but on the plus side, this is something they are working on based on client input).
Overall
This has been a great system for us.
It's very easy to use
The integration was relatively quick and easy.
Almost immediately we began to reap the benefits/efficiencies 3PL Central provides.
The added functionality has improved our offerings & service to our current clients and has also been a great sales tool. The customer service has been very responsive to our needs.
They've been excellent at listening to our requests and promptly modifying the system.
3PL Central has worked great for us.
I'd fully recommend it as a WMS solution.

Pros
This web based warehouse management software is exactly what we needed. It keeps tract of our inventory very easily with sleek reports. They have a billing wizard that allows us to bill for in/out and project work. The system also has a built in bill of lading and allows for UPS/Fedex integration for shipping. So far this is the best technology investment we ever made. Keep up the good work 3PL central!

Overall
I would highly recommend this to any warehouse that does not want to invest $50,000+. In fact we have found this online based software to be fully customizable with a little assistance from their development team so it does exactly what we need it too.

This is great software if you are looking for Third Party Logistic WMS Software. I looked everywhere for software like 3PL Central for our Forwarder WMS Solutions, but not even we found what we are looking for, but it was perfect for our WMS operations.
Cons
If you need to modify any of the system functions, you need to pay for customization programming fee. But I guess it is very normal for SaaS software like this one. Only reason I gave 4 Star is I am sure every software needs more improvement and better solutions.
Overall
Again, if you are looking into 3rd Party Logistic WMS software, You might want to give 3PL Central a spin to try them out. If you are in Forwarding, Warehousing, Trucking business, you should check it out this software.
