Pros
Has eased our workload sugnificantly. Records were kept manually or we used an excel workshett. Information now always readily available. Outreach component has been extremely important in our daily operation. Seniors information can be stored and shared immediately without the need for finding a paper file.
Cons
Sometimes seniors loose their tags or forget to sign in but not something that we haven't been able to deal with.
Overall
Definately recommend
