Pros: UpKeep is very user friendly. It helps track, maintenance workers as well as our aging equipment.

Cons: Being an non-profit we are always looking at costs. Unfortunately the costs stop us from adding on additional people.

Overall: Upkeep helps us better track maintenance requests, and also see what equipment might need replacing.

Overall: As a small Family Manufacturer with a relatively small Maintenance Dept. and various moving parts on a multitude of machines, this app allows us to become so much more efficient by tracking the work order from inception to completion. Extremely user friendly and it far exceeded by expectations for the money. I have seen many other CMMS applications but UpKeep has by far the best value and user experience I have seen. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Do yourself a favor and test drive the free trial.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely sign up for the free trial and you will be doing yourself a favor.

Cons: Chrome. I don't have chrome so I have freeze ups.

Overall: Very helpful and efficient. I wish I didn't need chrome top run it I currently don't have chrome so I have some minor hang ups

Pros: User friendly, quick response, instant task communication to all my team, ability to upload pictures for the team, and much more

Cons: No cons.

Overall: Upkeep improved the task communication in my building. Telling my team what to do and when to do, made all the staff be more efficient. Thanks Upkeep for making such a professional and friendly user app!

Pros: Easy to set up and functions well, the information we have gained from the software have inproved our profits and check back on extra inventory

Cons: none I can think of

Overall: We have used this soft ware for about 9 month works great and they are always improving the quality of the finished product.

Pros: Sends pics right to the work order

Cons: Need to and a tax line on invoice

Overall: Makes great looking work orders and invoices. We use it as a work order system in a rv services department it works great on warranty claims.

Comments: As operations manager for a residential complex of more than 100 units, we have to keep up with many work orders of maintenance and cleaning jobs every day. Sometimes it's a bit exhausting if there is no efficient system to control this aspect. In this scenario, Upkeep helps to receive, process and organize all this work, making a good communication between the client, workers and the manager. The software can be adapted to many different sectors so it can surely be fitted into your needs. There are many interesting features, and though some parts still need to be improved, there is a good support response and constant updates of the apps. It's very recommended to give it a try and see how it works...

Pros: The ability to add the picture and have fine instructions where needed.

Cons: It has to be tailored for my machines and I could miss something in doing so.

Overall: I must be honest. I have reviewed the function and possibilities. I have discussed the use of this app with other maintenance mechanics within my company. They love it and I am excited to begin setting it up for my remote location. Being the only mechanic for my company within a 100-mile radius, this should help me remember scheduled and daily maintenance and preventative maintenance on my machines. I love how it is tailored just for my exact needs. My fellow mechanics in Baltimore want to help me set it up and start running it with it. I have 4 conveyors, 1 heavy duty Shredder with a 100 HP motor, steam vessel, cart washer, compactors and air compressor to manage daily. This app will help to organize my day and prioritize repair needs. I am very very excited.

Pros: It helps show status on current work orders, also captures cost and profit easily. It keeps good communication between my partner and I.

Cons: The form you fill out starts off easy to fill in the blanks, but then ends up a matter of gas work with no way to send the information to someone and no instruction, it just ENDS.

Overall: Thought it would be a great tool for my business partner and I. We tried to fill out a couple of forms with current work orders, entering information line by line and dollar values where needed.
The form seemed to just sort of come to a dead end with no place to send the information to and no information on what to do next. There's no contact information for tech support, and although it seems like a great system we don't have the time to sit down and try to figure it out and explain it to our employees later.

Recommendations to other buyers: This form would be excellent for mechanics field technicians and engineers which is why my partner and I looked into it. You have to understand we don't write programs and we don't want to have to decipher your programs just to communicate. A perfect example !! The questions you're asking below, I.e. Industry, Company size, and how long have you use this product? When you press the select key To answer the question you asked, nothing comes up!!! That's completely frustrating

Overall: Use upkeep at work for maintenance and has streamlined our work orders. The only thing I dislike is not being able to edit a work order once it has been submitted sometimes immediately after to correct any misinformation or location.

Cons: Some of the functions could be tweaked a little. Example the recurring schedules could offer every 1st Tuesday of the month option etc

Overall: Customer service has been great. It seems odd, but they will reach out to let you know what is new and check in to see what questions you have. Top notch from the beginning. The product is great and has replaced much of our paper binders that we used to keep. It is truly a great way to hold others accountable for equipment and to monitor equipment performance and maintenance.

Pros: I like the fact it is flexible and has several options depending on how the user wants to set up his maintenance operation and parts tracking. I find it easily changeable if needed.

Cons: Lately, I have had some issues with the app freezing on both my desktop and IPAD after the latest update. It typically occurs when closing out a work order and adding the updates, time, and the cost sections.

Overall: This app has been beneficial in timeliness and cost-effective maintenance on my equipment. I am currently having a problem when putting in the hrs and cost on a work order. I will be able to put one in then the app freezes on my desktop computer. I will have to close and reopen then it will allow me to finish inputting the data. Other than that, it has been a valuable addition to my maintenance program.

Pros: It instantly lets me know when an assignment has been directed my way.

Cons: It does not let me know who sent the directive.

Overall: Upkeep is a seamless process allowing workers such as myself to recognize when an assignment has been directed my way, to process that assignment and to indicate when the assignment has been completed.

Recommendations to other buyers: If I knew who sent the assignment, then if I had any questions about it, I could contact that person. Other than that, it is a wonderful tool for the workplace.

Comments: We have few apartment complexes we manage and so we use this to keep up on the maintenance in the buildings. We also use it for our office maintenance and other building projects. Work orders immediately send out e-mails to inform others that there is a new work order.

Comments: We are using UpKeep Maintenance Management to prioritize tasks in our maintenance department. UpKeep assists us in assigning tasks to the correct personnel and keeping track of pending tasks.

In our facility growing, live plants the biggest challenge is determining priorities of tasks in all departments. UpKeep assists in prioritizing tasks by importance. Via smartphone allows work orders to be generated immediately. Maintenance manager is able to assign tasks in a timely manner and follow up that each task has been completed.

Overall: Im the Maintenance Manager for a coffee shop franchise. I have over 15 coffee shops in maintenance.
With Upkeep i managed to be more efficient with the repairs, to have complete records on what is happening in the shops, how efficient is the equipment, what im spending repairing the shops and i always know what parts i have in stock and what i need to buy

Pros: Feature set is wonderful. I like the public portal, the EASE of use, and the APPS available.

Cons: Cost is always a concern, but this product is on par with other products.

Overall: Having Demoed over 6 CMMS programs, I find UpKeep to be the easiest to use and the best supported. I highly recommend it!

Comments: We are very happy with the performance of our Maintenance Department now. We know when our technicians are busy in the field, when they are done and most importantly how quick we resolve the issue with for our customer.

Comments: Upkeep is one of the simplest and easiest apps to keep track of recurring preventative maintenance and ad-hoc work order management. The UX takes a bit of getting used to but is very intuitive and had us up and running in very little time. The support is awesome as well... we are now much better organized and all thanks to Upkeep! Pros: It is customizable and simple enough to get in and figure it out. Customer Support is the best I have ever had in my 11 years as a Property Manager. I have used many other larger platforms but this tool is really all we need.

Overall: I was very impressed with the app from the first demo I saw on you tube. This software has helped my Property Management company in managing the program as well as reporting, tracking and reduced our response time greatly.

Pros: This app is very easy to use. Even my husband who doesn't have a lot of time or patience for tracking anything, was sold right away. You can add a photo, assign users and see anything outstanding at a quick glance! There are so many valuable features but it remains simple to use. The vendor is great to work with. All questions are answered right away and they are always improving it and adding new features.

Overall: We appreciated this app/software right from the start. This fits our industry well and could be easily used in many businesses. We track our customer orders from PO to assembly to delivery to invoice. It prevents anything from slipping through the cracks. It is worth the money to easily keep track of everything and provide great service to our customers.

Cons: None. Best application out there for tracking maintenance and equipment.

Overall: This application is the easiest to use that I have seen. The customer service is beyond exceptional, and we have had only one issue since we started using Upkeep approximately 8 months ago. The issue was handled writhing an hour of reporting it.

Pros: I really like the follow up notifications that notify me when work has been completed. It allows me to know when to inspect things.

Cons: I really haven't found a down side to this product.

Overall: This software has taken our work orders from a broken system with many I completed orders to a streamlined and efficient process.

Recommendations to other buyers: The ability to take a pic of what is needing repaired is extremely helpful in communicating what the problem is. I also really like the extra text box that gives more space for explanations or instructions.

Comments: As a Maintenance Supervisor for a 120 bed facility and a Former Marine . Part of my Job is to manage employees , assign work orders, and order parts. With this app I am able to Quickly Export the Upkeep repots to my email and open them up in an Excel spreadsheet. I am then able to organize the work orders , assign the work orders, and know what parts are needed to order within a matter of minutes. I am not physically able to watch my employees throughout the day, but I know when the task are being done with the Upkeep notifications. This app ultimately has helped us with time management . The Owners knows when task are being done. Administration knows when task are complete. And I love that Maintenance team is informed in the matter of seconds. I don¿t know how many times we have heard , ¿We literally just put this on the maintenance report and you are already here. Ya¿ll are much better than the last maintenance guys." Upkeep has just simply made life easier , faster, and more efficient for everyone.
This is a 5 star app all the way.

Comments: Before UpKeep our biggest complaint from staff was that things on the maintenance list was never being completed or that they never knew if it was completed. UpKeep has helped us report faster to the Maintenance Supervisor any concern that needed attention and report back when an item was completed. This app has brought much organization to a department that needed it so much. I wouldn't want to go back to the way it was. Now we don't have any concerns regarding the maintenance department. Thank you, UPKEEP! I would highly recommend this app! 5 STARS

Comments: It has saved me hours on the day in my planning and organization for the next shift. The ability to take pictures and add them to the work order request is a must in my line of work. I have 10 women bosses and the attention to detail as far as things needing fixed is not the most precise. All in all I give it a 9 only because it doesn¿t do the actual work for me!

Comments: UpKeep has been great for our company. We can quickly and easily set up maintenance work orders and report on work done, as needed.
This app was just what we were looking for to eliminate unnecessary paperwork.
Also, support and customer service is very helpful and prompt.

Comments: When looking for new software or apps I find myself asking these 3 questions:

1. Does the app meet our current needs and give us the ability to grow?
2. Is the app easy to use and is the user interface well designed?
3. Will I be able to show others how to use this app in an efficient amount of time?

The Upkeep app has accomplished these 3 things for us and they are very responsive questions. Asset management apps typically don't look good and are not user intuitive. I would highly recommend you check this app out.
