Comments: I have been using this program for over six years now and i really like it . There are some things i need to go over which I may get help with in the webinars you now offer. One thing I have noticed is when I have an active workorder that I need to edit before I hit the complete workorder
field, it doesn't keep my changes so I need to go back into assets to add any changes that way. It would be nice if I could edit directly onto the active workorder , save the changes then hit the complete workorder field.

Comments: the software seems very indepth. In my case I dont think I am using the software to the best of its potential but I am getting there. The software can be streamlined a bit with one or two specific areas that the user would go to make changes or customize a field. Also it would be nice to click on a asset and be able to pull out any info on that asset from any area; asset, tracking, work order.

Excellent for history of maintenance performed on each piece of equipment.
Since we have other systems for inventory of parts and supplies used in maintenance, we have not used the inventory aspects of the product, although they look quite robust.

Comments: We were looking for an off-the-shelf solution to manage work-orders and schedules within our Tool Room. This system fit perfectly for our needs. Very user friendly. We held a few training sessions with Manager Plus and they answered every need we had. Customer Support is very helpful in answering questions along the way. The transition from our old system was seamless. Great system!

Comments: ManagerPlus provide monitoring and controlling of the DC Court¿s Equipment Preventative Maintenance Program. We are using the cloud version of the program and recently added the mobile application. Implementation was straight forward even with over 1000 assets and last month generated over 100 work orders from the Preventive Maintenance Schedules.
There are a numerous benefits that our organization is getting by using this software. We were able to consolidate all equipment information. We successfully used the Work Order module for some time and now are in the process of implementing the schedules and inventory modules.
For the basic user the simplicity of the program does not represent a challenge once is familiar with its layout. From the administrator perspective is a little more challenging but once the assets are uploaded the program offers a number of ways to review the data. Information can be viewed in the screen or there a number of reports that can be generated from the different modules. The reports also can be customized with some limitations. Data can be arranged in different ways but settings are not maintain once the page is reload.
The mobile application is basic and is more challenging to navigate. It should be and option to key in the asset number for review; the only option to get asset information is by barcode scanning. We trying to find out the best way to display work orders and looks like this will be possible by setting up favorites.
The customer support is excellent. Calls are always answered in a timely manner and the operator always provide the necessary information to solve the problem. The on-line support offers a number of videos and training opportunities.
Overall is a great software

Comments: Manager Plus has customer service down pat. Their team is easy to work with, responsive and can speak our language not just "IT lingo". The software as a whole is great and it is light years ahead of where we were before investing in Manager Plus.

There are a few quirks to the system that if fixed would make it much easier for users. An example is, when you scroll to the bottom of a data file, you have to scroll back to the top to use the "next" button in order to progress to the next page of data. The "next" button should be at the bottom to make things more efficient.

All in all, we are very happy and would recommend the software to anyone looking for a maintenance software solution.

27 Months using it. It has some limits to it but over all is good

Comments: As a mid size construction company we purchased ManagerPlus to accommodate our fleet to better understand cost of operation. This product is so much more. It has allowed us to keep track of our assets scattered all over the state of Alaska along with the operational status.
It took a long time to get everything entered into the database but once the bulk of items were entered (we have over 500) it is easy to use and update.
I appreciate being able to contact ManagerPlus customer service whenever we have a question or concern. Truly a partner in maintaining use of the program.

Comments: There are more pros than cons however the cons are more considerable sometimes when small issue or concern is not supported as the customer expect.
Some reports and forms that should be consider it as part of the support however M+ support charge a fee or design fee for that service and I'm not agree with that.
Easy change for M+ people but difficult for users due to the new system and lack of experience, I believe this part of the service is weak and must be reviewed and updated.

Comments: Easy to use. No problems whatsoever with Windows 7 Pro. Great customer service.
Had a problem one time when the IT people of the company I work for changed things on my new laptop and deleted/changed my pc settings/domain name etc.. Took over 32 hours to get everything back to normal (licenses/programs etc.) Manager Plus customer service helped get me back running with manager plus quickly.

Comments: there are a lot of pros thankfully not a lot of cons. the soft ware was easy to get everything up and running, i called support a few times to get some templates changed, everything runs smoothly customer support is always at the ready to help. really the only cons have been not being able to change the templates more, however if i move up to the next level that wont be a problem the system is very user friendly it is helpful to have several ways of looking up assets or inventory or anything for that matter. i am just very happy i went with managers plus for the university's needs and they call here and there to make sure all is well i like that you really cant go wrong here.

We are just getting started and we are delighted with the ease of use.

Comments: I spent two months researching and trying out different software packages from 20 different vendors. ManagerPlus was the only one that met all my needs but was also easy to use and navigate. I have been using the software for two years now and it has worked well. The hardest thing has been getting all of the data entered while keeping the facility and equipment running. Since using the software, I now have a record of where parts were purchased and when they were installed. With weekly cycle counts on my equipment, I know when service is due for routine maintenance thanks to ManagerPlus. When we have a software problem, the Technical Support crew is always friendly and willing to assist in finding a resolution. I would not hesitate to recommend ManagerPlus to anyone looking for a maintenance software package. My only regret is that they don't offer a residential package for me to use at home.

Comments: I have used a version of this program clear back to when it was called Quest 18 years ago. When we switched to the new MP program this old dog had to learn new tricks. Once I stopped to breath I found the program very easy to navigate around in. As good as the program is I would really love the give there Customer Service/Training/Receptionist departments a BIG 10 star! The program is only as good as the people you work with after you buy it. NEVER EVER have I had a bad experience with them. They have ALWAYS been so professional, kind, and very patient with those of us that struggle to work with a computer. Love, love, love the program and really appreciate the staff.

Comments: Once there was a lot of data stored on the program the system slowed down and froze often. They upgraded the system and haven't had any problems since then. When printing work orders, assets etc. you need to hit 4 different print buttons. Seems that could be narrowed down. Once an asset has been made it can't be changed so you need to delete and start over to make changes to the initial set up.

Manager+ was one of the few CMMS packages out there that still supports a software client installation with an option to host the database on our own server. Most of the competition now only offers web browser based systems that are often clunky and slower to load, plus many require costly subscriptions with cloud-only licensing schemes. Manager+ licensing strategies are all very straight forward, and while they do offer cloud hosting and a browser based interface along with a client option, you can host the database on your own server to avoid the subscription costs. The client interface runs quickly on a average PC, plus its intuitive and easy to learn without being watered down. Manager+ offers informative and helpful training as an option that is well worth the cost. Their tech support has also been top notch.

Cons:
On the flip-side, their "notify" module provides automatic e-mail notifications and reports which can be useful, but functionality is admittedly very limited in capability since it operates only on predefined templates, offering nearly no opportunity for customization. Only a few of the templates can be sent to non-user email addresses. I'd really like to see more customizable e-mail notifications along with the ability to send any report automatically to any email address. I'm told that their plan is to continue to develop this fairly new notify module, which is good news since it's the only real weak point of the product.

Conclusion:
We spent a lot of time evaluating the pros and cons of Manager+ vs. their competition, and for our needs, I'm totally confident that Manager+ was a great choice. All things considered, I've been very happy with this product.

Comments: Pro's; like the ease of use and the flexibility of the software. Like the overall screen that shows what all the work orders and who's working on them.

Con's: Take a long time for the tech's in the field to get the e-mails to tell them they have a new work order.

Also the tech's have to manually sync to get work orders quicker, yes we have them on auto sync but takes too long.

Would be nice if you could create a work order from the asset screen.

Comments: 1. Our techs are looking for the work orders that are complete on their ipads and when they can't find them they think they lost it totally.
2. After every transaction they make, they have to sync it which sometimes becomes time consuming.
3. For some reason, I can't upload there certificates. It's grayed out and won't let me. I'm an administration and should have that permission.

Comments: I am the maintenance administrator for steel erection and maintenance company that specializes in Frac Sand Plants. I vetted a number of different CMMS companies when I first took this position to decide which software was the most advantageous and economical. We purchase our software in March and have executed over 6000 work orders and inspections. There was a bit of a learning curve for my guys in the field but I have everyone trained and executing work orders and inspections with ease now. One of the features that helped us out was the ability to execute work orders and inspections with the mobile ap without any data connectivity, which was a big plus when operating in plants that are out in the middle of nowhere.

Comments: With our plant having so many different aspects to keep track of from our truck line to basic building maintenance this software has helped me keep track of what we are getting done and what is coming up which helps me plan the week for both shifts.

Comments: The application is set in an easy and intuitive way for the user. 1 hour of exposure got our maintenance person up and running to use the program with a breeze. Even though the software is targeting shops and maintenance tasks, we are using it for factory and facility equipment maintenance purposes. Serves this purpose just fine as it is a repetitive task. One thing to keep in mind as end user any software application is really about reporting abilities. You can extract many reports from this software. Once again however, what you put in is what you get out. As long as you remember to enter a few entries if not everyday every other day it could simplify and organize your tasks in a better manageable way.

Comments: Using Enterprise version at 40+ locations

Application is relatively easy to use.

M+ Tech support is very good.

Need further development to do such things as, copy from a field in a form and paste elsewhere to search, Vendor module needs to be globably viewable instead of by entity.

Biggest issue is that the application is client based. We are using SCCM to push out the application to 200+ users throughout the US and Canada. We had to create our own uninstall process to the provided install file to do upgrades. We do not provide admin rights to users out in the field on their PC's. We currently have 3,000 PC's out in the field that IT supports. We do not want users downloading non business applications/programs to the company owned PC's. ManagerPlus needs to make the install file go to the ManagerPlus Folder for download and not the Windows Temp folder. If to the MangerPlus Folder, we could then change our group policy to allow rights for download from that specific folder. So, the current process is quite painfull to develop and push to allow upgrades out to all users.

Comments: Manager Plus is an outstanding maintenance program which is easy to use. It includes all the necessary requirements for a successful preventative maintenance program. You are able to set up assets and track their repair history with work orders, attachments and notes. The scheduled maintenance part of the program has immensely improved upkeep on our mobile equipment. This is an excellent program with outstanding technical support and training by Manager Plus.

Comments: I think Enterprise is a good product, very flexible for different applications
Need a little more support in getting some reports I need to show the State and Federal auditors
Have sent some request and questions into ManagerPlus and have had some responded to and some not (My mistake of not keeping better documentation on the request), will in the future.
Just attended my first training class, helped us a lot, but class didn't do everything that was advertised- No bar coding and not enough time on PM schedules which I stated on my evaluation sheet. The trainer did a great job with the class she had, but either the class should have been a beginners class or and intermediate class.
