Comments: We complete thousands of drug tests, hearing tests, medicals, noise assessments, air quality assessments and other services each year. We operate a professionally staffed clinic and several mobile units that travel to multiple cities in Western Canada. After 3 months of trials of 7 different products we chose Mhelpdesk to be our main software system for all of our administration. We initially converted our existing 1000+ Customer database to Excel and then imported all of the data to Mhelpdesk in two phases. We have been running all of our operations through Mhelpdesk since July 2013 and have been very satisfied with both the product and customer support. We have converted over 25% of our bookings to online bookings where our clients book the appointments for themselves. Many of our clients prefer the convenience of immediately viewing our availability and being able to book online as is found in the airline and other industries. We are able to completely modify the appearance and content of our online calendar, email templates, invoice templates and estimate templates in Mhelpdesk which allows us to create a unique product for our clients. We previously booked appointments in Google Calendar and followed a never-ending chain of emails to track our client¿s requests. Now each service order (ticket) is unique to a client¿s request with the estimates, log notes, messages, work orders, time tracking, and invoicing all joined by the unique ID for the ticket. There are many software companies that offered this service to us but none were as cost effective or seamless in their integration with Quick Books. Our clients are happy. Our accountant is happy. We have more time available to interact with our clients. Things are good. The ability to login to the dashboard from any location using a laptop or smart phone provides us with the necessary flexibility in our industry to remain extremely competitive. The mobile app for our technicians gets better with each new release as new features are added. Over the last 6 months Mhelpdesk has upgraded their software several times to meet the needs of their clients. The transitions to each version have not been without unique hiccups but every time we contact Mhelpdesk they immediately assign staff to correct any issues to get us on the right track. Comments: We used this product for a time before being bought out by another company and liked how easy it was to use. The app for iPad was handy and I liked the option for signatures after completing a ticket on site from the iPad. I would recommend this product.
Mhelpdesk can come up with a new and interesting title that closely relates to the system.

Comments: In my opinion, Mhelpdesk is an amazing product that has all the functions of a cutting edge technology of modern times. It is way ahead of all other software's present in the market today. What makes it more distinct is it's vision and the ability to implement all that the customer's ask for keeping full scope of future road maps.
What I feel is a little tricky is the ease of use, sometimes a new user is stuck with the work flow. Things are more simpler when one starts using it but initially it takes a bit time to enter and sink into the system.
Cloud computing is the in-thing that works the best with Mhelpdesk and the way it syncs data via iPhone, Android devices to the web system is amazing. Gcal is another coolest new feature introduced in the system.

Comments: MHelpdesk has been an entrical part of how we function daily at RAM-Tech PC Solutions. We found ourselves burning time with our old system and it needed more tech time than what we could offer our actual customers. Comments: We have been using MHelpDesk at our Computer Shop for about a year now. It replaced our hand written work orders and has made keeping track of jobs much easier for our staff. There are still a few features I would love to get fine tuned like integrating client assets into new work orders in a more efficient way but the time it saves and the access to customer data is wonderful. Which brings me to how MHelpDesk saved our day recently. We showed up at the shop and all seemed fine. It was kind of quiet, the phones were not even ringing. Then a client walked in with a new repair and told us they had been trying to reach us by phone for an hour. I picked up the phone and there was no dial tone. I then tried to log on to MHelpDesk but there was no internet. It turns out that our provider of Internet and Phone was having a big outage that lasted almost the entire day. I pulled out my Android Phone and was able to create the new jobs the rest of the day and when our shop internet and phone came back up we pulled up the jobs and printed the work orders to place with the equipment. In addition to that MHelpDesk support has been very quick to help us with situations that have come up since we started using it. Thank you for creating a very good system.

Cons: Would love to see it have a POS system, BUT I understand they are working on one as I write this review. Otherwise, no complaints.

Pros: Simple to Use
Easy to Train A New Employee to Use
Can attach documents to tickets
Easy to add new customers
Even though we won't be using it for this feature, you are able to generate invoices
Easy to keep track of open tickets, closed tickets, etc.
Cons: This is a web based program, therefore if your internet is down this program becomes unusable.
Overall: We have customers all across the US and we have various service companies we use to repair their swimming pool equipment when necessary. We needed a software that was simple to use, could generate reports, and obviously dispatch service tickets. The modern and simplistic interface was just a plus. Overall we would recommend this program to any company who would like to stream line and simplify their service process.

Pros: After trying several different things throughout the years of being in business, from using invoices2go to zoho to even trying to program my own solution, to simply sticking to paper and ink, I finally discovered mhelpdesk. I gave it a try and was confused at first, but with the way they let you try the software, and when you get a chance to actually use it in the field, you can see just how invaluable this software is. I currently use it in a store as well as an on site solution with my ipad. This is the best product you will find on the market for service oriented businesses, or as mine in particular, Information Technology oriented.
Plus these guys are interactive with their community base and are constantly pushing out updates to improve the product for their clients. They take the users input and they run with it and make magic happen!

Over the past year I have continued to watch them grow and add new features. Even in the past 60 days I have seen a ton of the requests actually put into the software which I have not seen any other software vendor listen to their customers like this. I have only been fully using this software in my business live for the past week but have saved so much time in the processes and procedures along with impressing every one of my clients when I have them sign my iPhone or iPad for the service order or invoice.
-I look forward to the new improvements that Mhelpdesk adds every few weeks.
*Other than waiting for the new features like POS (Point of Sale) with inventory management or interface to Quickbooks Online!
Overall: I have been in the computer technology business since 1986 and have used a ton of different software programs to run the business. I have wasted over $30,000 with the last two major software programs one was an ERP application that was just so buggy and just took too much time learning and keeping the software up and running I dumped it after using it for 1 year. The latest software program was recommended by several other technology companies as it is a PSA software but it just takes so long to do a single service order and then the process to get it to an invoice and then to the accounting application like QuickBooks was just a joke. (Almost a total of 20 clicks on different buttons and screens for each job).
I can now run my business while on the road at customers or remotely at my home office and am much more efficient and professional looking doing away with paper!

Pros: I've used other similar products and Mhelpdesk just works, its not something that I need to waste my time managing and I can focus my energy on my clients. The integration with Quickbooks and the simple User's Interface provide a great user experience. And the support staff at Mhelpdesk are always willing to help and quick to respond.
Cons: Every system has its cons or things you wish worked differently. I wish it integrated with a couple of other services that I use, but its not a deal breaker.
Overall: I would highly recommend this service for any IT consultant, large or small. Its a company with a goal that stands by their service.
My first enterprise software - if I can call it that

Pros: Easy to use. Can I just say that our office manager has a little trouble with technology, but she has taken right to this, and loves it.
Access. I can access my info anywhere. This weekend I was in the mountain and hopped on my iPad and was able to pull down some needed information.
Affordable. At first I didn't like the thought that I was going to pay for each one of our guys that we needed to track, but it really isn't bad, in fact, I feel like it is a great value.
Customer service. We have had several one-on-one training sessions with Ryan, and he has been great. Very patient, and always accessible. They are even willing to add functionality as we suggest things.
These guys really do want to make a great product. They have a ton of different individual users, and keep striving to add functionality to make the software more user friendly and better. Love that.
Cons: Hmmm...I am waiting for it to be comparable with QuickBooks online, but I know they are working on it.
That's all I've got.
Overall: I looked at a bunch of systems when I decided to move to an online, cloud-based system that would help us run our business more effectively. Spoke with a few of them. I wanted to work with a smaller business that would service us well, and that could grow with us as we grew. I have been very happy to have found MHelpdesk.
We run a residential painting company, and have found it tremendously helpful to put all of our information in one place. We are still in the process of moving everything over, but that has been at our own pace.
My suggestion to anyone thinking about this to take plunge, take the 30 day trial, but to actually try it. See what it is like to use it for at least 3 weeks. You will not want to go back to the endless spreadsheets. I know their are bigger companies out there in this space, but they will not treat you like these guys.

Cons: None that I can think of....its a great company
Overall: Let me start off by saying these guys get an A+ for support. Anytime I have an issue (which is very rare and is usually user error) they respond immediately and have me up and running again. The helpdesk solution is great for anyone in a service field. It especially works wonders if you are in the IT/computer business. I have compared the features and pricing to other competitors and these guys definitely offer the best value. They are constantly putting out updates and new features based on customer requests. Pros: I cant pin point one thing, ive been looking for something like this for over a year and even tried to setup my own in house system, (1) The customer portal (2) being able to print job sheets with the custom fields (3) Embed booking form on website (4) being able to track equipment (5) pricing is down to earth, a small business can still afford to get off the ground (6) Time tracking (7) preset settings for service's (8)the clean gui and ease of use and much more.... Ive used software specifically designed for the pool industry and they just don't compare to MHelpdesk

Pros: I love how easy it is to create a task for each individual customer and then go through every step from start to finish just by clicking a button.
Cons: I wish the website layout was a little easier on the eyes and easier to follow. Its not hard now I just feel it could be made better. Also the grouping of clients and jobs should be a little more defined.
Overall: Great program. Works perfect for my on the go company. I'm never sitting in front of a computer so, I can take care of all invoicing and estimates right from my iPad or iPhone while I'm out on the job.

Cons: 1.Weak was a POS program but Mhelpdesk understand what we want and need and are working on that. And the way they move on things I would bet it will be corrected soon.
Overall: I have tried and or purchased just about every kind of software out where. Just trying to get the right program for my computer because we have a store front and a service department I have not found a program that works for us. Ether they are a POS or they are designed to work with a service dept. so I been using three different programs to get it done. Then I came across Mhelpdesk. I looked at it, tried it then looked at it again then decided not to purchase it because I wasn't sure if it could replace the two software package I was using. I finally had enough and decided to make the move to Mhelpdesk and I'am glade I did I went from 3 programs to 2 programs and is all working fine for the store front and also for the service department. And the way the program sync the invoice, deposits, inventory to Quickbooks is excellent. I would highly recommend it. It has diffidently saved my company time and money.

Pros: My Engineers love it, so they use it everyday
We have replaced 3 other well branded expensive systems with Mhelpdesk,
It has allowed us to capture over 15k in billing that otherwise slipped through our billing process.
It so easy and quick to step, we have recommended it to 3 of our partner companies who have all taken it on-board as the main ticketing/support system in their companies
We have actaully changed our whole business process to fit with Mhelpdesk rather than chage Mhelpdesk to fit us.
The Mobile app and signature capture has resulted in Zero invoice rejections from our clients.
The support is second to none, every request is handled in a timely and professional manner. They never make you feel like the dumb customer
Cons: Problems interfacing with the Irish Version of Quickbooks.
We could due with Multi VAT rates as an option on invoices.
To be able to have different ticket entry screens would allow a greater deployment to other divisions within our company

Cons: -have had a few server access issues that where caused by external companies or service providers. These have made the system unavailable for a period of time during the work day.
-tech support advised of available work around and updated on status of repairs taking place.
-downtime was minor impact and communication during was great.
-would be nice add on or option to have app/program operate as standalone on at least one onsite PC in the office during these times.
Overall: this application has increased our profitability and the monthly fee is minor in relation to what we save on time filing out paper work and manually processing estimates with excel, work order via paper and billing through an admin staff member.
we don't lose work orders, no billing gets missed, no techs forget about the jobs of the day.
by far and away the best choice our business has made.
I highly recommend the product and endorse it as a must have for any service dispatch company.

Pros: Works great for what I needed, has great support (some of the best I have ever had), and really does a good job of making things easier if you have a ticketing based system of any type. The support system is very accurate and they will keep you informed. We have even gone to the depths of video tutorials from the creators to help us (the users) and from the users to help the support team understand what and when we need things changed. Updates are regular and your opinion COUNTS with is the most important thing to me. If i need a special report and can get enough of the users to agree soon enough a report with more options than I asked for will be here.
Cons: We don't have enough users on the forums sometimes but I understand that some people love it as is and have no need to request mods or special developments to accommodate there business. It lacks in inventory management right now but that is a feature that we have got put on the road map which means its in our near future :P
Overall: I would recommend this software to anyone who needs more than what you can buy in a box like quickbooks. These guys are great at coming up with clean ways to implement solutions that the group of users agree are needed. Cheers to you and the trial is free to start so try it out. Cons: - some browsers don't remember login info (I would say this is just a browser issue, but I have this happen with the Mhelpdesk iOS app as well
- no other cons I can think of!
Overall: We have a small service business (10 employees) and had a need for a product with an intuitive interface but without needing a big learning curve or lots of IT support. Mhelpdesk really works for us.
Our folks can access and update work orders, estimates and do invoicing from the desk, iPad, or smart phone. Also, when a new call come in we are immediately notified by email.

It takes your web leads and displays them on the software console, so we no longer need to go check your email 5 or 6 times a day! This will cut our responce time down to and increase sales.
I seen this in action as I was learing to use the software, I filled out a form on there site, expecting to have to wait sometime I left the room to get a cup of coffie only find myself rushing to the phone with an empty cup catch the phone.
Cons: I wasted my time thinking about the cons and can not think of a single thing I would have changed.
Overall: This is one to sing about!

Pros: Mhelpdesk has helped our technicians stay abreast and current with our customers ever changing systems. We support a lot of healthcare, retail, real estate and residential. We now fully rely on Mhelpdesk to manage and track all of our work. As with any application it will not be perfect to start but the support is phenomenal and the listen to what we the users want and consider the changes before giving an instant "No". We plan to continue to use them and grow our business.
Cons: The only con for us would be the iPad app but it's better than nothing.
Overall: I would highly recommend this application for any service professional looking to have less worry about hosting your own CRM or tracking system. We looked at several solutions and decided to run the trial and never looked back.

Customization is flexible for almost any industry
May seem small but I really like that this software runs with Google Chrome. Everything else seems to have issues with Chrome.

Data entry is really easy, but it's also easy to accidentally create new customers by mistake.
Overall: We switched to MHelpdesk from Autotask. We really like it much better. It's much easier to use, the iPhone app works much better, and the billing process is way easier. It also allows us to capture customer signatures on invoices in the field - something Autotask never even tried to do.
I would give it 5 stars in every category, but that would mean no room for improvement. There are a few areas that are being enhanced, so I give it 4 stars for "meets your needs" and "feature richness". I give them 5 stars everyplace else. The product support and response time from the company is fantastic. Two thumbs up.

Pros: It's affordable and reliable. So far we've had 100% uptime. I also like that it's web based and I can access it on my laptop or phone. Support is outstanding. I've called and emailed and have always gotten prompt support. I also like that I can customize the interface by adding my own form fields and labels. The android app works flawlessly. I think they also have an iPhone app.
Cons: None so far.
Overall: I recommend it 100%. It is the best application to control your team and your customers satisfaction real time.

Pros: Customer Portal, Quickbooks Integration. Web-based, hosted. When the software doesn't meet a need perfectly support will typically make the change quickly. Support is phenomenal. COST!
Cons: I'd like it to track time better which was a major need of mine. But every other feature I wanted was there. I have a request in for time tracking changes which I think will be implemented.
Overall: Like the Review Title says. I have tested over 40 different applications, some that cost hundreds per month that didn't have as many of the features I wanted or needed. Highly recommended. It continues to evolve and the support team is eager to make it perfect for all.
Mhelpdesk keeps my shop organized

Pros: Before using Mhelpdesk software we were using an old program that no longer worked on my new computer and had no support available anymore as well as a paper scheduler and paying an employee just to enter repairs into our computer. Now, employees can enter repairs directly into the computer and schedule the repair in one easy step. I am thrilled with how organized it makes our shop. Tracking repairs has never been easier. I don't utilize all of the features that are available but I can only imagine that if you did the whole process would save tons of time and money.
Cons: Getting it set up took some time, but that's true of any dynamic software program. Now that it's set up properly and we've been using it for a while I wouldn't go back to my old program. Nothing bad to say about it.
Overall: Awesome program! I love that it's on-line. We won't have to worry about losing all our data if our computer crashes and I can access the information any time I want. I can log on at home in the morning and see what my schedule looks like for the day. It's super easy to use and helps you stay organized in ways that other programs don't. Also, it's very affordable. Even the smallest shop can afford this program. No excuses anymore to not be organized and present a professional appearance to your customers.

Pros: MHelp was so easy to install and start to use. The training session was easy to understand and Vincent was so helpful during the start-up process. He listened to our needs and taylored our MHelp for what we wanted. All of our employees were using the system the first day and there are not many questions about how to use the system. If we do run into questions I can easily email customer service or call and I get a quick response or assistance until our questions are answered. We have never experienced any down-time. Also the price is very reasonable.
Cons: I don't really have any complaints. Any time we have a question they are always very responsive. We have run accross some system features that we would like that MHelp does not have, but they are minimal and for the price MHelp is the best choice for us.
Overall: I would recommend MHelp to a business that needs assistance with organizing their issue tracking. I believe that MHelp is a good choice for a company that wants an issue tracking system at a good price.

Pros: Very easy to use and implement. Excellent for tracking service details and fixes and compiling customer data.
Using MHelpDesk has increased communications between the members of our tech team and managament, increasing productivity, follow-through and customer satisfaction.
Customer login feature very useful for clients which like to be on top of the services we are providing, and viewing tech feedback/notes.
Fantastic tech support whenever I've needed it.
I also like the ability to customize the console so we can use it as another means of advertising.

Pros: As a long term client of mhelpdesk (since 2007), I want to say that your company name definitely says it all.
I am very pleased with the efficient service and helpfullness of your staff. Any time I had an issue, your service
answered all my questions, sometimes over and over. There has been constant updates to the program, and training
videos available, which really makes it great to go back to when needed. Your company is the first, when given
suggestions, to really have technical people consider them, and sometimes even initiate the new ideas into the technical program.
It has been a great pleasure to work with a company so dedicated. I am looking forward to even more changes that can personally

Cons: There are no recall periods, when an existing customers doesn't appear six, or twelve months down the road. But I understand this is in the works. I don't have excel or the other program suggested so exporting my customer list to my label maker didn't work.

They are constantly looking to improve their software...so they actually listen to what YOU have to say! Try this with any other software company. Don't forget the cost...it is somewhere around .30 cents a day per person for this indispensable business tool. You can't afford not to try it.

Overall: this software has made my life a ton easier. I used to work on an access database and i would constantly have to worry about fixing things all the time. The database would go down. I would get errors. I did not have the extra man hours to be worrying about this. its important to me not to have to worry about these kinds of things. They should just work and mhelpdesk has done that for me and saved me way more money in man hours alone trying to solve an issue on my server. now they solve issues for me, but needless to say i have only had 1 issue and they took care of it within 15 minutes...The best customer service that i have ever experienced for a service such as this. I highly recommend any one in a service based business from, mechanics, lawn services, cleaning services (any appointment based services) to use this software to keep track of invoicing (yes integrates with quickbooks too) scheduling, customer information, details of jobs done and to keep track of what employees do.
