Comments: I have share my thought and concerns and so far no one has told me to bug off . Your staff has always been helpful with every task; whether I like the results or not! Some times no is no. So far I have not been dissatisfied by an member I have spoken to, you all go out of your way to help. I have to admit I am not a huge fan of the chat program but it is growing on me. Nothing bets voice to voice, I know I know I'm old school.

Comments: This company, and their software, is by far the friendliest and most useful I've come across in my hunt for service/repair software. They all seem to genuinely care about the customer, and you're left with the impression that they take great pride in helping their customers succeed. If you are using, or looking to use, software to help with a service/repair business, I highly recommend talking to them. And, unlike other software companies that try to trap you into long-term commitments, Mhelpdesk has no contracts, no hidden fees whatsoever. The subscription is on a month-to-month basis, right from the beginning. Not that I can imagine anyone wanting to leave.

Word of advice: beware the companies on Capterra that opt out of letting users leave reviews. There's a reason they don't want people rating them. Without naming names, if you are asked for a paid trial, READ THE FINE PRINT CAREFULLY! The contracts that you 'sign' by agreeing to the paid trial can be binding and very costly.

Comments: I have been using Mhelpdesk for my medium sized cleaning company here in Phoenix Arizona for the last 2 years, and have to say that i am very impressed with the ease of use and affordability of the software.

There was no large upfront cost and no "upselling" of software capabilities like many field software companies out there. It was easy to set up, it's easy to use, and the biggest perk is the low cost. I have 20+ field techs and MHD helps keep the communication strong between my office and the techs, and if any challenges do arise the customer service team is quick to respond.... At no extra cost.

Comments: If you asked me back in August what the cons are with Mhelpdesk I would tell you that it is to much work setting things up. However I look back now and I am forever grateful to the staff of Mhelpdesk. I have learned things about my company, my operation and my own flaws that I never would have known until I switched to Mhelpdesk.

When I switched over to Mhelpdesk in August is when after 11 years in business I started to make a profit. Hands down having all of your information in real time will open your eyes! There staff is by far the most well trained. There personalities amazing! If they were going to sell a product that teaches you how to find, hire and train staff I would invest everything I have into it because Mhelpdesk is Golden!!!!

Comments: When we are using software to support our business the most important aspect is customer service. A lot of products are great when their working how they're supposed to, but when you are having problems you need them fixed now not in a few days. This is true especially for the service business where what we do depends on staying on time. If you can't depend on the program you are using to have the support that you need when you need it than you can't really depend on it at all. A few unhappy customers and little word of mouth can cost you big money. That's why for our investment there isn't anyone better than mHelpdesk. The response to issues is unparalleled from what we've seen as well as their dedication to constantly improving on their product. They are relentlessly improving on mHelpdesk so if you thought you liked it yesterday, wait until tomorrow. The simple truth is that any product that remains static, while technology is evolving at the pace it is, will fail. So for all of these reasons I've listed and for many more that I can't mHelpdesk is the best possible choice.

Comments: Having never worked in a service management role before, I was nervous to jump right into my company. During my first year, I learned the ways of our day to day business practices in which we utilized a carbon copy paper system to develop our hand written work orders that contained 3 pages; One for the customer, one for billing and one for our records. Though this system was working adequately, I couldn't help but feel as though there was room for improvement in the aspect of efficiency. As it was, The office would receive a service call for a unit, in which that call would be dispatched out to a field engineer. Once on site and the problem was fixed, our engineer would complete a report and then leave a copy with our customer and save the remaining two for our office staff to complete which would be brought into our main office at the end of the work week. When I began the search for different Service Management software options, I continually found that many systems were either too expensive, or had more features than we would ever need to use.

When I came across Mhelpdesk, I used the free trial and to be honest, I didn't utilize it to the full extent just because of the amount of information that we needed to input, but something that really stood out was the customer service experience. Anytime I would reach out to the happiness team, or sales teams, they were more than flexible to work with our timelines, and all of our questions. It was then I knew this was the company I wanted to bring to my superiors and really sell to our office team to really work on switching over too.

Once we made the decision to begin implementing Mhelpdesk, this task was extremely difficult in the fact that we service an entire region with hundreds of different units. Working with the Customer Success team was a LIFESAVER. Our Success coach was Aubrey, and she was amazing. Extremely patient and always prompt with all of our meetings and phone conferences. She really worked to make our transition as seamless as possible. Still to this day, she has helped answer questions that I have had here and there. We are really looking forward to the new version and new features to come out that I know will really help our organization excel that much more!

Comments: We adopted the use of Mhelpdesk in the 1st quarter of 2014 and were traditionally using QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions to run our business. This included tracking our customers that required service work which had little flexibility for us to track equipment records including the service results against that equipment.
Mhelp came along and provided us an opportunity to create all the custom fields we needed to track our customer service plans and results with outstanding results. While we are still growing with Mhelp, and patiently waiting for improvements in the equipment tracking arena, we are overall pleased with the leap improvement to our business that we have experienced in ways of efficiencies. The strongest area is the ability to create jobs for our employees to work and report against providing documentation of work performed to our customers.

Comments: Pros - web based so I don't need to setup a server. Fairly fast. Can record equipment data. Smart Phone app and quickbooks integration.
Cons - the app is clunky and I've had an issue that two support calls didn't address. I feel they don't understand the problem which leads me to think they don't understand the product fully. Timer entry doesn't allow for enough data in my opinion. I need to use logs/notes which creates the need to use two different tabs to view what I have done. The timer consistently adds or doubles the time if I don't use it just right. The quickbooks integration doesn't work for me as I need and it scares me to use it sometimes.

Overall - I tested dozens of products to serve my needs and I almost gave up before I found this one. I feel it will only get better with age.

Comments: I have searched for quite some time for a good work request/time recording system that will prove to be cost effective and save me time. Yours fits a few of the requirements that I have for such a system - key words being "a few"... I have attempted to discuss this with technical support previously. I learned very quickly that your organization would prefer I change the way I do my business and match how you think I should do my business, rather than build a product that is flexible enough to enhance my organization and, in short, make me want to use your product and recommend it to the many clients I do work for.

There obviously is some value for me to use your software. If I had to place a percentage on the amount of your application that I am currently able to utilize for my business, I would say it's less than 10% - probably in the 5% to 6% range. The ONLY reason I have continued to use your product is because I have a few customers who log their own support requests. This is a convenience for them.

I applaud you for taking this step to find out what your customers think of your product. I hope this is a step in the direction of making your product of more value to your customers rather than to your bottom line, which from the outside looking in, appears to be the current goal.

I've taken the time (of which I do not have much of) to put together a quick "off the top of my head" list of pros and cons.... Only because you asked.

Pros of mhelpdesk:
1) easy to use interface
2) my customers may log their own requests
3) affordable monthly cost
4) quickbooks interface
5) customer import feature

cons of mhelpdesk:
1) force use of invoicing feature
2) no ability to generate custom reports
3) no export of time reports
4) quickbooks interface
5) no calendar of "work performed" (similar to a google calendar)

I am a small shop... For one employee, it would take me a day and a half (~12 hours) to invoice one month. This is unacceptable. For the month of January 2015 I did not use your system for billing. I used google calendar to keep up with time worked, exported it to a spreadsheet, imported into quickbooks - this took ~4 hours. Still longer than I wanted, but, I didn't waste an entire day. Your system costs me more than the monthly fee you charge.

Comments: I run a computer repair business from a home office and I am also a stay at home father. Time management is very important to me, and Mhelpdesk makes it possible to check in customers and track all my work, while also providing an easy to use customer database. Mhelpdesk has allowed me to ditch the paper forms I used before and it was very easy to customize and add new fields to the forms. Now I check in every customer with a tablet using the Mhelpdesk Android app and even get customer signatures right on the tablet screen. When you are the owner, technician, scheduler, customer service, accountant, purchaser, and everything else, having a system I can access with any device from any location is a huge time saver for me.

Comments: Before Mhelpdesk, our business was very inefficient. All of our work orders were printed on paper and our daily route sheets were paper as well. Once the work was completed, we had to wait sometimes until the next day before we would see the results of the work completed when the tech turned in the paper, And in some cases 2 or 3 days if the technician was in a remote area. This made us look very unprofessional to our customers.
After Mhelpdek, we now operate very effectively, with precision. All of the work orders are real time updated from the technicians mobile device at the job site. This has allowed us to operate more profitably and with less errors. Many times, there was questions from the customers about the work performed, now with auto emails that are sent to the customer real time, those concerns are no longer there. The customers receive an email every time a job is completed, with detailed info of the work completed and they can even log in and see before and after pictures.
Bottom line, Mhelpdesk has greatly reduced our front end office work and has made our field technicians more effective, which means as an owner of a small company, the focus can be more on growing the company and not stuck in the office shuffling paper.
I highly recommend this product for a small service business. I have a degree in IT and I have done my research looking for a good solution. I can tell you that Mhelpdesk and the team behind it, has the mindset and fortitude to keep their software a mile apart from their competition, not to mention, its priced very reasonable.

Comments: We use this system to manage job status while providing field techs easy access via smartphones. Works great in this respect. The system is fast and easy to navigate.

Not functional as a estimating/proposal generation system for our type of business.
The invoicing function is also not useful for us either.
We wish they would add a detailed and customizable Customer Equipment section.

Comments: I've asked for the ability to search the notes field within tickets. This is HUGE as this is where I store copious notes on solutions to problems.

When you post a payment, it would be handy if the payment ID displayed beside the payment. This is helpful for tracking payments when they get to Quickbooks online.

Would love to see scheduling integrated with Outlook. If contacts were also integrated (only clients) that would be awesome too!

Comments: We switched to mHelpDesk over a year ago, and it has paid for itself many times over by saving us thousands in billing mistakes. Prior to mHelpDesk, our techs were using a simple time tracking software to track billable hours, and our billing person would then have to manually enter everything into QuickBooks to invoice the customer. That manual process took a lot of time which led to severe delays in billing. The situation got so bad at times that some customers wouldn't get billed until several months after a job was complete. Embarrassed, we would sometimes just choose not to send the bill at all, meaning lost revenue. Thanks to mHelpDesk, our techs can now invoice the customer immediately when the job is complete and even collect payment right away. No more billing delays, no more lost revenue. Using the export to QuickBooks feature, we don't even have to enter everything into QuickBooks anymore. mHelpDesk does it automatically for us! We tried several other helpdesk solutions (many big name ones as well as a few lesser-known options) before giving mHelpDesk a try, and mHelpDesk is by far the best fit for our needs. Comments: So before mhelpdesk, we would create hand written invoices and then have to re-enter them into the system and then we would send out another electronic invoice. This created a lot of work but made it so we didn't forget about billing a client, which happened more then I would like to admit. A lot of time was spent at night and not with my family having to do the "paper work" that went along with having my own business. With mhelpdesk, I enter the work once, I submit it via email immediately and even better yet, I have clients paying me on the spot. i also have more time in the evening now. Not to say that I don't work at all, but now I know I don't have to get all my billing done. This is only touching on just one of the great things about this system. We have been able to track clients better, organize our schedules easier, it's even been great having a record of who has paid what and when. I actually went into the system the other day to received funds from a client and noticed that they missed an invoice. I resent them the email with a follow up note, they responded and apologized for missing the payment. Mhelpdesk just helped save my company $312.50 that we may not have noticed before. Comments: Mhelpdesk has saved my bacon documenting things time, after time, after time! The integration with my phone has been great. When I was running my PC repair business, it was great for each customer to open up work orders through my website. After transitioning to small business solutions, the portal worked great for me to create transparency with critical members of businesses I service. I transitioned recently to low voltage installation... and again Mhelpdesk was a perfect solution for a work order system. I recently had to take over my family property management company which has some new construction projects, and guess what? Mhelpdesk was the perfect fit!

I've referred many of my small business customers to Mhelpdesk because they have been such an amazing in-house solution for me. Most importantly, the QBooks integration made things a no sweat system. Comments: I've been using Mhelpdesk for years now and I could say it has removed the hassle of administration for running a business. By using Mhelpdesk I stay focused on the task and not on the paperwork. It allows me to seamlessly integrate the tracking of work, notes, time, invoicing, and customer information into the day to day activities. Many businesses find at the end of the day the day is far from done. They spend time entering time, recording notes, creating invoices and so on. With Mhelpdesk, because I can track this information on the computer, on the smart phone as it is being done when I complete a job I am clicking send invoice right there and then and all my notes have been entered.

What this boils down to is when I'm working I'm doing billable time and when I'm done I am with my family and having fun! This is technology living up to the expectation we all assume it would do to make live easier. A big kudo's to Mhelpdesk for creating such a wonderful app!

We used to use outlook calendar, which was decent when we had small amount of data. however, as our business growing we are gathering more and more customers and data, this old system can't support it anymore. We constantly loose our data and it got really slow to put in our appointments.

So we started to research other options, we did quite a few trials with many other systems. Mhelpdesk stands out, because it has very straight forward system. It's very easy to learn and easy to maintain. In addition, it has many options for us to customize our calendars. Now we have a very good calendar and no longer need to worry about loosing data or miss appointments. We will be continue as a customer for sure.

Comments: We provide specialist hardware and technical solutions to our client's. As the business has grown, we deployed ever more intricate systems to record various aspects of daily work - quotations, site notes etc. However the administration involved in maintaining / updating all these disparate systems became unbearable. We realised the more complex our service management protocols became, the less we used them and so we began to disappoint our customers. Not good for a service provider!

I believe that business' are as idiosyncratic as their owners; consequently I felt the concept of a "golden bullet" to manage all business processes is bogus. Nonetheless, Mhelpdesk is the nearest thing I have seen to a golden bullet. Okay so the interface looks as if it's design cues came from Windows '95, but the platform is both reliable and fast which I rate above aesthetics.

From the initial demonstration to a little technical support, customer service is as good as I have experienced anywhere. I would highly recommend Mhelpdesk to anyone looking for a "field service" solution as it has already revolutionised the way we work.

Comments: It takes forever for support to get back to you. I'm still waiting (for over a week) to hear back on some of my questions. The filters for viewing tickets aren't very good and it seems that not all tickets make it to Mhelpdesk when creating on via email. The scheduling tool doesn't work at all for me since you can't filter which tickets you can see. Having the reminders show up everywhere (before it's time to remind you) is very frustrating as well, especially since it shows up in the schedule.
It does work great for the IT team who use it as the basic helpdesk ticketing system. The only issue we have there is that they can't see other people tickets (one of the things I've asked support about, but haven't received a reply).

Comments: Life before mHelpdesk was a nightmare. It was a chore just to keep track of all my customers, work orders, notes, etc. I felt like I was spending more time trying to stay organized than I was actually getting work done. Billable work!

It took me less than one full day to go from Trial to full paid version. It was that much of a change. Everything was just so easy and intuitive. I was able to get up and running with almost no training. The few times I did have a question or needed more info, their support team was prompt and informative.

I can't say enough good things about mHelpdesk. It certainly made my computer repair business a life time customer.

Comments: Overall the product is solid for Field Service Management. However at the end of the day when you're back in the office you need to run reports. This is where the product lacks, significantly.

There is EXTREMELY limited ability to query data dynamically nor is there any method to query and report on Custom Field data. You are limited to a generic set of reports which output generic predetermined fields. This has been enough to get us along, but I definitely want to see improved reporting in the future.

Comments: I manage a bee removal company and I personally did a trial with 6 different service software (some of which were from specialized pest control software companies) before trying mHelpDesk. MHelpDesk blew all of them away. I found it easy to sync with QuickBooks, easy to customize, easty to navigate, and the customer happiness team were absolute rock stars setting us up. I also had the pleasure of training my entire company, some of which are NOT computer savvy whatsoever. Everyone learned the software and app easily and I heard the phrase, "This is a pretty cool system!" from nearly everyone I trained. One of my favorite improvements to our workflow is that all pertinent documents and information is part of each work order, i.e. the invoice, the payment, any attached files such as signed approvals or pictures of services rendered. This means no more getting up and searching through file cabinets for information. It is all at our fingertips, which saves SO much time. Overall, after 9 months of using mHelpDesk, we are thrilled with a superior scheduling software.

Pros: I love how the happiness support team cares so much about their customers. I have had a few issues here and there and they work so hard to get all of the kinks ironed out for me. I know I'm in good hands if I should need help.

Cons: No cons, just a wish...I would love to have a detailed materials used per work order report, as I submit monthly pesticide reports. I wouldn't be surprised if mHelpDesk makes this happen in the future, as they always are striving to improve their product.

Comments: Our business had grown to the point where the typical administrative tasks such as work order management and invoicing were becoming cumbersome. Concerns regarding slowing turn around times on invoice creation and the potential for lost or incomplete work orders drove us to begin reviewing electronic based work order management solutions.

Early on we reviewed building something custom (time intensive), running something in-house (just one more thing to manage) or finding a web based service such as mHelpdesk.

Many of the competitor solutions were comprehensive and included many desired features however most seemed overly complex (requiring a longer learning curve) or were priced to be more expensive. We learned about mHelpdesk through a web search and several listings on software comparison websites.

From day one we found mHelpdesk a pleasure. Our sales rep was extremely helpful and patient with us as we evaluated the software and asked MANY technical questions. After signing up we coordinated with several additional mHelpdesk staff as we integrated our QuickBooks accounting into the system and imported in our necessary data.

To date we have found mHelpdesk Technical Support to be responsive, typically responding to our emails during the same day, and have always been polite regardless of whether we call in or e-mail our support topic.

The mHelpdesk system also allowed us to easily customize many features in the system such as:

* Custom work order status categories (ex Closed - Ready To Invoice)
* Custom user groups for assigning work orders to more than one person
* Custom work order forms for specific tasks such as maintenance or virus cleanup
* Custom "Steps to Fix" field for recording just the solution
* Custom very detailed equipment forms

In short order we were able to expand the work order system to our sales staff as well. This not only allows sales to monitor the status of a work order but also allows our support staff to assign a work order back to sales when there are additional upsell opportunities.

Lastly, we appreciate how mHelpdesk provides their customers with an easy way to request new features and to check on the popularity and status of those new feature requests. We look forward to continuing to use mHelpdesk in our business and are excited to see how they will enhance the product with new features in the future.

Comments: I've tried a lot of different products to keep myself organized and streamline my paperwork. I wanted something I could take with me on-the-go and easily access my job tickets, create estimates and deliver on-the-spot invoices. mHelpDesk is by far the best I've found.

Before mHelpDesk I spent at least a few hours each day trying to catch up on invoicing and typing up my job notes. Time is precious. I'd rather spend that time with my children than play catch-up with paperwork. Now I have more time to get things done and enjoy my life.

With faster invoicing, better organization and centralized management mHelpdesk has exceeded my expectations and requirements.

Pros:
Invoicing: I can create and send invoices immediately. The result- I get paid 10 times faster:
Efficient: My support tickets and estimates can be converted directly into invoices. I no longer have to re-enter information.
Organized: It's so easy to start a support ticket, schedule the job (automatically adds it to my calendar too), enter information on the job, close the ticket and send an invoice. All this can be done from my phone in minutes!
Customer support: I couldn't be happier! If you ever need any assistance you'll get the joy of dealing with one of their "Customer Happiness Specialists". They really do a great job and work quickly.

Cons:
Quickbooks: I still need to use accounting software to keep my accountant happy. The good news is that you can sync your Quickbooks with mHelpDesk in a few clicks.

Comments: My business partner and I have been using Mhelpdesk in our telecommunications business for about three years now. We had searched for a long time for a product that was easy to manage, affordable, and that enhanced our customer relationships.

We tried the "server based" solutions, spending thousands of dollars for a complicated product, which also required us to budget for "maintenance fees" so we could get support when bugs were discovered. Although we tried several solutions, none met our goals for ease of use and low cost of ownership.

When we finally discovered Mhelpdesk, we couldn't believe how simple it was to get started. Not only did it provide the features we need for scheduling, assigning, and billing projects, it also integrated closely with our QuickBooks accounting software. We were able to import tons of information and use it to populate our Mhelpdesk account data.

As our needs changed, we challenged the folks at Mhelpdesk to solve several problems in workflow within our business by adding features to their product. A prime example of this occurred when we asked Mhelpdesk to provide a way to automatically assign and notify technicians when a service ticket came in for their customer. Within two months Mhelpdesk had refined the added feature, and now ALL Mhelpdesk customers are able to make use of it.

Dollars always matter with a small business like ours. With Mhelpdesk, we get the whole solution set, but only have to pay per user. This results in minimum cost for maximum capabilities.

Perhaps more important than the dollars is the frequent positive feedback we get from our customers about how easy it is to do business with us (because of the user-friendly branded interface Mhelpdesk provides on our behalf). They like being able to enter a request online quickly, and being able to see past tickets, etc. They see doing business this was as "hassle-free"!

Overall, engaging Mhelpdesk has been one of the best business decisions my partner and I have ever made. We highly recommend it!

Comments: As a user the interface is an extremely useful tool. There seems to be all of the services I need to conduct business. However, the flow and look of the GUI needs some major overhauling-especially the mobile version. It would be wise to give your GUI a more modern look and feel. We went from an unorganized desk full of stacks of paper to an incredibly structured online system from which you can estimate work, email work orders to field crews, monitor their progress in real time, monitor their quality of work, email invoices, receive payments etc!!

Comments: When I first opened my small IT firm, we were blessed from the get go with multiple clients. But multiple clients mean multiples upon multiples of network assets to keep track of.

We heavily relied on Excel spreadsheets to keep track and Quickbooks notes for service ticket accountability. Keeping track of all that was a separate full-time job in itself.

Comments: One of the features that sold me on Mhelp was the ability to pull a report daily and see a summary of the time my employees worked. Before Mhelp I would get a daily email from 5 different employees in a different format, manually type it into an excel spreadsheet, and then manually log it into our payroll system. It was tedious and a huge time waster. Now I simply pull a daily report and log the hours into our payroll system. Not only that but since Mhelp tracks what job they were at I don't have to worry about tracking it somewhere for my billing. I didn't want to just change the Service Location address to accommodate this request, because it would effect any work orders i would need to make in the future. I saw a drop down box within the invoice that had the customer and a contact. I selected the contact who needed the invoice mailed to his address. Once i selected that i went to print the invoice and mail it out, only it was printing the main customer's address, not the selected contact address. I called into Support this morning and talked with Brittany, she quickly understood my situation and request and assisted me with modifying my template to include the "Bill to" field rather than the customer location field. Once i made that selection i was able to print the customers contact mailing address perfectly, just like i see in the invoice. My problem was quickly resolved in under 5 minutes.

Comments: We have been searching for an integrated solution for our service-based business for a long time. Many companies say they can provide what you need, but Mhelpdesk actually delivers! Compared to other software, we have found the product as follows: User-Friendly, Extremely Customizable, Inexpensive upfront and monthly costs & NO CONTRACT, Quickbooks integration, Free weekly interactive training, Excellent Customer Service. Personally, I have never worked with a company, who cares as much about Customer Happiness! We signed up on July 2nd, and I have spoken to my Sales Rep (Mike), Trainer (Lauren), Director (Melanie), Support (Kaylea), Quickbooks Specialist (Felix)... I feel like I know the whole team, already! They take time to listen to your needs, and then help you transform the program. They always make you feel important as they take time to deal with your questions. Lauren has really gone out of her way to quickly answer emails, return my phone calls, find a solution for me, or connect me with the right person. I can't think of any other software company, who has worked as hard to make sure their clients are happy, and working efficiently with their product. They have a contact us tab within the software, where you can submit online service requests. In addition, they have a feature requests tab on that same page, and they take the suggestions very serious. There is an update listed on that screen which shows the status of these suggestions as well, and you can vote on them. I am looking forward to the new mobile app that will be released soon. Outlook/Exchange calendar integration is also around the corner, as well as the Client/Server edition of the software. As the owner of my company, I am involved in each job from the beginning to completion. I not only go out in the field and provide onsite services, I remote into clients, and then I have to review work orders from my technicians before I can send invoices to my customers. I handle all of my accounting data entry on top of the service work. I spend so much time working for my clients on solving their issues, that it takes me forever to go back and bill them. I know that Mhelpdesk is going to change my business by organizing my workflow, which will help with cashflow. I am excited to finish tweaking the system so I can reduce my work hours and have more time to enjoy my personal life! Mhelpdesk is on the leading edge of technology and I am so glad to be along for the ride!

Comments: We complete thousands of drug tests, hearing tests, medicals, noise assessments, air quality assessments and other services each year. We operate a professionally staffed clinic and several mobile units that travel to multiple cities in Western Canada. After 3 months of trials of 7 different products we chose Mhelpdesk to be our main software system for all of our administration. We initially converted our existing 1000+ Customer database to Excel and then imported all of the data to Mhelpdesk in two phases. We have been running all of our operations through Mhelpdesk since July 2013 and have been very satisfied with both the product and customer support. We have converted over 25% of our bookings to online bookings where our clients book the appointments for themselves. Many of our clients prefer the convenience of immediately viewing our availability and being able to book online as is found in the airline and other industries. We are able to completely modify the appearance and content of our online calendar, email templates, invoice templates and estimate templates in Mhelpdesk which allows us to create a unique product for our clients. We previously booked appointments in Google Calendar and followed a never-ending chain of emails to track our client¿s requests. Now each service order (ticket) is unique to a client¿s request with the estimates, log notes, messages, work orders, time tracking, and invoicing all joined by the unique ID for the ticket. There are many software companies that offered this service to us but none were as cost effective or seamless in their integration with Quick Books. Our clients are happy. Our accountant is happy. We have more time available to interact with our clients. Things are good. The ability to login to the dashboard from any location using a laptop or smart phone provides us with the necessary flexibility in our industry to remain extremely competitive. The mobile app for our technicians gets better with each new release as new features are added. Over the last 6 months Mhelpdesk has upgraded their software several times to meet the needs of their clients. The transitions to each version have not been without unique hiccups but every time we contact Mhelpdesk they immediately assign staff to correct any issues to get us on the right track. Comments: In my opinion, Mhelpdesk is an amazing product that has all the functions of a cutting edge technology of modern times. It is way ahead of all other software's present in the market today. What makes it more distinct is it's vision and the ability to implement all that the customer's ask for keeping full scope of future road maps.

What I feel is a little tricky is the ease of use, sometimes a new user is stuck with the work flow. Things are more simpler when one starts using it but initially it takes a bit time to enter and sink into the system.

Cloud computing is the in-thing that works the best with Mhelpdesk and the way it syncs data via iPhone, Android devices to the web system is amazing. Gcal is another coolest new feature introduced in the system.

Comments: We have been using MHelpDesk at our Computer Shop for about a year now. It replaced our hand written work orders and has made keeping track of jobs much easier for our staff. There are still a few features I would love to get fine tuned like integrating client assets into new work orders in a more efficient way but the time it saves and the access to customer data is wonderful. Which brings me to how MHelpDesk saved our day recently. We showed up at the shop and all seemed fine. It was kind of quiet, the phones were not even ringing. Then a client walked in with a new repair and told us they had been trying to reach us by phone for an hour. I picked up the phone and there was no dial tone. I then tried to log on to MHelpDesk but there was no internet. It turns out that our provider of Internet and Phone was having a big outage that lasted almost the entire day. I pulled out my Android Phone and was able to create the new jobs the rest of the day and when our shop internet and phone came back up we pulled up the jobs and printed the work orders to place with the equipment. In addition to that MHelpDesk support has been very quick to help us with situations that have come up since we started using it. Thank you for creating a very good system.

Overall: I have been in the computer technology business since 1986 and have used a ton of different software programs to run the business. I have wasted over $30,000 with the last two major software programs one was an ERP application that was just so buggy and just took too much time learning and keeping the software up and running I dumped it after using it for 1 year. The latest software program was recommended by several other technology companies as it is a PSA software but it just takes so long to do a single service order and then the process to get it to an invoice and then to the accounting application like QuickBooks was just a joke. (Almost a total of 20 clicks on different buttons and screens for each job).

I can now run my business while on the road at customers or remotely at my home office and am much more efficient and professional looking doing away with paper!

Pros: Easy to use. Can I just say that our office manager has a little trouble with technology, but she has taken right to this, and loves it.

Access. I can access my info anywhere. This weekend I was in the mountain and hopped on my iPad and was able to pull down some needed information.

Affordable. At first I didn't like the thought that I was going to pay for each one of our guys that we needed to track, but it really isn't bad, in fact, I feel like it is a great value.

Customer service. We have had several one-on-one training sessions with Ryan, and he has been great. Very patient, and always accessible. They are even willing to add functionality as we suggest things.

These guys really do want to make a great product. They have a ton of different individual users, and keep striving to add functionality to make the software more user friendly and better. Love that.

Cons: Hmmm...I am waiting for it to be comparable with QuickBooks online, but I know they are working on it.

That's all I've got.

Overall: I looked at a bunch of systems when I decided to move to an online, cloud-based system that would help us run our business more effectively. Spoke with a few of them. I wanted to work with a smaller business that would service us well, and that could grow with us as we grew. I have been very happy to have found MHelpdesk.

We run a residential painting company, and have found it tremendously helpful to put all of our information in one place. We are still in the process of moving everything over, but that has been at our own pace.

My suggestion to anyone thinking about this to take plunge, take the 30 day trial, but to actually try it. See what it is like to use it for at least 3 weeks. You will not want to go back to the endless spreadsheets. I know their are bigger companies out there in this space, but they will not treat you like these guys.

Pros: I cant pin point one thing, ive been looking for something like this for over a year and even tried to setup my own in house system, (1) The customer portal (2) being able to print job sheets with the custom fields (3) Embed booking form on website (4) being able to track equipment (5) pricing is down to earth, a small business can still afford to get off the ground (6) Time tracking (7) preset settings for service's (8)the clean gui and ease of use and much more.... Ive used software specifically designed for the pool industry and they just don't compare to MHelpdesk

Pros: I love how easy it is to create a task for each individual customer and then go through every step from start to finish just by clicking a button.

Cons: I wish the website layout was a little easier on the eyes and easier to follow. Its not hard now I just feel it could be made better. Also the grouping of clients and jobs should be a little more defined.

Overall: Great program. Works perfect for my on the go company. I'm never sitting in front of a computer so, I can take care of all invoicing and estimates right from my iPad or iPhone while I'm out on the job.

Cons: 1.Weak was a POS program but Mhelpdesk understand what we want and need and are working on that. And the way they move on things I would bet it will be corrected soon.

Overall: I have tried and or purchased just about every kind of software out where. Just trying to get the right program for my computer because we have a store front and a service department I have not found a program that works for us. Ether they are a POS or they are designed to work with a service dept. so I been using three different programs to get it done. Then I came across Mhelpdesk. I looked at it, tried it then looked at it again then decided not to purchase it because I wasn't sure if it could replace the two software package I was using. I finally had enough and decided to make the move to Mhelpdesk and I'am glade I did I went from 3 programs to 2 programs and is all working fine for the store front and also for the service department. And the way the program sync the invoice, deposits, inventory to Quickbooks is excellent. I would highly recommend it. It has diffidently saved my company time and money.

Overall: MHelpDesk has turned our former paper intensive process into a smooth online operation. Techs can input information upon completion of tickets. Staff can schedule techs with the easy to use calendar. Managers can get details on tickets at a click of a button. Our billing department is sending out bills faster and more accurately than ever before. The software is comprehensive and the support staff is quick to respond. We have made suggestions for minor improvements to the software which have been integrated into their next update. Their competitors offer less features at higher costs. Pros: My Engineers love it, so they use it everyday
We have replaced 3 other well branded expensive systems with Mhelpdesk,

It has allowed us to capture over 15k in billing that otherwise slipped through our billing process.

It so easy and quick to step, we have recommended it to 3 of our partner companies who have all taken it on-board as the main ticketing/support system in their companies

We have actaully changed our whole business process to fit with Mhelpdesk rather than chage Mhelpdesk to fit us.

The Mobile app and signature capture has resulted in Zero invoice rejections from our clients.

The support is second to none, every request is handled in a timely and professional manner. They never make you feel like the dumb customer

Cons: Problems interfacing with the Irish Version of Quickbooks.

We could due with Multi VAT rates as an option on invoices.

To be able to have different ticket entry screens would allow a greater deployment to other divisions within our company

Cons: -have had a few server access issues that where caused by external companies or service providers. These have made the system unavailable for a period of time during the work day.
-tech support advised of available work around and updated on status of repairs taking place.
-downtime was minor impact and communication during was great.
-would be nice add on or option to have app/program operate as standalone on at least one onsite PC in the office during these times.

Overall: this application has increased our profitability and the monthly fee is minor in relation to what we save on time filing out paper work and manually processing estimates with excel, work order via paper and billing through an admin staff member.
we don't lose work orders, no billing gets missed, no techs forget about the jobs of the day.
by far and away the best choice our business has made.
I highly recommend the product and endorse it as a must have for any service dispatch company.

Pros: Works great for what I needed, has great support (some of the best I have ever had), and really does a good job of making things easier if you have a ticketing based system of any type. The support system is very accurate and they will keep you informed. We have even gone to the depths of video tutorials from the creators to help us (the users) and from the users to help the support team understand what and when we need things changed. Updates are regular and your opinion COUNTS with is the most important thing to me. If i need a special report and can get enough of the users to agree soon enough a report with more options than I asked for will be here.

Cons: We don't have enough users on the forums sometimes but I understand that some people love it as is and have no need to request mods or special developments to accommodate there business. It lacks in inventory management right now but that is a feature that we have got put on the road map which means its in our near future :P

Overall: I would recommend this software to anyone who needs more than what you can buy in a box like quickbooks. These guys are great at coming up with clean ways to implement solutions that the group of users agree are needed. Cheers to you and the trial is free to start so try it out. - easy interface

Cons: - some browsers don't remember login info (I would say this is just a browser issue, but I have this happen with the Mhelpdesk iOS app as well
- no other cons I can think of!

Overall: We have a small service business (10 employees) and had a need for a product with an intuitive interface but without needing a big learning curve or lots of IT support. Mhelpdesk really works for us.

Our folks can access and update work orders, estimates and do invoicing from the desk, iPad, or smart phone. Also, when a new call come in we are immediately notified by email.

Pros: The things I like:

It takes your web leads and displays them on the software console, so we no longer need to go check your email 5 or 6 times a day! This will cut our responce time down to and increase sales.

I seen this in action as I was learing to use the software, I filled out a form on there site, expecting to have to wait sometime I left the room to get a cup of coffie only find myself rushing to the phone with an empty cup catch the phone.

Cons: I wasted my time thinking about the cons and can not think of a single thing I would have changed.

Pros: Mhelpdesk has helped our technicians stay abreast and current with our customers ever changing systems. We support a lot of healthcare, retail, real estate and residential. We now fully rely on Mhelpdesk to manage and track all of our work. As with any application it will not be perfect to start but the support is phenomenal and the listen to what we the users want and consider the changes before giving an instant "No". We plan to continue to use them and grow our business.

Cons: The only con for us would be the iPad app but it's better than nothing.

Data entry is really easy, but it's also easy to accidentally create new customers by mistake.

Overall: We switched to MHelpdesk from Autotask. We really like it much better. It's much easier to use, the iPhone app works much better, and the billing process is way easier. It also allows us to capture customer signatures on invoices in the field - something Autotask never even tried to do.

I would give it 5 stars in every category, but that would mean no room for improvement. There are a few areas that are being enhanced, so I give it 4 stars for "meets your needs" and "feature richness". I give them 5 stars everyplace else. The product support and response time from the company is fantastic. Two thumbs up.

Pros: It's affordable and reliable. So far we've had 100% uptime. I also like that it's web based and I can access it on my laptop or phone. Support is outstanding. I've called and emailed and have always gotten prompt support. I also like that I can customize the interface by adding my own form fields and labels. The android app works flawlessly. Cons: I'd like it to track time better which was a major need of mine. But every other feature I wanted was there. I have a request in for time tracking changes which I think will be implemented.

Pros: Before using Mhelpdesk software we were using an old program that no longer worked on my new computer and had no support available anymore as well as a paper scheduler and paying an employee just to enter repairs into our computer. Now, employees can enter repairs directly into the computer and schedule the repair in one easy step. I am thrilled with how organized it makes our shop. Tracking repairs has never been easier. I don't utilize all of the features that are available but I can only imagine that if you did the whole process would save tons of time and money.

Cons: Getting it set up took some time, but that's true of any dynamic software program. Now that it's set up properly and we've been using it for a while I wouldn't go back to my old program. Nothing bad to say about it.

Overall: Awesome program! I love that it's on-line. We won't have to worry about losing all our data if our computer crashes and I can access the information any time I want. I can log on at home in the morning and see what my schedule looks like for the day. It's super easy to use and helps you stay organized in ways that other programs don't. Also, it's very affordable. Even the smallest shop can afford this program. No excuses anymore to not be organized and present a professional appearance to your customers.

Pros: MHelp was so easy to install and start to use. The training session was easy to understand and Vincent was so helpful during the start-up process. He listened to our needs and taylored our MHelp for what we wanted. All of our employees were using the system the first day and there are not many questions about how to use the system. If we do run into questions I can easily email customer service or call and I get a quick response or assistance until our questions are answered. We have never experienced any down-time. Also the price is very reasonable.

Cons: I don't really have any complaints. Any time we have a question they are always very responsive. We have run accross some system features that we would like that MHelp does not have, but they are minimal and for the price MHelp is the best choice for us.

Overall: I would recommend MHelp to a business that needs assistance with organizing their issue tracking. I believe that MHelp is a good choice for a company that wants an issue tracking system at a good price.

Pros: As a long term client of mhelpdesk (since 2007), I want to say that your company name definitely says it all.
I am very pleased with the efficient service and helpfullness of your staff. Any time I had an issue, your service
answered all my questions, sometimes over and over. There has been constant updates to the program, and training
videos available, which really makes it great to go back to when needed. Your company is the first, when given
suggestions, to really have technical people consider them, and sometimes even initiate the new ideas into the technical program.
It has been a great pleasure to work with a company so dedicated. I am looking forward to even more changes that can personally
help my business customer organization become simplified. Thanks again, for your patience and dedication.

Cons: There are no recall periods, when an existing customers doesn't appear six, or twelve months down the road. But I understand this is in the works. I don't have excel or the other program suggested so exporting my customer list to my label maker didn't work.

Overall: this software has made my life a ton easier. I used to work on an access database and i would constantly have to worry about fixing things all the time. The database would go down. I would get errors. I did not have the extra man hours to be worrying about this. its important to me not to have to worry about these kinds of things. They should just work and mhelpdesk has done that for me and saved me way more money in man hours alone trying to solve an issue on my server. now they solve issues for me, but needless to say i have only had 1 issue and they took care of it within 15 minutes...The best customer service that i have ever experienced for a service such as this. I highly recommend any one in a service based business from, mechanics, lawn services, cleaning services (any appointment based services) to use this software to keep track of invoicing (yes integrates with quickbooks too) scheduling, customer information, details of jobs done and to keep track of what employees do.

They are willing to work with the users to understand what they need to do with their ticket system
