Pros
This software easily enables you to track leads from a multitude of sources and then follow them through to their "close" phase. That means not only do you get a good overview of visit-to-lead conversion rates, but you also get an overview of visit-to-sale and lead-to-sale conversions. Being able to drill down into the individual lead data has been key to being able to associate our revenues with their respective referring source.
Cons
HubSpot is constantly improving its product which is a great thing but I find the roll-out of these improvements to be a bit lacking. A more hands-on approach to support -- like a dedicated account manager who makes sure we are using the product to its fullest extent -- would make this even more valuable. Implementation can also be difficult if you do not have a strong go-to development person.
Overall
If you are looking for a way to close the marketing loop, HubSpot can certainly help you accomplish these goals easily and quickly. It also consolidates all of your online assets in one place and lets you get a big picture of what is going on with regard to direct, organic and referral traffic.
