Comments: I have been using Sharspring for almost 3 years. I have B2B clients and B2C clients using the platform. Sharpspring has made some incredible progress in the past year. The customer support is excellent. It has a built in CRM that is fully integrated into the platform. With the new addition of the landing page and blog modules it is a complete Marketing Automation Solution. It is very user friendly and configurable. I highly recommend this software.

Pros: First, the set up is very easy, within 24 hours I can have a new client up and running. The automation is very flexible. Sharpspring comes with forms that can be placed on your website or can integrate with existing native forms. Sharpspring is a total marking solution that allows marketing to create landing pages, develop automated campaigns and track ROI. The built-in CRM allows sales people to see the user behavior and interest, add to nurture campaigns and even gather data on anonymous visitors.

Cons: The reporting on the CRM side could be a little more robust, but for most SMB's that reporting is more than adequate. The Landing Page module is new and could use some more templates. If Sharpspring could build a direct integration with Wordpress for the landing pages, that would be great.

Recommendations to other buyers: Excellent Value! If you do not have a CRM or looking at upgrading your CRM, you may wish to look at Sharpspring. It has all the functionality of the major Marketing Automation Software with a CRM built in.

Comments: We use SharpSpring for our sales CRM and marketing automation, it allows us to track our leads and calls. On the marketing side we can schedule email blasts and track user activities. The marketing portion is very powerful, its easy to send out email blasts and has a strong email builder.
As for the CRM, you can categorize leads, use custom fields to track unique information, and so much more.

The software can be a bit buggy at times, and sometimes the customer service is difficult to get a hold of, but once you do they are happy to help.

This software is a great bang for your buck! I highly recommend it.

Pros: Powerful Marketing Tool. Email blasts. User activity tracking.

Cons: Software is a bit buggy at times. The customer service can be difficult to get a hold of sometimes.

Recommendations to other buyers: Great software that is improving. I recommend it.

Comments: We've been using SharpSpring for nearly a year at our agency, and have used almost every feature of it (SalesForce integration, automated workflows, API for custom reporting, full-on CRM, etc.).

We love SharpSpring. In fact, in the past few months, SharpSpring has been responsible for helping us close nearly one million dollars in new business. As a B2B tool, the fact that we can see what businesses are browsing our site and reach out to them even if they don't submit a form is invaluable, and worth 10x cost.

Every client we bring in gets put on the platform, and it's an indispensible part to growing their business. We are able to verify leads which instills confidence in our reporting, but also helps us evaluate the quality of leads and ROI through lead scoring and campaign assignments. We've used SharpSpring as white-labeled companion and even migrated some clients over to use it as their CRM. It's extremely versatile.

SharpSpring's breadth of tools means you could be using it for a year and still not have used some of its features to the fullest of their ability (Dynamic Emails, Dynamic Web Content), and that's great... but it is also the cause of some frustration, as they sometimes rush out products to tout they have a new product, but that product will still feel very "beta" in nature. When dynamic landing pages were introduced we tried to use it for two weeks, and there was a bug that would wipe out whatever changes you made. We eventually abandoned using that tool, but came back several months later and it worked as it should have.

The flip side of this is that SharpSpring is constantly working to improve. It is not a platform that rests on its laurels. You can also submit a feature or improvement to their team directly.

Anytime we have had an issue, Customer Support has been great. Their agents have resolved our numerous issues quickly, whether its answering a quick implementation question or testing bugs for a larger issue.

Overall, SharpSpring has been an integral tool to both our agency's growth but our clients' growth. And, though new tools sometimes feel buggy, we can easily overlook it due to the value it provides us.

Pros: Being able to leverage anonymous web user data to create actionable insights way before they fill a form out is invaluable. For an agency/B2B company, it is the most reliable new lead generator of any tool out there.

Cons: New features roll out and feel like they should still be in beta. It has a few quirks like a lack of global date range filter that don't necessarily hinder reporting/analysis but are a slight inconvenience.

Comments: I work for a Digital Marketing agency based out of Dallas, TX. We have been using Sharp Spring for over a year. We transitioned from a CRM (more data-entry than anything) and needed a way to identify hot leads, monitor our lead funnel and nurture existing leads based on activity. We also needed to keep track of information and communication while tracking how campaigns were performing through our different marketing channels. Sharp Spring was the answer. On top of continuously releasing new features and updates, their support staff and proactive-ness with tech updates are second to none. There are more and more software options in this space but no one can deliver the way sharp spring has with its robust feature updates, responsiveness to issues and tickets and world-class customer care. I would highly recommend sharp spring for your marketing automation and CRM needs. Whether you¿re a big agency or just getting started you will see a return on your efforts and not let any lead or client fall through the cracks.

Pros: Ease-of-use in depth analytics beautiful, simplistic interface

Comments: We've been using SharpSpring for about eighteen months now and are very impressed with the wide range of functions. It has enabled to gain a lot of insights into what our customers/potential customers are interested in. This enables us to adjust our emailer messaging and update our website accordingly.
Since using SharpSpring, we also have better oversight of our pipeline. Our customer engagement has increased significantly and we have noticed a marked increase in sales.

Pros: Wide range of functions and features Insights into customer interests Sales pipeline overview

Cons: Can be a little "clunky" to use (but probably no more so than other software packages) Very occasionally the system appears to have crashed. However this is normally fixed promptly.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would definitely recommend it - it's made a huge difference to our business!

Comments: Sharpspring combines almost all the functionality of modern CRM Systems with Marketing Automation for a fraction of the price. The way the software is positioned, you are best off working through an agency as they can often give you the software and servicing for less than the software costs itself. It's pretty versatile and really hits home in bang for the buck - giving you the same functionality as software that costs upwards to $2k per month. It's also nice that the pricing is not per seat, which can get pretty annoying if you have a large organization or if you're growing quickly.

Pros: I really like the bang for the buck. There are constant new features being added. Customer support is solid.

Cons: It's still a work in progress. While they have a lot of functionality, not everything is seemless. One feature I'd really like is the ability to forward an email and have a contact automatically created or to use a chrome extension to pull in someone from LinkedIn.

Recommendations to other buyers: I recommend it.

Comments: We had a budget for Adwords and I always wanted more money to put into it. My boss would always ask ¿What is our ROI?¿ I could tell him how many clicks and conversions we received and then he would ask ¿But are they buyers?¿ Because of SharpSpring we know that they ARE buyers and I was given a larger budget knowing it was bringing in a great return. I also love the email builder, HTML, spending, segmenting and testing abilities.

Before SharpSpring we were pulling lists at random for our call center. Now we know what leads are warm because of the score. Every time they visit our website, click an email or fill our a form they get a higher score. We are able to call out more effectively and have a reason for doing so.

Pros: Great for marketing automation, email sending, testing and reporting. It was very easy to set up and get connected to our Google Adwords and our website. My goal for 2017 is to use SharpSpring¿s email automation to help me create a better buying funnel for our leads.

Cons: There was some time in the beginning of set up where I had to reach out to a developer for some coding help. That was not sharpsprings fault, we are using 2 different CRMs and they needed to talk to each other. It works fine now. Another con, I wish there was a connection with Bing Adwords.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have a lot of website code to change you might need to consult a developer BUT sharpspring has a great staff that can talk you through almost anything as long as you have access.

Comments: We have started with SharpSpring a year ago and we are very excited at the prospects of taking SharpSpring even further in 2017. The tool is intuitive and easy to use. And if you get stuck, the support team is always here to help. Overall, we have been very satisfied with SharpSpring. It is well priced and has great benefits for agencies. If we had to point out a negative, it would be the lack of support in our time zone.

Pros: Easy to use, well priced, flexible, adapts well to integrations with other softwares.

Cons: New features can sometimes have a few issues, no support in Australian or European time zones, rare communications when there are email delays.

Recommendations to other buyers: It may seem overwhelming at first but start small and expand. You will have fun playing around with all the features that SharpSpring offers.

Comments: Overall I give this tool 5 stars, A's all across, two thumbs up, a wink and a smile. As I mentioned, I have been using the tool now for 4 years and have quite a bit of experience using their competitors and so-called "market leaders". I love Sharp Spring it does everything, at a value you can hardly compare.

Pros: Sharp Spring provides me and my clients with several advantages over its competition (like Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, Infusionsoft). First of all, you can not beat their licensing value. Each license comes with unlimited users. This alone beats all the competition. Secondly, they have integrated an awesome CRM (missing in all the other marketing automation tools) so you do not have to go out and buy licenses for that. Lastly, it is a COMPLETE marketing automation system with true behavioral marketing capabilities.

Cons: At first, I had a hard time understanding how they do automation. I was used to using a drag and drop "visualization" interface to build drip campaigns. I also had a bit of a hard time getting used to their nomenclature. The way that automation processes are set up in Sharp Spring are through two things... Tasks (which I was used to calling triggers) and Workflow (which I was used to calling task automation). You can see how it was confusing for me. Well I learned it, it was not that hard, and I actually see now how it is a way superior way to program automation then using visual aids that would be cumbersome to try to set up and manage in large scale automation projects.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get it... if you need marketing automation and CRM you can not beat this software at its price.

Comments: I've been using Sharpspring in the last two years at least and it is just amazing. It has everything I need to implement comunication estrategy and prove ROI for my campaigns of my own companie and my customer's companies.
With SharpSpring I can track my paid campaigns and recognize what is giving results or not, I can creat beautifull landing pages without have any webdesigner skills, I can send automated comunication according to lead segmentation and their stages in the sales funnel and I can also manage all the relationship with my clients. There is nothing to complain about at all.

Pros: It is a complete tool and I don't need to do thousands of logins to manage everything I need.

Cons: There is nothing I don't like about SharpSpring

Comments: We had looked at several other marketing automation companies and were very frustrated. Not only was the price high, but some required upfront payment of a year just to sign up. On top of that, we wouldn't have had access to all of the available features, even though the price was very high for a company of our size. I was thrilled when we found SharpSpring. They've been great to work with, have awesome features and tools, fair pricing, and friendly customer service, and are constantly adding and improving features. I'm excited to see what the future holds for SharpSpring, and know that whatever is to come will help us grow our business. Thanks to all the gang at SharpSpring!

Pros: Pricing structure, extensive easy-to-use features, works with any CMS so you're not locked into a proprietary CMS for your website.

Cons: Organizing tasks and workflows into folders can be a bit cumbersome because you have to create them and then move them into the folder. I would like to be able to assign them to a folder when I create them because I sometimes forget to do it ;)

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're interested in starting to use marketing automation or even if you're already using another system, you owe it to yourself to give SharpSpring a look. I can't imagine why anyone would choose a different one if they were familiar with SharpSpring!

Comments: I've had a great experience working with SharpSpring. I'm a consultant for companies developing new Content Strategy and Content Marketing Programs. As a result, I've had the opportunity to work with companies of all shapes and sizes in many different industries. SharpSpring has been a great fit for them regardless of size or market, and often at half the price of some of the bigger names in this space.

Their platform has been much easier to learn than some of the other systems on the market. I've worked with a few companies that insisted on using other platforms, and without exception, I've found those to have a sharper learning curve and in most cases your paying for bells and whistles that no one ever learns to use effectively and aren't necessary for a great content marketing program.
The SharpSpring team is doing a great job of focusing on what's really important as they add new features. The new landing page feature is great.

If you're implementing a marketing automation platform, I highly recommend you evaluate SharpSpring.

Pros: Easy to learn Have all the necessary features Price

Cons: They've changed their customer service model a few times. During some of these change overs I've had to wait a short while for support, but they seem to have things worked out now.

Recommendations to other buyers: I've seen some other reviews for Sharpspring on other sites that sound almost too good to be true. They're really not. All I can say is, check them out for yourself. You'll be glad you did.

Comments: I manage Sharpspring for clients in conjunction with PPC, to capture more value from their adspend. Totally amazing feature set for the money, particularly compared to competitors.

It's a pretty great way to really pump up the value clients get from their advertising, so they can close more deals for the same ad spend.
UX is a bit wonky and sometimes you get new tech support staff who can't answer tough questions, but they try hard to make sure you get to someone who can help. The folks actually involved in the guts of the thing are awesome.

I'm most impressed by the integrity of the leadership. I had an issue where they easily could have blown me off as technically they were "in the right". But they went to significant effort and some expense to make the situation 100% right. It's great to see a company where it's not just about the "fast buck".

They really value the agency partners, and put the agencies at the center of their business model. I've heard BS from other companies in SAAS space who "make nice talking", then totally screw over the agencies. Lead Forensics is the worst in this regard. Total snakes.

So Sharpspring was an awesome change. I really feel like a partner. They are also continually adding new features, and really trying hard to keep up with what their partners indicate they need from the software. Feels a bit like you're on the team.

Pros: Great toolset, great value

Cons: Had some growing pains.

Recommendations to other buyers: Best value is getting via agency partners.

Comments: Sharpspring is useful for managing leads and marketing automation, but the workflows and smart lists are clunky, fail to fire at times and are set up in a counter-intuitive manner.

Pros: Sharpspring has many features comparable to Hubspot. It also has the capability to handle a nearly unlimited amount of contacts without charging additional monthly fees. The email editor/template editor is fairly easy to use.

Cons: The setup of workflows and smart lists is counter-intuitive and unreliable. The dashboard and navigation is clunky and difficult to traverse.

Recommendations to other buyers: Use Sharpspring for automation if you are on a tight budget or want to hit large qualified lists with marketing emails.

Comments: I'm a digital marketing director with 10 years experience in marketing automation. SharpSpring is by far the worst product I have worked with. Big features such as CRM sync just randomly stop working for weeks on end with no resolution. SharpSpring's inability to perform basic marketing automation functions, like getting leads to sales, with any reliability, is jarring. Twice now, SharpSpring has sent mass emails to tens of thousands of my leads without me setting it up to do so - customer support can't even explain it. But as you can imagine, it's been very damaging to our email statistics and sender profile. Use ANY marketing automation platform besides SharpSpring - it has nearly cost me my job.

Cons: Customer support is terrible.

Comments: We're new to SharpSpring, but there were several features that intrigued us/persuaded us to use the product. Specifically, the ability to start with multiple licenses lets us immediately show the power of a marketing automation tool to our clients who are not using a marketing automation tool in a low-risk way. We can either resell the license or give it away as a perk, which is also nice, particularly as it could potentially create another revenue stream for our business or created added value for our clients.

Pros: The white label capabilities, multiple licenses at a great price point.

Cons: Still learning the tool, but the survey capabilities were not super easy to create. The SharpSpring and Zapier support teams were able to help us through the process (took quite awhile) so we ultimately were able to do what we wanted to do with the survey structure.

Recommendations to other buyers: Definitely worth sitting through the demo.

Comments: Using Sharpspring is a lightyears leap forward from your typical ESP. It brings a world of new opportunities typically only found in software packages three times the price. Sharpspring offers and incredible tool and impressive feature set for those just stepping into the world of marketing automation.

For those who already familiar with this world with existing software in place, Sharpspring has the potential to save you a serious amount money. That being said, take some time to fully evaluate your needs (especially if you intend to use the CRM) to be sure that this younger and arguably less refined software package will be able to act as a full replacement to your existing software.

If being used primarily as marketing automation tool only you'll find that Sharpspring plays really well with your existing systems with their Open API as well as Zapier and Salesforce integrations.

In summary...Sharpspring is an incredibly strong contender in it's space. The fact that it can actually be compared to software that is over 3x it's cost is a statement to itself. Whether it will be a complete replacement for your existing software package will come down to your specific usage but if you are just getting into automation Sharpspring is a clear winner at the price point.

Pros: The amount of features you get for the price is absolutely unmatched. Their support is also really great now that they have strengthened the team. It used to be that responses took weeks but now I'm seeing replies sometimes in a matter of minutes.

Cons: Even though it's cheaper you have a tendency to want to compare it to the big players that have been around for years. Simply put...Sharpspring is just not as refined as some of the options. Although they seem to be rapidly releasing new features to be better contenders it seems that they come packed with a ton of bugs confusion amongst the team.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you intend to replace existing software... make sure to fully evaluate that everything you need is available in Sharpspring. Try not to make a big decision based upon feature to feature comparison alone.

Comments: I have been involved with strategizing, implementing, creating and managing our clients SharpSpring accounts. We use SharpSpring primarily for the marketing automation engine. In this, SharpSpring excels. You would be hard pressed to find an automation engine of its quality at its pricepoint.

Pros: SharpSpring is really great as an automation engine. It brilliantly executes what you need it to do when you need it most. The triggers, filters, tasks, and workflows are second to none that I have used.

Cons: The email program is not where other players in the market are. There needs to be more features added for them to keep up.

Recommendations to other buyers: The customer support for the SharpSpring platform is phenomenal. Never have had an issue that they couldn't address.

Comments: We started using SharpSpring almost a half a year ago and we're very happy with it. After finishing our training we were quickly able to create our own successful campaigns. Now, a few months later, we¿ve 3 clients using SharpSpring and can gladly say we reached our ROI.

If you¿ve some creative minds at the office you can literately use SharpSpring successful from CRM till sales. The system works with tasks and workflows and that let¿s you create a complete marketing automation without the hassle or costs that some of the big companies are using.

What stands out for me is the supports and ease of use. Although I hope to connect some other external apps in the feature, SharpSpring is a system I love using every day.

Pros: SharpSpring is one of the few systems that I work with each and every day. I start and end my day with it. Because it¿s so easy to use my co-workers and clients adopted SharpSpring within a week. Once I got the grab of the tasks and workflows I was able to create great campaigns with positive ROI for our own company and our clients. It¿s fun and easy to use.

Cons: There¿s nothing in particular that I don¿t like about the software. Although I would like to see more integrations with other tools.

Recommendations to other buyers: For us it was a little investments with immediately ROI. We started with one client and can now sell this easily to others.

Comments: We left Salesforce (which we loved) for Sharp Spring. Salesforce + Pardot are much more expensive and cost was a factor for us. Sharp Spring is easy to use and more affordable. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the system goes down occasionally, and that's a bit of a problem for us, as we're generally on deadlines to deliver client materials. Sharp Spring customer service is excellent and the company is eager and open to listening and supporting its resellers. Also, Sharp Spring is easy to use, so everyone in my company can work on it. And that's a huge plus. Daily reports come through early enough so I can see how our customer acquisition program is doing - who is engaging, and who isn't.

Pros: Ease of use, great customer service, new program for building landing pages, the company is open to enhancing its current suite of services.

Cons: It's a bit frustrating when I hear from my staff that the system is down and we're in the midst of launching a new campaign. Other than that, it seems to operate very well.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you're a small to mid-size company and you're not sending tens of thousands of e-mails a month, this is an ideal CRM for you.

Comments: After several years as a Marketo partner, we grew tired of our clients and prospects complaining about the cost of the marketing automation technology we were offering. SMB marketing budgets are tight enough, but the bloated technology we were bringing to the table was eating half the spend. The technology is not all that sophisticated when you get down to it, so we were right with our clients when they wondered why this application was so damned expensive. And we patiently suffered the indignity of having brilliant campaign ideas cut short by shriveling budgets, constantly roped in to make room for the technology.

So you can imagine our relief when we discovered SharpSpring. Finally, a marketing automation technology that made sense. Not just because of the price, but also because of the intelligently designed user experience. Your marketing automation technology does not have to be hard to use -- you wouldn't put up with clunky UX in any other application, why would you tolerate it in your business software? And no, in fact, it shouldn't cost an arm and a leg. They didn't resurrect Albert Einstein to write their code.

With SharpSpring we get a robust marketing automation platform for our content marketing operations. We not only implement and deploy this application as a standard part of our content marketing services, we also use it for our own campaigns.

This is the future of marketing automation.

Pros: The price point is phenomenal. You get all of the standard functionality of a professional marketing automation platform at a fraction of the cost of the competition.

Cons: We'd like to see more third party integrations. As a newer platform, SharpSpring is still behind when it comes to providing fully baked connections to external services. The Zapier integrations will hold us over for now, but we're waiting patiently for more. =)

Recommendations to other buyers: Stop shopping, SharpSpring is the one you're looking for. I've spent years in this field and I've carefully evaluated almost all of the available solutions. Everyone has different needs, obviously, but if you know how to do marketing automation strategy and you need a reliable tool to carry out your operations, this is the application you're looking for.

Comments: Our experience with Sharpspring has been great. A trememdous value for our company that has already shown us ROI. Our company uses Sharpspring for both marketing automation and as our CRM tool. Specifically, Sharpspring is allowing us to target prospects in our database to fill top of the sales funnel with prospects, as well as allowing us to nurture specific prospects based on their engagement with us. Depending on an action a prospect takes, we can serve up the appropriate response automatically to further cultivate this person. In addition, we are able to use the analytics the system provides to better help us understand which marketing activities are working and which ones are not

Pros: It is easy to use. There is a learning curve, but it is not that steep. The list building logic and workflow logic just makes sense, and I think this is where Sharpspring shines. SharpSpring's support was critical to our success in getting started, as getting started truly is the hardest part. The responsiveness from their support team is also incredible. If you are not looking for all the bells and whistles that you ultimately won't use, Sharpspring is a true value.

Cons: The improvements I would like to see in Sharpspring centers around the contact management part of their solution. We have sales people that are using the system as their CRM and some basic features like searching, segmenting, and sorting are not available to a person in the sales person role permission.

Recommendations to other buyers: Any business that is looking for a robust, feature-rich marketing automation tool should audition Sharpspring. The fact that there are no long-term contracts ensures that you will not have buyers remorse, but I doubt you will. If you are in a small to mid-size business where marketing is wearing many hats and you do not have unlimited budgets, you need a tool that will deliver, demonstrate ROI, and tell you where you need to spend more or less of your marketing dollars. If this is you, Sharpspring will fit the bill.

Comments: Overall, SharpSpring meets our needs. We do not need a full content management system (ala HubSpot), but we needed a more flexible email marketing tool and a good way to drive leads for our sales team.

Pros: - Marketing automation tool easy to use after a few passes, and has a lot of flexibility around triggers and options. - Forms are great for collecting lead information elsewhere (we use largely with Leadpages) and automatically pulling that data into SharpSpring/contacting the appropriate rep within our company. - Reporting is pretty good; I really appreciate the ability to drill into the email reports on an individual basis. - Self-help documents are pretty good.

Cons: - Customer service is weak (aside from onboarding). It took a long time (over a month) to resolve an integration issue, and in general customer support is slow to respond and not very knowledgeable. - Email builder is just OK, and customization options on forms are limited. I would love to be able to better manipulate the look of the forms we use. - Landing Page tool is new, and I expect it to improve, but it's clunky and hard to build what I want at this time. - There is sometimes a lag in reporting that makes it hard to confirm in real-time if an email has gone out/an import is loaded, etc.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take advantage of onboarding. It's the one time you'll really have knowledgeable help; however, they weren't great at driving the conversation. Before you start onboarding, set out a plan of all the things you want to learn and explore, and continue to update that. You'll want to schedule a lot of time in advance; it books up quickly.

Comments: I have been using SharpSpring for about two years now and have seen many improvements. For the price, it brings a lot of value to the table, and they are continuously adding new features and upgrades to the platform.

Any small or medium business looking at marketing automation software should consider using SharpSpring.

Pros: All the core features work very well. For your investment, you get all the features of the big players, but you're not the locked into a contract, and you avoid the step monthly or yearly fees. They also have an excellent partner program that allows you to get your license through an agency that will help you set up your platform and make sure you are on a path to success.

Cons: Some of the new features they launch are pushed live before they work perfectly, but it isn't a major issue as the primary features aren't impacted. You can also be sure that any problems that do exist will be fixed quickly. The only other issue I have had is with their support team being located in Soth Africa. This has lead to some questions not being answered quickly but if you use an agency partner this will not be an issue as they are your primary point of contact

Recommendations to other buyers: Make sure you do a Google search for agencies that offer a discount on the monthly price before you buy :)

Comments: I'm extremely pleased with using sharpspring. I've used a couple other marketing automation platforms in the past and while they had a lot more features I found many of those features were things I never used. It's as if SharpSpring said "let's build a platform that focuses on what businesses actually use for success and let's make it affordable at the same time".

Pros: Sharpspring is very straightforward and easy to use. The toolset is perfect whether you're a veteran at marketing automation or this is your first time. I also love that it's not a watered down version that tries to get you to upgrade to a premium package for the features you really want. It works and works well.

Cons: I'm honestly hard pressed to find cons. If you held a gun to my head and said give us one or else, I'd say that I would love to see a template library of 3rd party templates that I could license and deploy quickly.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the training regardless of how experienced you think you are. There's always something new to learn and the onboarding is very individualized and useful.

Comments: Once we signed up with SharpSpring you are given a 60 day onboarding process. This is where you are assigned to a onboard specialist and he essentially trains you. My onboard specialist was Deontae Lafayette who was fabulous, so knowledgeable and so patient with me. I really liked that I could have as much time with him as I needed. I made two one hour meetings every week. He would train me on something then I would work on that component and then we would review with our next meeting. After my 60 days ended he assured me that the support team is available as I need it. Also, SharpSpring has video tutorials that are accessible anytime I need to figure out how to do something. I really have enjoyed my time with SharpSpring so far as I feel they are really a very knowledgeable company and very easy to work with.

Cons: I really have not found anything I dislike. Some functions are not in formats i am used to with other platforms but one thing SharpSpring allows you is to send in a product feature that you would like them to consider and so far I have sent in two and they have used my suggestion and made that feature available.

Recommendations to other buyers: We are a PR firm and sent out press releases for our clients. We have used many other platforms but could never put our name to the releases. With SharpSpring it looks like our releases are coming from us and not another mail server.

Comments: My company focuses on lead generation. Therefore, we are heavy users of marketing automation software. We use a variety of platforms, such as Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot, InfusionSoft, Act-On, etc. across our client ecosystem. We are also Certified Silver Partners of both HubSpot and SharpSpring. We have used both HubSpot and now SharpSpring.

Pros: SharpSpring provides tremendous value for the cost. It has a breadth of functionality that provides the "all-in-one" integrated platform that our clients need but at a lower price point than other similar providers. I like the visual representation of the life of the lead and the the very light but easy to use CRM.

Cons: I don't think this platform is as easy to use for end users as more expensive options. Some of the navigation and set-up can be tricky. It can also be glitch-y, but it's still relatively young and the company is responsive about listening to feedback and fixing issues.

Recommendations to other buyers: I believe this is a solid choice for SMBs that are priced out of other options. I would recommend making sure you understand your requirements to make sure you choose the best solution and then working with a partner agency to get the best price and to minimize frustration with implementation and set-up (which you would experience with any marketing automation implementation).

Comments: My goal was to find an HubSpot alternative for marketing automation. HubSpot is a great platform and I have zero complaints about their services. The challenge with HubSpot is the pricing model. When a client signs up for HubSpot at $2,400, it creates a challenge to negotiate adequate agency costs. I lost potential clients who could not afford HubSpot plus agency services. SharpSpring has become my alternative for marketing automation, and I think SharpSpring offers equivalent serves compared to HubSpot. The advantage of using SharpSpring is the pricing model that gives agencies control over client pricing.

Pros: The pricing structure of SharpSpring is the key advantage compared to other platforms. An agency pays a monthly fee for licenses that are used with clients. Rather than investing in marketing, SharpSpring keeps the prices super low and allows agencies to promote the platform.

Cons: My primary concern with SharpSpring is the complexity of shopping integrations. SharpSpring works flawlessly with Woo Commerce and Shopify, but integration with BigCommerce is a challenge. I¿ve reached out to different web design agencies looking for a fix for BigCommerce, and I am still looking for a solution. Once integrated, the SharpSpring shopping features are amazing!

Recommendations to other buyers: For anyone who¿s considering HubSpot of MailChimp, I would give SharpSpring careful considerations as a potential alternative, but at more than half the cost.

Comments: We now use SharpSpring as a central tool behind both our business and our clients business. We expect it to grow in strength as the system becomes more robust and effective, making it a household name.

Pros: The interface is really clean and professional, this is also enhanced by the white-labelling feature. The tool itself has all the necessary features to complete a good marketing automation system at a very reasonable price, which makes it incredibly attractive in what is becoming a very competitive market.

Cons: The system can be buggy at times, particularly around the Landing Page builder but with this being a recent addition it can be taken lightly for the time being. In itself, there is nothing I dislike about SharpSpring, but it can be frustrating when it does not work properly such as, emails / pages not rendering properly for mobile device or different mailbox systems and 'life of the lead' not recording accurately all the time. There are niggles with the system and this can be uncomfortable when you are selling this product to clients as no slack will be given, but SharpSpring are aware of these minor issues and are constantly striving for improvement and this outweighs any concerns I have in the short-term because I know it will only be temporary.

Recommendations to other buyers: I think SharpSpring's pricing structure says a lot about the type of company you will be investing with, one that cares, one that is not greedy, and one you can rely on.

Comments: SharpSpring has been a great way for me to organize our current and potential customer database. Custom fields mean I can keep track of virtually anything I want to. Their tracking technology gives me a ton of data related to lead interaction. All of this is in one database, easily accessible to all employees with an account. Now that I have the requisite data, I'm able to trigger automated messages and interactions that are tailored to leads. The onboarding process was great and the customer support is amazing.

Pros: The best thing about SharpSpring is its customization. Customizable lead fields, triggers, and filters make automation possibilities almost endless. Emails, reminders, tasks, etc can all be triggered based on lead activity whether it be visiting a certain webpage, clicking on an email, or filling out a form. It really helped me organize a mess of customer data and start interacting with leads in a more intelligent way. I also really enjoy the life of the lead feature. I can see a clear timeline of customer interaction for each lead to get a better idea of how customers interact with our emails, website, etc.

Cons: The reports could be a bit better. For certain purposes (campaign tracking) they are great. But if I was able to generate more customized reports based on my custom lead fields, that would be ideal.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take your time to set SharpSpring up right. Think hard about your processes and what can be automated. Chances are, SharpSpring has a way to automate at least part of it.

Comments: SharpSpring is a great email marketing tool my team began using about 6 months ago. It's pretty easy to upload a list of emails and automate your campaign.

Pros: Automation aspect is pretty good. It allows me to send emails to prospects and past customers days, weeks, or months in advance without me actually being at my desk to send them. It's a time saver for me.

Cons: I find it difficult sometimes to edit the contact information from some of my email list members. Not sure why.

Comments: SharpSpring provides all the functionality my clients and I need most at a fraction of the cost of leading competitors. It does so in a user-friendly application with excellent self-help tools and support.

Before choosing SharpSpring, I was hands-on with Hubspot, Marketo, and Act-On and chose SharpSpring because of what I've written above and because it was much easier to learn and use than those platforms.

When I first subscribed, there were a few features it was missing that I wished it had, but "settled¿ on SharpSpring based on a price/value decision. Lo and behold, over the last year they have added additional functionality including a couple of the key missing pieces and in doing so, technically reduced prices.

Pros: Easy to get started with. Great support. Easier to use than competitors. Constantly improving yet keeping the price constant. Agency pricing model is extraordinary. Feature set and price equates to the best value of the major marketing automation platforms.

Cons: They are growing so quickly that there have been glitches in account management and support. With that, things have settled down and support seems to be better than ever. Additionally, there are times the application is slow but it is hard to tell where that "fault" lies. Regardless it hasn't caused major problems. Email design can be a little clunky. When using our designs using built-in templates, the html doesn't always behave. I know it is something being worked on which sums SharpSpring up nicely, they are constantly listening and improving.

Recommendations to other buyers: When considering marketing automation platforms, I recommend gathering your requirements then demo at least 2 of the other high-end competitors - don't just allow a salesperson to sell you on something that may not work as promoted. The devil is in the details so regardless of what tools you may be interested in, use them before you decide. Backing out of a marketing automation program would be a nightmare!

Comments: SharpSpring is not for everyone. If all you do is send a monthly newsletter to your Left-Handed Knitting Needles Enthusiasts mailing list, SharpSpring is overkill. However, if you have an email list you market to, and if you have landing pages that matter to you, then SharpSpring is a must-have tool.

In building our consulting business, we have dozens of different niche markets we want to address, each with different campaigns and different types of campaigns. We have lots of different landing pages, lots of different funnels and we need to make sure that we can both make sure each prospect gets the right email at the right time and also that we respond to whatever events occur in an appropriate manner.

That means building emails and building workflows, and then testing them to be sure they do what we want, and then executing those workflows automatically. SharpSpring provides me almost everything I want in that regard.

Before using SharpSpring, I built similar workflows in InfusionSoft. Since it was the first marketing automation program I used, I thought it was pretty good, if perhaps a little confusing.

SharpSpring has managed to drastically simplify the workflow-building process without losing any of the power. And since it's simpler, that translates - at least in my mind - to easier. Easier to build, easier to understand, easier to test, easier to troubleshoot.

Pros: I'm pretty experienced with figuring out software without help, and SharpSpring presented me very few difficulties as I taught myself. However, every now & then I'd want to do something that I couldn't figure out. That's where I think SharpSpring shines. It has layer after layer of help that ranges from "hints" to detailed video instruction, detailed written instruction and then finally - if all else fails - a help ticketing system that has been very responsive. Also, it seems that they frequently update the help documents. And by "frequently", I mean - almost every week. Every time I open the help pages, there are new documents and/or videos there. Honestly, in terms of keeping the help docs fresh and constantly adding to them, SharpSpring is the best I've ever seen in my multi-decade career.

Cons: I'd like to be able to trigger workflows by a date or event in the future rather than in the past. There's a way to do this. It's just different than the way I would have preferred. Minor complaint.

Recommendations to other buyers: SharpSpring is NOT a CRM. So if your main need is CRM, you need to plan to hook it to something. It does an awesome job at marketing automation though.

Comments: I have consulted and implemented over 300 marketing automation cases since 2008 when I became of Infusinsoft's top-ten rated consultants, partners until May of 2016.

Prior to parting ways with Infusionsoft with which we had great success, I needed to find a better system for my needs and the clients I was serving. I wanted to explode the size of my email and prospect list without blowing my budget.

When I found SharpSpring I fell in love because of their approach to serving partners and customers. They don't try to be all things to all people. SharpSpring sells through approved consulting and training partners like me, and many digital marketing agencies as well.

Pros: The software does what it is intended to do. It is not all things to all people like some of their competitors pretend to be. SharpSpring is killer marketing automation, light CRM and big-time sales enablement. It is not for wimps. Like with any sales enablement and marketing automation solution, choose wisely, include your key players in the selection process and be prepared to hire a pro and pay them to make this software perform. Unless you like making your own paperclips, don't try to put yourself in the marketing automation business. It's nuts to think you can do this on top of your own business unless you have a serious, full time pilot to help administrate this bad boy for maximum ROI. You do want ROI, don't you?

Cons: Not much to dislike when you make an informed decision. There are no tricks, gimmicks or lame sales practices.

Recommendations to other buyers: Choose your solution for the long-haul and be prepared to use it every day, training and coaching your team to get the best possible performance. Do the championship-winning sports teams have part time coaching and training for their athletes? Same with this.

Comments: Someone else here has exactly expressed the truth about Sharpspring. Based on my tests, approximately 50% of Sharpspring emails don't get delivered, and their customer service is the pits.

I have stats to prove it, in case they try to claim I'm also a dissatisfied customer who they are going after with collections.

Here are the facts which I've already shared with them myself directly:

We have conducted our own A/B test comparing Sharpspring deliverability to Mailchimp using the *** account. We took the *** email list, arranged it in order by @domain, then alternated A/B for two test groups (we did this in order to split up emails from the same domain). Here is the feedback from our email specialist, who we trained in using SharpSpring:

Here's the head to head comparison. IMO MailChimp clearly does a better job delivering mail b/c the metrics are roughly double SS's across the board.

Mailed Opened Clicked Bounced Unsub
MailChimp 1267 250 9 32 13
Sharpspring 1268 132 4 4 6
MailChimp 1267 20% 0.7% 3% 1.1%
Sharpspring 1268 10% 0.3% 0.3% 0.5%

Clear evidence that their emails are not going through.

Now we have wasted: time to integrate their tool into our code, time to train our staff to use their tool, time to load the emails into their tool, time to dig into whether there is a deliverability problem, and most importantly sales opportunities (and our sales team's time not able to generate leads). Now I've spent all this time to try to get our money back. They have essentially refused, so I have put all their charges in dispute with my credit card company. We were attracted by the price and the feature set, but had no expectation that their tool would utterly fail at delivering emails.

I'm by no means endorsing Mailchimp as a marketing automation tool. There are competitors out there who specialize in this. But in terms of delivering emails, Mailchimp knows what they are doing.

Sharpspring's ethics are questionable, as evidenced by their refusal to refund our money when their tool is failing. If a customer of mine ever had the issues I've been having, I would immediately refund their money, but they have refused. They only give excuses about why they are too busy to get back to me.

By the way, their deliverability engineer straight up told me that they mark emails as delivered when they are not. Don't trust their numbers - do your own tests, like I did.

Cons: Deliverability & Customer Service

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't be lured by the low cost. It will cost you way more in the end.

Comments: Price and ease of use is huge. The customer service has gone above and beyond to help with my understanding of product elements that I had questions on.

They agreements with commonly used softwares, like Moz, Sales Force, etc. that can be accessed with api and displayed on a dashboard. The dashboard gives the client a transparent view of their marketing and of what the ROI is when it's connected to an accounting platform.

This product is definitely worth looking into for a solution whether you're an agency or small business.

Comments: Our company had a horrible experience with SharpSpring overall. Following sign-up, our sales contact disappeared. In fact, she left the company and we were not even notified. Part of selection criteria was working with a company in our time zone. They changed our account management from Florida to South Africa, again without notification. They began a major migration of their backend reporting system that affected our onboarding of a major new client, without notification. See the pattern here. Email deployments would take days, get stuck in queues, and no one at SharpSpring could answer us. We suffered a damaged relationship with our client which is still being mended. We consistently dealt with "account managers" and "directors" that proved they did not really care about our business by their untimely responses to emails/voice mails. If you're looking for a marketing automation platform to communicate with your lists and deploy time-sensitive promotions, I would never recommend SharpSpring. In fact I would strongly recommend to use anything else with a proven reputation.

by SharpSpring on April 15, 2016

We work with nearly 1,000 marketing agencies around the world. With this many relationships, we sometimes enter a few bad ones. This particular review may be motivated by a collections effort we are undertaking against this person's firm for unpaid services. As most marketers are keenly aware, poor deliverability is closely linked to list quality. We reached out to try to work with this customer, but were unsuccessful. Comments: Early in 2014 I received an email from SharpSpring that piqued my interest. I had been looking for a marketing automation tool that was easy-to-use, scalable, and frankly affordable. I'd examined hubspot, marketo, and pardot but they all veered towards the enterprise. And I was looking for a solution that my agency could utilize in helping our small business clients. So when the email came through, I clicked on it via my iPhone. I read a little, and thought I'd check it out more later, and headed off to work. At my office, I received an email from Rick, the President of SharpSpring, and it outlined the pages I had visited and asked if I wanted to learn more. I was hooked.

We use SharpSpring to grow business for our clients. Many of them are focused on ecommerce - so we were early adopters of SharpSpring¿s shopping cart tracking and their new abandon cart feature. We've developed and use many successful drip campaigns that nurture casual browsers and convert them into paying customers. Our clients have enjoyed great, trackable success, where we can see the original email subscription, see which email prompted a visit, and then when in the drip campaign they converted.

Moreover, our clients that sell via salespeople have enjoyed the lead scoring capabilities. One, in the first months after implementation, saw his closing rates triple because his sales staff was able to target the most qualified leads.

Is it all love for SharpSpring all the time? No, they¿re a young, rapidly-growing company, so there have been growing pains. But, most of our grievances with SharpSpring stem from its rapid introduction of new features. They don¿t always communicate new additions well or at all. Fortunately, they¿re usually easily understood, and if not, a quick call or email to our account manager gets an explanation quickly. And again, to their credit, they¿ve hired a new outreach person that¿s initiated weekly update emails, and they¿ve started monthly webinars. So even these growing pains are subsiding.

As an upstart in the marketing automation arena, SharpSpring is holding its own, and against our measurement for success - helping our clients to improve sales - they¿re hitting it out of the park. And to think, it all started more than a year ago with a simple email from Rick Carlson I read on my iPhone. We signed onboard, then several of our clients signed-on with us, and those clients have increased their sales too. That¿s why I say, ¿SharpSpring Rocks!¿

Comments: SharpSpring has been a great marketing automation tool for our company and our clients. SharpSpring is very easy to use and their customer support is amazing. Any question I have and SharpSpring gets back to me right away. With the help of SharpSpring we have gained valuable information about how our customers engage with our website. Using the email marketing automation tools in SharpSpring has made our sales department so much more efficient. They also just came out with a mobile app so our sales team can access SharpSpring on the road with their smart phones. I would recommend this software to any marketing agency looking to get into lead nurturing.

Comments: We implemented Sharpspring for ourselves when looking for a solution for our clients. We use it across our company and have been very pleased with the business intelligence that it has provided. We are able to track the activity of current clients, prospects, and "anonymous" visitors that are kickin' the tires. It has enhanced our marketing AND our sales by providing a platform to initiate communications, create drip marketing campaigns and then to ultimately convert into a sale. Pros are many and include Lead Scoring, Unified Dashboard for the agency, VisitorID which is powered by reverse IP lookup... The only con is the lack of a mobile app.

Comments: When recommending this one-of-a kind Marketing Automation Platform, I always say, "You'll have to have a demo, because you won't believe it until you see it!" Not only does SharpSpring have everything you could possibly need or want, it also allows for more streamlined use ¿ like smaller-scale users who may only want tracking and e-blast capability. On the other hand, a fortune 500 company could use EVERY feature this platform has to offer, from pulling vital B2B leads, managing sales teams and goals, and MUCH more! SharpSpring even has a full CRM system ¿ TRACK and INTERACT, all in one place! Gone are the days of paying for multiple services, like e-blast platforms, CRMs, lead tracking, etc. Also, their customer service is next-to-none. SharpSpring has it all!!!

As the Principal of Design Inceptions, I must say that SharpSpring has helped add unmeasured value to our services. We can now create dynamic campaigns AND provide extremely detailed results to clients, all while helping them to keep in consistent communication with their clients. It's really a win-win-win.

I would recommend SharpSpring to anyone who is interested in ROI.

Inbound Marketing made easy ... and affordable! - Great for Agencies!

Comments: SharpSpring works perfectly for small agencies like us. A year ago we switched from Hubspot to SharpSpring in order to start using a simpler and cheaper Inbound Marketing platform not just with our small clients but also for ourselves.

Because of its flexible and convenient pricing structure, SharpSpring has allowed us to start using its great functionalities in our home country, Argentina, where pricing in dollars are far more sensitive than with our US based accounts.

When it comes to the tool usage, SharpSpring is faster to learn and much simpler to deploy, but still a very powerful tool. It may not have all the functions of other big players from the Inbound Marketing field, but it has the most important ones, at a far cheaper price that defeats all its rivals instantaneously: Lead Scoring works great!; Automated workflows are far simpler than the rest to manage and execute; its built-in CRM is good enough for small companies with limited budgets; and its email delivery and tracking functionalities are second to none.

SharpSpring's proposal for agencies was also a big reason we chose it! We can be really profitable selling the software to our clients, and because of the affordable cost, we can even give the software for free if we think there is a good business opportunity in creating creative content alongside our client's inbound marketing actions.

As with any solution, there is also room for improvements, for example, being able to track email openness on lead scoring, progressive profiling, better template email designs, multilingual capacities and online 24 hour chat customer support.

That said, I believe SharpSpring is a great tool inspired by a young and talented team of people always open to hear from us! Its value based proposition is unbeatable and the company is continuously improving the software over time.

We conclude that SharpSpring deserves a try. We did it and we are now working hard on trying to promote Inbound Marketing in our client base, both in Miami and, specially, down here in Argentina.

A powerful marketing automation tool with the an incredible agency business & pricing model

Comments: As producers of B2B sponsored webinars, optimizing audience acquisition outcomes is a critical part of our client deliverables. We made a change to utilize its email marketing capabilities and loved it's agency business/pricing model too. Their agency business model is more than just words. They provide us a "free Instance" to use for our own marketing automation and biz dev objectives. The pricing model is very attractive, for e.g., they don't monetize on how large of a database is being stored, rather they provide an allowance for email sends/period.

It's easy to use UI and other features such as creating a unique Instance for each client, means there's no risk of co-mingling of data/emails/databases between accounts aligns with our use case. The on demand email campaign performance reporting is straightforward, as no special programing is required. It even allows visibility to measure how each individual list is performing against the others or to compare it to other campaigns.

The Forms feature is easy to use for providing prospects access to download our assets such as eBooks, etc. We're also going to use the cool workflow automation feature to set up trigger campaigns to nurture folks who download the assets.

An improvement I'd like to see, is after submitting a job, while a dialogue is returned on the screen, I'd like an email sent acknowledging not only that the job has been submitted into the queue, but also when it will be sent. I'd like to receive weekly updates of all fixes and enhancements, or even have them put a video or webinar together explaining the changes.

Yet, their commitment to providing 1:1 service and support makes up for minor inconveniences, and they are extremely responsive and passionate about helping out.

While email marketing was our prime use case, we're keen to explore some of their other cool features. We are currently doing a pilot to evaluate the integration between GoToWebinar and SharpSpring, as this capability promises to streamline and automate our webinar workflows even more.

Depending on your use case, support and business needs, I would highly recommend you exploring this platform, as we're very happy with our decision and as mentioned above, know it will only get better over time as that's core to their success too. They understand the true meaning of what being a partner is, and it's in their DNA from their founder on down.

Hands down, the best in marketing automation platforms.

Comments: We're a hybrid team of experienced 360 performance-driven inbound marketing professionals serving B2B and B2C companies across America.

We've had hands-on experience with some of the top-leading marketing automation platforms including Hubspot, Hatchbuck and SharpSpring.

And while all three companies have solid platforms and great people behind them, we ended up investing in SharpSpring based on the level of customer support and how impressed we were with their platform.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

The level of personal service provided by the SharpSpring team as a whole is exceptional. Their kind, gentle-spirited attitudes and consistent follow-through is by far what stands out the most to me.

I love that my team and I can communicate with all levels of management. To me that says they have a genuine care for us and our success. They know me and my team by name, are always in touch with our needs and are certainly committed to helping us and the valued clients we serve, succeed.

PLATFORM

The SharpSpring platform is truly state-of-the-art.

We are approaching our one-year anniversary using SharpSpring on a daily basis and I can say that our experience managing their platform has been remarkable.

When a problem and/or question surfaces, and it does from time to time, they are prompt to listen and swift to resolve!

There recent merger with SMTP assures me that they are truly vested in the future of their platform.

They continue add the latest technologies and features such as VisitorID and recently, Call Tracking. And their persistent focus and drive in leadership gives us as a marketing agency a significant edge when supporting the brands we are privileged to serve.

Bottom line, if your a marketing agency looking for a platform that delivers ease of use and attention to user experience paired with an agency-focused pricing model and unlimited support, look no further then SharpSpring.

You'll be glad you did!

Comments: The mission of SharpSpring is to bring the most fully featured sales and marketing platform to small and medium business, giving us an advantage over the big guys. They do this by being a partner, with a powerful, intuitive platform, and offering unsurpassed value.

THE COMPANY:

Everyone with whom we have interacted at SharpSpring has actively sought ways to make us successful with the product. From the President and Founder to Account Services to Support, they've been responsive, quick, personable and thorough.

SharpSpring is a young company with the dynamics to match - quickly rolling out features we¿ve requested correctly the first time. Most of the time, support issues are addressed the same business day, larger issues within a week.

It¿s clear that the company culture is one of work hard, play hard, have fun and be excellent. They have proven to be not just a platform, but an eager partner.

THE PLATFORM

Sharpspring is incredibly intuitive. Our clients are not tech savvy; yet they have been able to gain confidence with the features of the product they need to use. The interface is clean. With plentiful context-specific options on one screen, it¿s easy to access all necessary tasks, boosting productivity.

It's also highly customizable. Set up custom deal stages that reflect your particular sales process; or construct a lead scoring scenario that allocates extra points to leads within your zip code, or with a certain area code. Set yourself up to focus on leads that are more likely to convert for more sales, more quickly.

SharpSpring provides the missing link between online and offline campaigns, because all can be tracked within the system. Not only that, but callers can be tracked, enabling improved sales and marketing alignment. This is the only marketing automation solution we¿ve found that has fully integrated CRM and call tracking. All of this in one place is a dream of many of ours - right?

THE VALUE

We evaluated many other well-known platforms, and feared we would not be able to add marketing automation to our agency's services because of cost.

Between robust features, a partnership model of doing business, and incredible value, Sharpspring has allowed us to raise our role with clients to be much more highly consultative - and valuable.

We enthusiastically recommend SharpSpring at every opportunity.

Comments: Using SharpSpring, as someone who is familiar with a multitude of marketing automation systems, has been an incredibly pleasant surprise. For the range and breadth of services offered by the product, one would be expecting to be paying much more - however if someone is able to pick up the system well, one can take off flying. The product is most definitely scaled to individual sales, but the scalability as to what you can do with it is pretty much limited to what you're willing to design out in terms of personalization, automation, and workflows.

Technical language aside, it's just really a good product. The account support is incredible, and the flexibility offered by both the team and the developers is something that I hadn't expected going into using SharpSpring. I'm genuinely looking forwards to the updates coming in the new year, and know that all of the services added on top of the services being used will be absolutely invaluable to our company.

Comments: We've been very pleased with SharpSpring. We purchased SharpSpring primarily for the marketing automation package, which is becoming a key marketing tool for our company. The SharpSpring interface is beautiful and wonderfully intuitive, and we have been especially impressed by the VisitorID information and the integration of CRM/Lead Tracking with Marketing Automation.

We experienced a few hiccups in the on-boarding process, which seem to be caused by conflicting "first steps" emails and by lack of communication between our sales rep, on-boarding rep, and long-term account rep. Some key details about how we intended to use the system did not seem to get passed along from rep to rep, which simply made our on-boarding process take longer. These issues were ultimately resolved to our satisfaction, and I attribute them primarily to the fact that SharpSpring is young, and still perfecting its customer communications.

Aside from those inconveniences, SharpSpring's product and its customer service have been terrific. We couldn't be more pleased with the responsiveness of our account rep, his dedication to understanding our needs and recommending customized strategies for us, and his ability to explain the system clearly and easily. I fully expect SharpSpring to continue improving its system and adding new features that enhance our ability to target leads with customized messages, and to track behaviors and results effectively. I look forward to working with SharpSpring into the future.
