Friendly sales team. Produces decent records and does allow for customization to suit individual needs.

Cons

Condescending support team. Ridiculous fees for support. Difficult system to implement. Record entry can be very tedious with click after click. President of the company responded to our concerns with a statement that could have been written by an eighth grader.

Overall

Please do yourself a favor and find yourself a better software program. We made the mistake of purchasing this software and have regretted it every since.
