Pros

Routinely we are up and running in a matter of hours for our new clients. We find that Kareo just makes sense for the first time user or an advanced user.

Cons

support is frustrating at times.

Overall

I recommend Kareo to any billing service that is looking to streamline their processes.

Pros

This software is straightforward and logical. It has the ability to give access or restrict depending on the user which keeps better control. The webinars are in laymans terms and directs you step by step how to set up the practice. The implementation webinars explain in the same manner. This software has a great reporting section which gives you the ability to generate any report using thousands of different parameters. Being web based gives employees the freedom to work from any computer with internet service which helps to cut loss of productivity.

Cons

I did have a slight difficulty with my implementation but by calling support, it turned out I had taken down some information out of order. They were able to quickly identify the problem and help me get back on track.

Overall

I would recommend this software to all medical practices as this company listens to the customer and is always striving to stay ahead of health care reform (and is doing a good job at it).

Pros

Easiest system to use, has everything you can think of wanting or needing.
Very pleased that it;s internet based, so we will never lose our information.
EHR system implemented in to the software is awesome.

Cons

I have not had any issues to report as a CON.

Overall

I recommend getting this system if you want a great system that will work with you and for you. It's perfect!

Very easy to use, convenient, reliable.

Cons

Although customer support has been quite helpful, being in Hawaii, there is somewhat of a delay in assistance and not any real immediate help. A minor set back. However, with that said, there are a ton of videos and a peer support system always available, around the clock online.

Overall

I would definitely recommend Kareo, I've used it for years and I have no intention of changing. I've seen this company make tremendous growth over the years and I hope to support for the amazing future that I know will be up ahead.

Overall

I have used numerous Practice Management programs over many years and I switched to Kareo after using a served based program. I love that I can log on from anywhere and that my clients can, too. Kareo is a month to month and no contract basis software that is easy on my wallet. I can literally teach someone to use the program in a day plus they have training videos for free.for refreshers. This program makes my job easier to do. What more can I ask?

Pros

Kareo appears inexpensive compared to the higher priced billing systems. When you talk to a good trainer you can wizz right along.

Cons

You are not allowed to talk to a trainer unless you pay $150 an hour. There are a lot of small things you have to do in order to start billing that are not in the webinars. It has taken us two weeks and we still aren't able to bill.

Pay for the help from the beginning.
