lots of great ideas and flexibility

Cons

Unfortunately, this software is not at all user friendly and is very poorly supported. For the cost to purchase and the annual licensing fee, there are simply too many bugs and inconsistent and unresponsive support to make this program really viable. I have used it and still have not implemented it satisfactorily after 5 years. I have finally decided to scrap it and move on to something that is reliable and supported.
