Pros

The attentive customer service is what really makes this superior. MyOnlinePractice has exceeded my expectations as I keep discovering other functions and capabilities each day, and they diligently continue to meet our requirements, as your site evolves to what you need it to be. Very easy to use, and the ability to customize the site for your office specifics is great. I highly recommend using them.

Cons

Very few. There will always be some limitations with any program you use, but this site suits our needs, and overall, I'm really impressed.

Overall

Highly recommend this program, and their team. We have rotating doctors from many different backgrounds, and they find the program uncomplicated, simple to use. 10 minutes overview with each oncoming doctor, and they are up and running.
