It's become my best employee.

my early version is a little light on database customization features.
Overall
I have not one single complaint about my scheduler and it makes our business stand out above our competitors!

Pros
Everything else besides below works well and it is easy to use.
Cons
would like to see appointments for the month. Reps are complaining that when they are making appointments they have only the option to see daily.
Overall
This (see Cons) is the only complaint.
Reps can't see the booked appointments for the month. Which makes it very time consuming.

I really like almost everything about it.
Cons
I wish I had the ability to double book. Many industries need this. I wish I could choose an appointment time by clicking on an available spot in the weekly view. I wish I could adjust the amount of time an appointment takes by clicking and dragging. For instance if a certain client is only going to take 30 mins. instead of an hour. I realize I could make the same service over and over again in different time increments but that is really redundant, and makes for a confusing drop down list when there are 4 of the same appointment. And I wish the hours for different people would automatically block off instead of creating a repeat appointment.
Overall
Other than these few things I like the software very much. I find your prices are great and the people friendly and helpful and very understanding.
