Pros
I have been using ISNAP since it's inception here at SVHC. I have been a super user for the last 3 years. I train our associates on the system and the system is very user friendly. Any time I have had to ask for support from Hanford Bay, we get immediate response and resolve. I feel they are an extremely customer focused company. It is a pleasure to work with them and the ISNAP system.
Cons
None come to mind.
Overall
I would very much recommend Hanford Bay and the ISNAP system.

Pros
Very user friendly.
Many features.
Schedules people with a combination of 8 and 12 hour shifts.
Reduces amount of time spent on scheduling.
Houses dept budgets by hours or body count and provides variances to the schedule.
Allows for multiple staffing goals.
Wonderful vendor support. They will customize based upon organizational needs.
Very inexpensive compared to less robust systems.
Allows for employee access.
Cons
I can't think of any cons...Any problems we have experienced have been addressed and corrected by the vendor in the next release.
Overall
Highly recommend. We have used the scheduler since 1992 and as a time and attendance record that directly downloads to our payroll system since 1998. The vendor is extremely responsive to our individual needs.
