Pros

Very user friendly
Ability to bill all our clinic programs accurately and electronically.
Support is knowledgeable and easy to work with
Software is reliably kept up to date with all the state changes and requirements.
Wide variety of reporting options and selections



Cons

Needs a wider variety of canned reports.

Overall

I would highly recommend this software.

Pros

AccuMed offers a lot!

Cons

Barely any of it works. We've been trying to implement this over our 50+ providers for over two years and still have not had it 100% completed. Billing and Eligibility is a nightmare.

Overall

Eh... would not recomment unless somebody only wants it for scheduling and not for billing
