Pros

Medlook is a great software product that can be used for different medical offices. The customer support is exceptional with the quick response to problems and technical knowledge. This software also gives you the capability to customize reports for clients. I have tried other software over the years and keep coming back to this for meeting my needs for my clients.

Cons

There will always be certain functions that you will not be able to perform with this software for a certain speciality, but there is no perfect software package to meet all needs for all specialities.

Overall

I would recommend this software to any small medical office or small billing service for the ease of use and customer service that is received.

Pros

We have used Medlook as our billing software for many years. It is easy to use, and upgrades which actually improve performance are continually being made. The very finest thing about Medlook is the support. When you have a problem, Jeff, the developer, talks you through it or uses the online tool to fix the problem. It is like having your own,private, tech person at your beck and call. Medlook answers all of our billing needs.

Highly recommended. A great system with a personal touch to support that is unmatched anywhere.

Pros

I have been using this program for 10 years, before it was called Medlook. I find it user friendly, accomodating, self sustaining. The support with Jeff Fagerman is immediate and always friendly. Great Program! I have used many before and they were never this easy to use.

Cons

Medlook could use a little bit more in the report areas. It is coming in the next version.

Overall

Highly recommend it to any office. Very affordable and friendly.
