Overall

I was a ready and willing buyer for our mid-size practice, but after repeatedly being blown off by the sales rep, I gave up. It was too bad because the product looked like it would have fit the bill. I even tried to go around that particular rep, but kept getting ref'd back to him. I took it as sign of the company's overall view on Service. Poor.
