Pros

Software designed by someone in the know about Counsellor's wishes for client management software.
Full of features for simple client management.
Price affordable for single users/sole proprietors etc.
Friendly and quick customer support by small development team.

Cons

User interface, look & feel isn't great.
Report layouts could be better and miss the ability for user to modify font size, layout etc.
Some weird quirks and compatibility issues with version 3.
Based on Access 2002 runtime.

Overall

Overall, would score 7/10. Version 4 may address Cons outlined.
