Pros
Very user friendly, inexpensive compared to other O&G SW, help desk incredible, best around. Use in other industries o/s of O&G. OGSYS personnel very professional and helpful.
Cons
No negatives in my experience using OGSYS in the last ten years.
Overall
Strongly reccomend for the price, user friendliness and help desk at OGSYS is really exceptional.

Pros
Screens are very user friendly and system is easy to learn due to the logical design of the file structure. Installation and training is very short which allows for a quick startup of the system. Once installed, the system can be managed by the accounting group with very limited support from IT. Reporting is limited to your imagination due to the excel download capabilities. OGsql is a very stable system. Support team is outstanding. They work with you until all the issues are addressed and resolved. Templates on Ogsys website allows users to upload files directly into OGsql for efficiency and accuracy. Solid integrity of the system and data allows for efficient audits.
Cons
System documentation and help screens could be improved.
Overall
As far as Oil & Gas accounting software OGsql is the biggest bang for the buck with no close second. OGsql is a very efficient system that is easy to manage and maintain. I would highly recommend it to any independent oil & gas company.

Pros
The software is easy to learn, easy to use, is very affordable, has good reporting capabilities and good support.
Cons
Just a few clean up issues on making data entry consistent between reports. This is just a minor inconvenience.
