Pros
-Web Based Interface lets our entire company operate without a local server, implementing our own security or software updates, or attending a traditional "office".
-Robust solution for order management through multiple sales channels, including our fully OMX integrated Magento website, Integrated Amazon Store, Brick & Mortar Store, Catalog Sales, and Mail Orders.
- Full inventory Management including PO issuing, warehouse locations, inventory warnings, etc...
Cons
Not any that currently come to mind.
Overall
OMX has radically changed our business, sales have been up 10%-15% every year since implementation. Could not be happier with the product, service or team behind it.
