Overall: I used Ticket Tailor for two events and each time had a completely seamless experience in the set up and customer use, as well as excellent, prompt customer service for the few questions I had. Great job team! And I highly recommend this service, and plan to use it again.

Comments: Ticket Tailor is an awesome way to sell tickets to an event! The guest management and check in tools are so easy to use and extremely helpful. It saved us a ton of time. Purchasing tickets online was very easy and user friendly. I would recommend them to everyone. Their pricing made it very affordable for our small non-profit. We will definitely use them again!

Comments: We have numerous charity events every year and were keen to try selling ticket online. After comparing a few sites, we decided on Ticket Tailor for 2 reasons - they have special rates for charities, and you can subscribe per event.
Setting up the event on their site was surprisingly very simple, and the box-office templates for tickets were also not difficult to set up.
After set-up was completed we sat back and watched as we received email confirmation of every ticket sold.
For the event day, you can print out door lists or use their check-in app on your mobile/tablet.
Whenever we had any enquiries, the responses were very prompt.
Overall, it was a very satisfying experience to use Ticket Tailor for online ticket sales.

Comments: I discovered ticket tailor when I was searching for an alternative to the more well known systems. The costs are amazing - monthly fee rather than per ticket, which for me, selling low cost tickets works out much better! The form builder is really easy to use and allows me to tailor it and add my own questions, and best of all is that it integrates with my website! The customer service has been amazing, with emails asking me how I'm getting on and very quick responses. Highly recommend!

Comments: Ticket Tailor has been a small revolution in our ticket sales. As an event producer (and event management lecturer) it has been great to use a company that respects and supports grassroots promoters (and their audience). The monthly subscription fee makes total sense to us, represents better value, is clearly explained and offered helpful charity discount for our charity event. Having vcontrol over booking fee is important too. Customer service has been helpful. I look forward to using Ticket Tailor more

Comments: I used one other ticketing system prior to using Ticket Tailor and I feel that this system is far superior for my company's needs. The ease of creating and editing events astounds me in comparison to the previous system we used in the past. I would definitely recommend it to any other small business that is looking into finding a company to utilize for its ticketing purposes.

Comments: Bridges the gap between what the customer pays and you get paid... Finally the 'estate agent' has been taken out of ticket sales!
When your tickets are only to cover costs, and you have to charge the customer another 50% to pay the ticket website it feels like your ripping off the fans. Ticket tailor makes low price small events worth while promoting and affordable to the fans, but I can't see why it couldn't upscale for larger events.

Comments: As a start up small arts company budgets matter for our events. We were looking for an online ticket sales system to use with our events. Well exploring the small print and costs with some other better known sites we were shocked at what costs were involved. So we started to look deeper and discovered Ticket Tailor a gem of a find. With unbeatable costs and a simple to use set up along with embedding ticketing into your website we had found the perfect solution.
I cannot recomend Ticket Tailor highly enough, so stop reading this and give it a try as you will not be disappointed.

Comments: It was so easy to set up the account with TT and install and configure the Wordpress widget that in under one hour I had a polished word press page, with the TT widget, working.
The next day, I put a link in my Facebook page, with a special tag, and now I can see where I sell more tickets on-line, our web site, or FB.
I am looking forward to using the "check-in" app for iPhone on the day of my event.

Comments: Really impressed with this site. I looked into lots of different sites offering similar things but tickettailor seemed to be the cheapest. I have been very happy with it so far. It has meant that I have not had to accept any cash for tickets for our event and so this is so much better. The use of paypal is great because most people use paypal to pay for items online so it is familiar to them. Will definitely use again and recommend to other.

Comments: I like the simplicity of this product. It has the functionality I need with a straightforward and fair pricing structure. This is important as some other solutions have become prohibitively expensive. I also like the Stripe interface so Paypal can be avoided.

Comments: We are using ticket tailor for a small event and really like the pricing; monthly (choose your subscription) versus a % of sales. Plus the fact it's free until your first ticket has been sold and the flexibility to amend you contract whenever you like. Setting it up with Stripe was super easy as well. Nice clear ticket booking site with enough flexibility for our needs. Would definitely recommend!

Comments: Ticket Tailor is a fully fledged ticketing system but instead of charging a per ticket % commission like competitors, it provides a single fixed fee monthly fee with unlimited tickets. For smaller events this provides a far more cost effective way of developing a ticketing system.

In terms of set up and usage the system actually hides a lot of its functionality behind a very simple interface - it certainly provided all the requirements I needed for my event with over 10 different ticket types and ability to schedule these tickets at different times. Its easy to use and requires no development skills which is a real pro for the system

I'm sure there are areas of functionality that could be improved and tweaked in comparison to other competitors which may appear more polished, but this system seems robust in its offering. The back end could do with a redesign and there is some need still to incorporate social sharing (the FB app link was broken when I tried to install, but their customer service was excellent and got back to me within the hour). Mobile optimisation of the site is through responsive which has its issues, and there are probably some areas of front end design on the site (and offering ability to mask URL) that would be appreciated by others as well.

Overall having tried many different systems such as eventbrite and eventbee, for this particular event where cost is a significant issue, Ticket Tailor seems to have everything sewn up in a very easy to use package.

I have enjoyed using your service and I will be a customer for a very long time

Comments: Pros: The customer service was great! They answered in a quick and timely manner! At first I was very skeptical of paying for this program when their customer service was only an email. I was not sure they would be able to answer quickly whenever I had a question. However, when I first had any issues, they were able to quickly answer it! This program definitely helped our check in desk at the time of event, which made the lines run smoothly.

Cons: Some people had technical difficulties purchasing the tickets. I'm not sure if it's this program to blame, or it may be just computer setting issues. But overall, I was able to manual add customers. My event dealt with seating as well, so I did hope there was an option where the customers could select their seats or tables. Or if that wasn't possible, at last an option add a note when they check-in. I just made our check-in crew have another list to show what table their on.

Overall. This program was a big help to make this event very successful! Hopefully they can add more options in future updates!

Comments: I work for a small non profit organization and we had recently put together a fundraiser to raise money for our arts programs for at-risk youth in Los Angeles. We needed a ticketing system we could manage with our small staff, that connected to our PayPal account, and was easy to drop right into our website. Ticket Tailor was all of those things and so easy to customize our box office and event! I couldn't be more impressed with this software and am so grateful we found an affordable option to make ticketing for our fundraiser a total breeze for both the attendees and us. I would definitely recommend this software!

Comments: Our nonprofit organization utilized Ticket Tailor for our Tricky Tray Event registration. It was a fantastic experience and extremely cost effective for our needs. Our experience was great; the set up was very simplified and any questions we had were answered in a very timely manner (always the same day). Our guests had no problems (to the best of our knowledge) with registration; the staff at Ticket Tailor was able to modify our site to include extra drop downs and mandatory fields which resulted in making our lives easier and assured the guests had a better experience beginning at the registration process and through the night of the event.
I would definitely recommend Ticket Tailor to others looking to make their registration process a breeze!

Comments: I had not heard of Ticket Tailor before, and the event we were planning was a large and high-profile - i.e. I didn't want it to go wrong! But, I'm really glad we went with Ticket Tailor - it's a brilliant system, easy to use and the price is amazing, especially for charities. You can customise what data you collect, have many different ticket types, and easily create discount codes. The link-up to Mailchimp is really handy, and payment processing with Paypal was very simple. Thanks to all at Ticket Tailor for the great system.

Comments: The Ticket Tailor application itself was easy to use and setup. The service that is provided by Ticket Tailor is excellent! When I submitted questions, I heard back either the same day or the following day with very easy to understand instructions and explanations. They even created a special form for us to use to collect information about the ticket purchaser and his/her guests. Our only concern was that even after we ended our event, we got billed for two more months. We were not aware of the charges until the banking statment arrived. Ticket Tailor gave us store credit and did give us a prorated refund on the partial month based on when we notified them. We think there should be a clear explanation of how to prevent this from happening once the event has ended. Other than that we were happy with the whole service.

Comments: I have used Ticket Tailor for two events for our non-profit. Both times I needed custom fields to capture attendee data. It would of course be easier if I can edit these fields myself, but unfortunately I can't. Fortunately though, the customer service team can, and they were very quick to respond and to make the edits for me. Friendly and quick service. I will use them again.

We have many events that take place, including Secret Sessions, ROUNDtables, Panel Discussions, and more. We needed a reservation system that had the following: easy to use, easy to setup, responsive technical support, affordable, customer service, and ability to customize the solutions we needed. After spending extensive research on many ticket and reservations systems, including large companies and small we selected Ticket Tailor. We have been using ticket tailor over a year, have had hundreds of events using ticket tailor's system and have been 100% happy with them. Comments: I'm having a really good experience with the service. We are organizing an event with our ngo. The customer service is really good as they answer eery question we have.

It is quite easy to use and the explanations are good however, I would have loved to be able to customize the page a bit more.

Comments: I build online booking systems for different kinds of websites, and I needed something that would be rock solid and secure for a conference/festival based site. Comments: We chose Ticket Tailor as it seemed to be the most suitable online booking system for our needs, and I have to say the experience has been very positive. It has great flexibility to adapt the system to suit your ticket needs and when a question did arise a quick response was received from the online Ticket Tailor team! For our show we have received 99% of our bookings online and this is the first time we have used an online booking system. Comments: It has taken 3 years for us to find the solution to providing online ticket sales along with still being able to offer a personal telephone service for those who require that. Easy to set up the events although we had to rethink the way be gave discounted offers - we can no longer offer the 1 child free with 2 full fare paying adults but we found another way. It was very easy to customise and integrate into our website.
The Stripe payment solution offers an easy way to take online payments. The Ticket Tailor solution is considerably cheaper than many other online ticket solutions which is very important to us .
Our charities volunteers have found it very easy to learn to use the system with telephone bookings which again was important.
Finaly I must mention the great customer service received from Lorant who rapidly answered our queries and requests

Small/medium sized event service

Comments: We organise medium sized gaming events for between 200-2000 people, but have always struggled to keep up with personally issued physical tickets and most ticketing providers charge high commission, have overly complex pricing and software, and restrict access to funds. Ticket Tailor has a customisable ticket shop, customisable receipts, simple web and checkout app interfaces and importantly, a no nonsense pricing system allowing event organisers direct control of their event funds - critical for personal, hobbyist or non-sponsored/non-commercial events. Excellent system!

Comments: I did a lot of research on ticketing sites for my band's gig and Ticket Tailor came out top by miles...ease of use/setup, free trail, no contract, transparent pricing and great customer service - nothing more I can say, just sign up!

Comments: So glad I found Ticket Tailor for ticketing our events. Previously we had been paying a rediculous amount on ticket fees but with Ticket Tailor we just pay a $25/mo for the months we need to sell tickets. We were also able to remove their logo and embed in to our WordPress site.

Comments: Having recently being tasked with sorting ticket sales for my old colleges reunion, I searched to see if there was on online ticket solution to my dilemma as the former students were now all over UK/world and I had no direct contact for them.
This is where I found Ticket Taylor. On researching other companies of similar attributes, Ticket Taylor came out on top especially in the value for money department.
On signing up to the package, I soon found the site very easy to use. You can also SEO the ticket office to suit direct hits for potential online searches.
The system is, in my opinion, faultless. It made what a thought would be a cumbersome task into something very delightful.
The process of buying a ticket online was simple. I created links from the Facebook page and my website to the online ticket office.
I could regularly extrapolate information from the data collected by Ticket Taylor.
I found the e-ticketing system very useful indeed.
During the use of their system I had little need for help But when I did, their messaging system was simple to use and the small problems I had were dealt with quickly and in a very friendly manor.

Overall, I would strongly recommend Ticket Taylor to others. It makes the task of selling tickets to a non-local audience incredibly easy and is great value for money.

Already looking forward to using their system again.

Comments: We used TT to help us sell tickets online for a small community music festival on the Isle of Skye. Last year we tried (and succeeded, but at a cost of much hard work, loads of hours and reams of paper) to sell tickets manually - by phone, by email, etc...

This year, we decided to risk taking the plunge to sell tickets online - The Ticket Tailor service was very simple to set up, to create events, to get dashboard reporting on and to integrate with payment services. Once events were designed, pasting the 'widget' into the web controls (I used squarespace) was also very simple.

Customer Service was great (I asked a couple of questions by email about how to set up events and how I could stop my subscription once our event was over) and got replies very quickly with the information I needed.

Top class.

Comments: Having been an event organiser for five years, booking fees felt like that unnecessary norm. I stumbled across Ticket Tailor when I was looking for an alternative to my previous ticketing agent and must say I was very impressed. Whist it is simplistic, it works perfectly with very fair monthly rates. The customer service is great and we managed to secure our own customised package. Would definitely recommend to other event organisers.
