Pros: The ease of use and the customer service. The Jobber team is top notch. I love the ability to transition from quote, to job, to invoice in seconds. It makes my day so much easier and makes AR such a simple task.

Cons: I honestly like it all. If there's anything I want I just request it and I end up seeing that feature appear later down the line. They are great.

Pros: Great customer support, easy to use software, and reasonably priced. It has lots of powerful features being added. The team there is even better. Joel is very helpful!

Cons: Does not have certain features that we requested, but makes up for it in another ways. The development team seems to be proactive so I¿m guessing they will be added eventually.

Pros: The software is extremely user friendly. I use the program with an iPad primarily along with mobile phones. My employees are able to use their mobile phones daily to see the scheduling for the days work. We also keep the iPad alongside in the truck throughout the day as we are able to use it to check people's accounts throughout the day and create new clients. The main reason for purchasing the software was for the ease of billing. Prior to Jobber I would spend roughly 5-6 hours writing bills by hand and mailing them. This now cuts my billing time down to less than an hour. With the click of a button I can have all my bills printed and ready to send.

Cons: Only complaint I have at this point is when billing. If bills you are a couple days past the end of the month on bills, and have already checked a couple of days worth of mowing from the next month off, when you generate your bills it wants to add the next months visit also. You then have to go in manually and deselect the visits from the month.

Overall: Ease of use. Keeps clients and jobs in order.

Pros: How easy it is to use and look things up. It gives you a good overview of your work for the month. Jobber is also easy to reschedule service calls in.

Cons: I don't like that instead of the techs names I have the initials of the techs. I don't know if this is just a setting of not.

Pros: I like the ease of use , the simple design, and the ability to sync with QuickBooks.
Also, the customer service has been great, knowledgeable, and fast.

Cons: I would like to see the ability to search for SKU numbers on Jobber rather than the specific part name.

Pros: Scheduling, employee application, billing, jobber payments. Those are the most important to me. I also love the fact that it syncs to QuickBooks Online.

Cons: Only three things I don't like.
1.You can't have a client e-sign a quote to form a contract.
2. You can't record a partial payment or take payment in two forms (last I checked but they are always improving)
3. When inputting client information, I wish there was a fillable phone number description option ie: caretaker's cell, or wife's work #, or strata president's # etc. Instead, you can only pick from the few options like: work, home, mobile

Overall: It has taken my time spent to barely operate and cut it in half and now I am highly organised. I wouldn't be without it now.

Pros: Modern, easy to use, adjustable to personal needs, easy to overview and can manage several different tasks at one.

Cons: I wish it would encrypt notes made in customers files. Because they aren't, they can be lost, deleted or edited and so true past records could be lost or tampered with.

Overall: One stop shop! Much less paperwork!

Pros: Platform, easy to use, great support, integration with QuickBooks Online, awesome customer service and is very reasonable in price.

Cons: Some of the settings are difficult to find, need more color options for the calendar and the app could be a little more user friendly.

Overall: After one week it is hard to say what we will benefit from this, but scheduling has improved dramatically.

Pros: software is very easy to use has the right ideas schedule is very easy to add and move jobs and the app for the drivers works great and email customers and notifications works very good.

Cons: when i schedule customers for 6 months to a year and when their time is about to expired the system never tells you or remains you of that customer is going to get off your recruiting i switching cause of this i pay money and this is an option that they should consider putting.

I have used Jobber for only a short time and have instantly fallen in love.

Pros: Our biggest need was better scheduling software. Not only did this software handle that, it does several other tasks we were doing.

Comments: We have a cleaning company Hire a Housewife in New Zealand. For over a year we struggled organising staff and clients ect. We tried every app on the market to make our job easier but not one of them seemed to work when your logging multiple jobs. Tried jobber haven't looked back, has cut my time down considerably and now I can focus on growing our business because staff know what they are doing from week to week now. I can add and delete jobs easy and assign them to staff easy and notify staff they have a job at the click of a button. It also links with Xero. If i had a problem with set up at the start they were quick to respond .

Pros: Ease of use, quick to surf around and enter data. The calendar is pretty good and the mobile has almost everything you need.

Cons: Multi-location and email needs to be more versatile. The mobile app could use some data entry ability that is limited only to the computer.

Overall: Overall I am happy with Jobber. There are a couple things I would like to see added to the mobile piece and to the contact area but can work around them for now. The service people are good and helpful. Training is good and starts you out on the right step.

Recommendations to other buyers: Although the price is a bit high, the quality is good and so makes it a good value.

Pros: System is easy to follow. My five year old kid can get around the software.

Cons: I'm not too crazy about the new design, but I still love the work that it does.

Pros: I like all aspects of it. There are a few things that I would change- stated in cons.

Cons: Cannot really see all of the information from a phone or tablet.
A way to map tasks not just the jobs.

Overall: Jobber is multi-functional and has all of the tools I need to get the job done. Scheduling, invoicing and referencing previous customers is a snap with this program. I would highly recommend this product for any type of business owner.

Pros: Ease of access, scheduling on calendars and assigning tasks to teams

Cons: The reports could be a bit more comprehensive.

Overall: Since using Jobber we have been able to keep better track of all our garden maintenance clients and their visits, as well as our landscape installations. The scheduling is much easier and being able to do bulk invoicing at the end of the month is an absolute pleasure. I would recommend Jobber as a wonderful tool that one simply cannot afford not to have in ones business.

Pros: Seamless and productive with small to medium businesses in mind.

Cons: Some minor programming issues. Jobber lacks the ability to "select all" or multiple accounts or service orders at the same time. Being a very high volume company that causes me a lot of grief when I have to close 100 or 200 jobs but have to do it all one by one.

Overall: My company an exterior maintenance company where we seal and repair asphalt, interlock, flagstone and concrete. We are the biggest name in our field and with that comes a strong demand for organization. Jobber has allowed us to exceed our productivity goals which increases our customer satisfaction and ultimately our bottom line.

With jobber we are able to create client (and potential client) accounts seamlessly. We have our call center email us an excel sheet of our call log that we have configured specifically for jobber's database import. We can sometimes see up to 100 to 300 calls in a day in our peak season and with this feature we can import all those callers/clients into jobber with the click of a single button. We do this so when the person calls back to book our services their accounts are already in Jobber and all we do is create the orders which takes minutes.

Jobber also creates a daily route for each of our service trucks so all trucks are traveling in the quickly and more time efficient manner. Again, productivity!!!

The day before our client is scheduled for service Jobber automatically emails and texts those clients to remind them they are on schedule and a list of instructions we pre-configure.

In the field, our service reps have jobber on their phones which gives them all the details they need about what the task is they are about to perform. They are able to create notes on the clients "job" and even add photos all of which are instantly available in our office.

After our service agents are finished a job they click "mark complete" and jobber does the rest which includes invoicing our clients and emailing them an invoice and soliciting client feedback etc.

Jobber has allowed me to do the job of 5 people so quickly I am often left with the biggest dilemma Jobber causes.... What golf course can I get an afternoon tee time on a weekday?

I'm an office manager for a small business and I don't think I could keep up with everything (we're growing very fast!) if I didn't have Jobber. Jobber really helps us give a professional and polished experience, without having to hire additional staff to make it possible. They're always adding and improving their services, and are ready to help and listen when you have something to bring to their attention. I've never had a bad experience with their customer service. If you're considering using Jobber, go ahead and give it a try. You won't regret it.

Comments: Jobber could be a fab program, with a lot of bang for your buck except for one very big (for us) flaw. When you schedule a 'job' on the calendar, it allows you to upload photos and write notes specific to that job - which is GREAT. However, when the job is finished, you only have the option to invoice it, leave it as "action required" or - delete it, which removes all the associated pics & notes etc...
A good part of our business is going out to do estimates/quotes - we of course need those on the schedule/calendar, but we can ONLY SCHEDULE AS A JOB - there is no way to schedule quotes. So, we end up scheduling the 'quotes' originally as jobs, then transferring all the data (pics, notes etc...) to the jobber quote form, then deleting the job (which we then have no record of) All in all a HUGE pain - something that - if fixed would make this a truly good, functional program... So, sadly, I have to give it a rather poor review - at least for us and our business needs.

Overall: I am lucky I found Jobber. I use them since day one I started up my HVAC business in Edmonton, Canada. Their monthly fee cloud based model fits my budget perfectly. I use Jobber to manager customers information, work orders, invoices and many other business related management. It runs smoothly, and always has new functions available with extra costs. Their office stuff are very supportive, very caring about customer experiences. Highly recommended Jobber to anyone who runs a field service business.

invoicing is so simple: discounting, labor calculations, material costs

Cons: I don't think it integrates with Salesforce yet

Overall: This single service has allowed our business to expand. We had experimented with CRM software before, but the quote and invoicing interface that this provides is of particular benefit. As far as I know, this does not integrate with Salesforce yet. It is so valuable, however, that every job we do is run through it. It may seem like a simple thing, but for those who just don't have the time for all the paperwork, this can be a one-stop-shop for many contractors. Of special note for tech-savvy groups, the mobile application for use in the field is wonderful. Even for team members without the best soft skills, payment collection can all be handled at the press of a button. I love this product and plan to continue using it as we grow.

Recommendations to other buyers: Take the time to train your field agents to use it. It is worth putting the effort on the front end i.e. data entry for client phone names, numbers, addresses, schedule times, and the like. By doing this, regardless of the device your employees are using in the field, it will be simple to deploy the application.

Pros: That my technicians can look on their phones to see what is scheduled and any changes that are made.

Cons: Being able to do a complete print out of labels of the customer list all at once.

Overall: It has definitely our type of work so much easier. My technicians have everything in their hands that I do in the office. Very easy to use. I like the customer listing emailed but it would also that help to be able to print a customer list and labels straight from Jobber. We have mass mailings twice a year.

Overall: Jobber works great for my HVAC service company. It is simple to use in the field and in the office. We have had issues with filling fields, but customer service has been responsive to our requests. Overall we're happy, but would be happier if that improvement was made.

Pros: Easy to use- lots of customizable fields, links with QB

Overall: We switched over to Jobber in March of 2016 and so far have been very happy with the program. I love how it links to QB and the set up was a breeze. We switched over from Field Locate, which I would NEVER recommend to anyone after the experience we had there. Jobber is great value for the money and their customer support is awesome! The work flow is great, there is no way you can miss invoicing your jobs. Team members can leave notes in every quote, job, invoice so when multiple people are involved the information is seamlessly communicated. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this program.

Comments: Having worked with other work order type programs there are a lot of different functionality components that foo not always apply to your type of service. All that said this program is very user friendly and the interface with Quickbooks is key. The invoice "click through function" for customers to pay via credit cards has cut our collection time. Customer support is very helpful, available, and responsive. We are on the "East Coast" so I was a bit concerned that the time difference would be a challenge, for us. I only gave a four star for the "ease of use" and "functionality" because there are a couple of areas that I think could be improved.

Cons: Can't put both taxes on the invoice/quote (Quebec).
Would need a Main client and sub clients. Since we're working a lot with condos we would need to have lots of sub clients and bill to the main client (the condo).
Would need to improve the invoice / quote layout... we're losing too much space and it gets to a second page too fast.

Overall: This software gives me more time to actually work. It helps me with most of the tasks I need to do besides my work. Great customer support. Lacks a couple of features for my needs but I can get around.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be great to be able to do the layout of the invoice / quote ourselves like Quickbooks. I would LOVE to be able to TAKE OUT the ability to pay by credit card online. I take credit cards but I prefer cheques. When clients recieve the invoice online they automaticaly pay by credit card.

Pros: Great Value, easy to use, never had an issue that wasn't caused by my lack of computer understanding. Found it to be reliable and accurate

Cons: I would like it to have moe customizable option on invoices and emails. I would like the emails to be more stylish with my logo and what not. Pros: it's automation and simplicity- very robust system and they continue to keep growing and adding more features.

Cons: continued development on the mobile app, especially where one can see the entire calendar (ie unassigned visits and tasks).
Also, ability to upload attachments to a task like other notes on jobs and visits and quotes

Overall: Our small yet growing power wash business was becoming more of a nightmare than a dream as we kept expanding... Once we hit 12 people, I could no longer take the amount of double and triple entry, chasing old pics in emails, going thru the mundane chore of invoicing and even making reminder and follow-up calls.
That's when I found Jobber... I was hesitant to make the switch, but when my operations manager finally pulled the ripchord, I had no other choice.... I had to jump in and boy i am glad i did.
This program, for a few hundred dollars a month, has almost replaced what my previous operations manager was doing who cost me over $7000/month with total payroll burden. Very glad to have a program that we can continue growing with and has brought the excitement back into our business.

Please keep up the hard-work jobber!

Recommendations to other buyers: make sure you utilize the custom fields. It's a huge game changer especially if you were like me and always adding tons of details onto your teams google calendar for service calls

Cons: As HVAC company it would be great if they integrated a section under customer to enter model and serial numbers. Have contacted the team and they say it will be considered for future updates. Gotta love a company who actually cares.

Overall: Switched from Intuit Field Service. We are a HVAC & Plumbing contractor and have struggled with adapting the use of technology. Jobber is the first product that has enabled us to completely ditch paper service orders. All our technicians are digital and Jobber is the perfect solution. They have updates all the time with great new added features. If you have a question you can chat live with their actual team and get real answers to your questions. They really listen. One of our technicians is older and not so familiar with operating software like this... even he loves Jobber.

Comments: Overall we really love the mobile ability of Jobber. If your office is in the field like mine then this is the software to go with.

I wish there was a built in platform for send marketing emails to existing customers or at least an integrated tool. I also think that there should be a "quick pay" button so that you don't have to close job, create invoice, then take pay. In the field sitting with a customer that can be an awkward moment.

Also, when you put in a job on a mobile device you shouldn't have to edit the newly created job right after entering the date of the job. This is an extra step that can be avoided. I should be ablessed to enter what service it is, the date of the job, price, etc all on the same screen.

This would be really helpful when a customer decides they want to sign up for service right away (don't need a quote).

Once again, we love the software and will continue to use it. These small changes would take this app from a 8.5/10 to 10/10.

What is great is the ability to create an estimate and then with a tap create a work order and then an invoice. It is very easy to create additional work orders as well.

I tried a different program right before this, but decided it was a bit confusing. Jobber has pretty much everything I need right now. There's a few things here and there that could make it even better, but this is a new program and they are always improving and adding. I have had very few issues with the site going down or having glitches. I would recommend this to other businesses that deal with technicians in the field.

Comments: Food Machinery Services have been using Jobber since January 1st 2015.
We service over 200 Customers in Bakeries, Restaurants and Food Production Plants.
The database of information we now have guides us towards most profitable business.
All Invoices are produced on Jobber along with quotes. That counts as $1M this year.
Would like some tools to archive off some information and that looks like it will happen.
Support is excellent. It's final plus is the ability to use multiple platforms to keep updating the Jobber records.
We are very pleased!

Comments: Good app overall. I mainly use it for invoicing my clients on the road because we are a service business. I have Multiple techs and this app does not carry over the tech's info into QBO which is a major problem. It also doesn't allow for classes within the invoicing to sync with QBO.

These are 2 major problems for me anyways. I pay my techs according to what they do throughout the day so it has not helped within invoice efficiencies for my business.

Comments: I am a tree surgeon working in home services for nearly 15 years and have used a wide variety of paper and software quoting/invoicing systems.

When I decided to shift everything to ipad there were many choices so I trialled 7 different pieces of software and at the end of a month Jobber was way in front. I prefer the server based version to the application as it offers more choices and greater control. Forms are customizable, photographs can be added to your database and emailed to clients and quote to job to invoice to receipt conversion is a simple process.

Back up is exceptionally good with both my detailed answered directly by email in 48 hours.

The price is well within the normal range for similar products.

After 4 months of use I have not once had the software crash. There have been no annoying synch problems and, to my surprise, the speed of upload/download is very fast. Even in Western Australia!

If you are a small business like me, this software is just what you need.

Comments: We have a small landscape company and this is our first season with this type of software. I would like to know where Jobber has been all of our business life.
I signed up for our free month before the season began to give myself some time to learn the software and as it turned out, I didn't really need that much time. After the first week, I knew I was going to love this program. It was easy to learn just on my own but "my personal customer service guy, Jason" was always just an email or phone call away.
It was a little time consuming inputting all of our products and services because I had to create them first but our customer information only took a few minutes to upload from an excel file. Now that all of our information is a part of the program, my work is soooo much faster and easier. I can input and change any information from our office and from the field. I can create quotes for small simple jobs right on sight or larger more complicated jobs while in the office. Thanks to being able to personalize the forms, we are well branded and look very professional.
Thank you so much to the developers and updaters at Jobber. It is a great product to begin with but they continue to improve it and they offer constant support to their subscribers.

Comments: We use Jobber to schedule jobs and bill clients which has made the billing process so much faster, we used to bill with paper invoices and was a slow process, e-mailing invoices for jobs when they are finished is so much easier and the techs don't have to keep all of the pricing in their heads.

- When I generate an invoice, labour is not included
- When I update some of the job details, it cancels any upcoming visits
- I can only tag customers, not jobs
- I can't pull reports on all jobs, I only get jobs with visits assigned

- I could take job that need to be completed together and link them

Comments: there are some limitations that either require you to go through multiple steps that it would appear it could be reduced to fewer steps. Creating invoices, jumping from calendar to clients to profiles, etc.

For the most part, the software does what it is supposed to but there is definitely room for improvements. One pet peeve is the calendar and how it doesn't show all employees assigned to a job but rather the last one added to the team. This makes it hard to determine where everyone is because of this limitation.

Took me some time to realize this does not play well with internet explorer and I wasted a lot of time until I tried Google Chrome.

Mobile version is very limited so much so that we found a browser that allows us to open desktop version on ipads etc.

Need more color options, print options as far as fonts, colors, etc. Need to make it easier to recognize, enter, etc. additional properties and then switch a job to a different property even after a job has been scheduled but the customer now wants it done somewhere else. Having to delete the original job and then start over to use second property is cumbersome and somewhat frustrating.

Documentation is USELESS! enough said.

Support desk have been awesome. Adian is phenomenal, Justin (or may be Jason) is good, and there is one female that I have worked with, cant recall her name, that is also quick to provide an answer. On the other hand, there is a new tech who was useless and wasted too much of my time during a crunch time - she needed to admit she needed help rather than putting me on hold repeatedly while she asked, coming back and still not sure, etc. I had to hand up due to backed up incoming calls. Perhaps training needs to be more in-depth before putting someone on their own. Maybe a trainer listening in on a call and being readily available to help her respond?

I know there are other shortcomings of the software as it is today but right now I cant recall all of them. However, the support folks ensured me they are logging any comments re: this subject so that these concerns can possibly be addressed in upcoming versions.

Comments: Had started and stopped many times down the road to modernizing processes for my small pest control business before finding Jobber. Other programs did some things well, but others not so well. Always seemed to be be wanting systems to be just a little bit more conducive to what I wanted to do.

Jobber does all I wanted and provides me with additional features and functions that I thought might be available only through high priced custom software.

Comments: We have employed Jobber for 18 months now.

Jobber adds a great deal of refinement and helps maintain efficient workflows. It is an exceptional tool for the small operation and even more so for large, more complex organizations.

We have 17 staff to schedule and arrange and of those 12 are active users on Jobber.

Jobber assists with customer workflows very well, but truly shines when coordinating complex team structures and daily task obligations of a larger team.

Jobber support is infallible. Easy to reach, responsive and cooperative.

As with all software of this type, it won't fit your needs exactly but it's pretty close.

Comments: Although the support staff are on the ball, courteous & helpful, sometimes their hands are tied and all they can say is they'll pass the info on to the developers.
I think there should be more marketing aspects such as sending out batch marketing emails. Possibly also a reminder system for the administrator for his/her upcoming basic tasks, say 1 hour before it is due.

Comments: I once had an administrative assistant whose earnings one month was 10% of our gross profit. Luckily he moved on and I had to find a more cost effective solution. I now can track employee hours, have them enter notes about what was done, keep notes on clients accounts, invoice and accept credit cards with Jobber. One of the best features is the grid view calendar, which helps immensly when figuring out scheduling of projects and regular maintenance. The only way Jobber could be better is if there was a way to auto generate the field notes into invoices.

Comments: We have been using Jobber for about a year and a half now, it is so easy to use and simple to teach to new people!

Pros:
¿ It's easy to set up new accounts.
¿ I like that we can limit the permissions so there are things that only management can see and not the whole company.
¿ Easy to reschedule and lets our employee's see the changes right away.
¿ Lots of customizations so that it will work for any company and their needs.
¿ There is a live help feature where you can chat with someone right away with any questions.

Con:
¿ When we are charging clients credit cards we have to charge them individually instead of all at once.
¿ Search option shows invoice numbers not client name it¿s not efficient.
¿ In each client account you can make notes but you cannot reorder the notes once they are in the account.

Comments: This software has saved me approximately 10-15 minutes per appointment. This alone adds up to TWO hours PER DAY saved over writing paper estimates. The drag and drop calendar saves me another 1-2 hours per week. The GRID feature is most useful for making sure you don't double book your employees! The color coding gives a clear picture of the division of your teams each day. The ability to instantly invoice, bid, bill, and send receipts to your customers through a very professional email builds confidence and demonstrates the utmost professionalism to your perspective clients. The amount of man hours is automatically attached to each job so job analysis can be done quickly to identify areas where you are under bidding. My only criticism is the customer notifications still needs work. It is great for a company that has a rock solid schedule that doesn't change. For companies with jobs in flux due to weather it doesn't really work. It also isn't designed for multi-day jobs very well because it sends out a reminder for each day of the job X days before instead of just the first day of the job. This confuses clients.

Have used it for about 18 months and has been a great tool.

Comments: We have used Jobber for over 2 years and it has allowed our young company to grow at a way faster speed than we could have without it. Jobber allows us to excel in customer service using modern technology in an industry that is not well known for being organized or "up with the times" (tree care industry). Our entire crew can see work orders anytime they want via their smartphones which means they can literally be in a tree while checking on the specs for the job. In general, it's very easy to use. We do client and staff scheduling, send estimates & invoices, track client projects, set reminders, and receive credit card payments all through Jobber. The Jobber team is receptive to new ideas and will correct major kinks right away; I only wish their team was bigger so they could implement more ideas to make it an even better product. We have recommended this software system to many peers in the field. And it's affordable for small businesses!

Using 3 years. Love it!! Use it on iMac, iPhone, iPad. Very reliable. Very consistent response time.

Comments: Myself and my team absolutely LOVE Jobber. Prior to signing up for jobber my schedules were done on a spreadsheet and sent out. Every time I had a change I would have to resend the spreadsheet. It was very confusing for my team. Now I make a quick change in jobber and it is DONE.

Having the team leads use the timers on jobs has completely eliminated the need for paper time sheets and saved my team time in the field.

The customer service is amazing. I have used the chat feature frequently for quick questions and the customer service reps are very friendly, knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to answer my questions.

There are a few things I would love to see added to jobber and I have made the reps aware of this. I am confident these upgrades will be available on the next release.

I highly recommend jobber for any cleaning company. It will save you hours of work and streamline your business.

Comments: I've used other competing solutions, which I enjoyed, but as my use of the systems grew I realized that I needed improved work-flow and a better access to the application in the field for me and my techs. Jobber has been the answer for those and other concerns that I had experienced.

Comments: Our company was looking for a new calendar software. We all know that "change" is disruptive and can be hard to "break old habits". The Jobber Customer Service staff are SECOND to NONE! Immediate, yes, I said immediate response to questions, problems, etc. make the "change" not only doable, but without disruption to business! Because we were so use to our "old calendar software", you might say we were "set in our ways" and wanted things to work like our old software. The Staff takes the time to help you work through the issue, or will offer a solution to overcome the issue. Our mobile users also found this software to be easy to use. I ranked Overall with 4 stars, not because I don't feel this product is a great calendar business solution, but because we have not implemented many of the features that Jobber offers.

Comments: We use Jobber for a division of our company that provides installation and service of our products in our local market. Service appointments are scheduled from the home office through a user-friendly web interface. Field service technicians have visibility to their schedules (including changes) from Jobber mobile apps and are able to email invoices on the spot.

Overall the rollout from a paper-based system to a complete online system has been great. The Jobber technical team has been readily available throughout and any handled any technical issues that we encountered.

Their suite of add-ons is robust, we use a few, not all.

I am giving Jobber four stars only because there are features that are missing that would be important to most businesses. However, I am sure that future product releases will move this rating to a five star.

Comments: We have been using Jobber since December 2014 and have found the transition most pleasing. The dashboard feel of this program makes it easy for our Logistics to arrange jobs and distribute them with ease to our mobile staff.
We find that when there is something to contact Jobber about, their support staff are second to none and with our time difference (Australia) we still get an answer within a short time frame.

Jobber will only get stronger with the ability of giving them input to ideas to make the program even better.

Comments: I have been using this software for over 3 years. They are constantly improving it and adding features that help our business and help us with being efficient. We use this software to schedule out lawn maintenance clients and landscaping jobs. We also use it for sending out quotes and reminders to clients. The quote templates are great and easy to use. Clients can sign the quotes right from your phone or tablet. So neat!

When setting up your client base, you can add custom fields that relate to your business. Furthermore, they have a reporting section where you can do reports on your services, work, financials, etc.

They have many other neat features too that we will probably use in the near future.

Overall, this software has been great for our business and I don't see myself switching to any other software vendor. The cost of using is very affordable considering all the features they have and are adding.

GREAT software! I would recommend it to anyone.

Comments: Jobber is an amazing SaaS solution. Although it is marketed for maintenance/cleaning industries, we use it as the primary management solution for the IT support side of our business. As we work both on and off site, this allows seamless integration between our consultants in the field, and the technicians and staff at our shop. The automated emailing of estimates/invoices/receipts is very flexible, and comes across as a very professional looking delivery method for the client. With payment links in the email body, clients are given a quick and secure payment option upon receipt of their invoice. We have had many clients praise this feature alone. As we also use Quickbooks online, the syncing is invaluable in time saved. What we like best about the product is the ability to really customize many aspects of its operation. Adding custom fields and entries, global and powerful search functions, recurring contracts, signature collection and adding photos to jobs using a mobile device's camera, are just some examples of the plethora of built in features. The subscription price is very reasonable, and definitely less than many competitors. To top it off, their customer support is second to none. All of our communications were answered within hours, and feature requests or early bugs were added or worked out very quickly. This is an intuitive and industry leading product that will not disappoint.

Comments: I recently opened up my own residential and commercial cleaning service and I had never run a service business before and had little experience with software. Jobber is remarkably straightforward and works incredibly well to streamline and simplify operations. It integrates with both Quick Books and STRIPE-- an online payment processor. Billing clients is as easy as sending an invoice and then they literally just click the pay now button. Automatic appointment reminders also save time and add an extra layer of service without me having to take the time. My employees like it because they get reminders about their assigned jobs.

Also, the staff of Jobber has been nothing short of wonderful. When I was first starting out I called 2,3,4 times a day with questions, and asking for pointers and they were always available and pleased to help. It didn't take long to understand the system and I felt like they really cared about getting me on my feet with the software. I also like their tutorials!

Consider this a RAVE review!!!!!! Great software, amazing customer service.

Comments: I started with a trial period of Jobber and it has proved to be a very useful tool in my day to day tasks. Comments: Its been over 6 months now that we have been using Jobber and I honestly don't know how we functioned without it.

As a repair and service business we receive between 4 to 6 new jobs a day typically ranging in duration from half a day to several days for on-site work. Not only are we better able to schedule the crews to be more efficient, the communication to our customers has improved dramatically.

When we made the decision to trial run Jobber we simply were looking for an electronic calendar scheduling tool. All I can say is "WOW" - I went from hours of scheduling then calling, texting or e-mailing job assignments to the crews every night from home to actually having the next day¿s schedules set and distributed to the crews BEFORE I leave the office for the day.

Not only did I get my personal time back to spend with family, the crews are better informed of specific job requirements which in turn make them more efficient and productive on their specific jobs. I'm happier, my family is happier, the crews are happier but most importantly my customers are happier.

Once we had the crews comfortable with electronic scheduling and task completion we rolled out time tracking; again - WOW. The ability to approve our mobile workforce job related time on a daily basis without requiring paper timesheets and redundant data entry has now allowed my administration staff to reallocate their time towards other process improvement projects.

I have two minor issues with Jobber, and that is the linking with our Quickbooks is not quite as seamless as I would have wished and the functionality of the Client Reminders and Website integration is limited. With that being said, I refer back to my original reason for trying Jobber and that was simply to have some form of electronic scheduling tool.

We have had numerous interactions with the Jobber support team and they have always been available to take the time to understand our specific issues and offer solutions.

In conclusion I would say that Jobber has streamlined our processes, improved our employee morale and enhanced our customer service touch. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple, user friendly and cost effective solution to crew scheduling.

Comments: The software is awesome in general. It makes scheduling so easy, and is very user-friendly. It truly replaces almost all paperwork, post-its, jotting notes down, etc.

My three stars overall is the result of four things I wish were different:

1. It syncs with QuickBooks almost perfectly, however sometimes payments go to the wrong invoice, and hopefully that is being worked on. You just have to be very aware of where the payments go when they get synced, and manually change them if necessary.

2. There is no good way to take deposits on jobs, especially multiple deposits. They say they are working on that, though, so hopefully soon there will be something in place.

3. There is no way to set up multiple client reminders. We like to do this twice, one time when the job is scheduled and then again a day before, and the software only allows for once.

4. The app has no calendar for some reason. I use the calendar constantly, so it's irritating that it doesn't exist on the app.

Pros: Customer service is outstanding. They respond within minutes, and always are patient and knowledgeable. Everything else about the software is pretty perfect.

I started using Jobber about 6 months ago after checking out a few other companies. I use the software mostly for scheduling and it does a great job. I've had trouble though using the program from my iphone which, for field work, is clearly important. The good news is the customer service for this company is great. Someone always answers the phone, I've never had to hold or listen to a long list of options, and chat help on their site is immediate. Working from my laptop the program is super and I'm very satisfied.

Comments: We are so grateful for Jobber. It is quite easy to use (browser version) and the app for our technicians is superior to competitors we have tried. It also integrates very nicely with Quickbooks online. Previously we used Quickbooks Merchant Services to process credit card payments, but we have since switched to Stripe integration with Jobber and it's *brilliant* and saves me so much time. Our customers love the interface when paying with credit cards, and appreciate the ability to receive reminders for upcoming appointments.

Behind the flexibility and features of this program is a support team I can't speak highly enough of. They've always been readily available, friendly to talk to, supportive and knowledgeable. They helped me immensely during our transition to Jobber, and their support ensured I was able to start off on the right foot immediately. Our business feels easier to manage and is more organized - it's a win-win for us and our customers.

Comments: Jobber was a big step up from our previous scheduling and invoicing solution. It saves us a lot of time and energy. Where it fall a little short for us is on its customization and price for employees. Most of my feature requests have been about customizing but really any out of the box product is made for the masses and they shine there.

I would like the fee model for giving employees to vary based on what privileges are given to them.

Overall though I would recommend Jobber to any small business owners that runs a service business.

Comments: I must admit that I am fairly new to using Jobber, but so far it has exceeded my expectations. I run a 10-15 person landscaping company and decided to implement Jobber about 2 months ago after demoing 5 other field software solutions. Jobber by far has the best looking and most user friendly interface which makes finding your way around it super easy right off the bat. In addition, Jobber's customer service has been impeccable! I'm not exaggerating when I say they have the best customer service department that I've dealt with period. Anytime I have a question I can get them on the phone for a thorough walk-through. The few times when the answer to my question is simply that Jobber does not yet have that functionality they have been more than happy to submit my requests to the design team for future updates (looking forward to crew grouping capabilities!).

I would highly recommend Jobber!

Comments: We have been using Jobber for around 6 months and I am extremely happy that we choose Jobber for our small cleaning company. The customer service is superb, there is an extensive knowledge base, training videos, community boards, chat, or I can post a question and I get an answer typically within hours. I like that I can just ask for help when I need it. The program that I previously used was server based, very complex, and expensive. We had to pay for customer service hours and it was a completely frustrating experience.
I love Jobber and I strongly recommend this product for other small businesses that use scheduling software.

Comments: We are a window treatment provider and were very excited about the integration between the sales staff, field staff and billing. Every aspect of the software worked...sadly due to the extremely detailed needs that our installers require the product fell just short. If you are in a business with the same gadgets and doohickeys that you bill against everyday this is great....if you have more detailed info that passes between your moving parts it might be a little tough to integrate.

The QuickBooks sync feature has some difficulties with QBDesktop but the Jobber support team is always on top of answering questions and troubleshooting. At first we were expecting Jobber to work in some of the same ways our last program worked, but we have actually come to prefer Jobber's functionality. For me Jobber offers all that I need for my business at the moment. They are always adding new things and are always open to suggestions for adding improvements.

Comments: I have been very happy with the implementation of Jobber in our day-to-day operations. It has streamlined our production, managed our accounts receivable impeccably, and allowed us to enhance our customer service by keeping our clients well aware of what's going in.

What I would really appreciate is more development in the system which I know you are always doing. Specifically:
-Ability to batch print all invoices from a desired time frame... as it stand I have to manually go in at the end of the quarter and print off up to 200+ invoices for our bookkeeper. There should be an easier way!
-Appointment booked confirmation email. Let your customer know via email that they have a time in our schedule after verbally mentioning it on the phone.
-Mass mailer integration for season businesses similar to what mail chimp does.
-Ability to put prices on day sheets!! This would save me from physically having to write this info out for my crew.

I know you guys are constantly developing new features and that's what makes me stoked on using your program, I think it's SO important! Thanks for the service!

Comments: Pros:
- Allows us to remain in constant communication with our delivery service team
- Allows for easy changes to the schedule, if needed, with having to text or call and risk mis-information
- Affordable
- Online Chat Help is so convenient and very helpful
- Customer confirmations are easily customized and work amazingly well for reminding clients of their visits

Cons:
- Does not integrate with our e-commerce system so that we can operate without manually inputting information
- Does not handle "Sub-Clients" well for this category of customers from Quickbooks, it puts all of these clients under the same main client making it very difficult to find the correct information

Overall, Jobber is awesome and we'd recommend it to any field service company. It's routing capabilities have truly saved us hundreds of hours of work and the software has been worth every single penny and more. We're very happy with Jobber and look forward to more exciting features and integrations in 2015.

Comments: We have used Jobber now for 9 months. It is excellent for our business which has 2 Field Service Engineers and an office worker. We can keep track of each job from creation to invoicing. It is easy to check if invoices are outstanding.
There are a couple of very small issues that would make going tasks on Jobber slightly easier but they are hardly worth mentioning and will let Jobber know as they always want to improve the product.

Comments: I truly don't have anything negative to say about Jobber. The interface is easy to navigate and has a lot to offer. But the real reason for me taking the time to write this review is the great customer service. Anytime I had a problem or needed help I was able to talk (actually on the phone with a real human!!) to a representative from jobber and clear it up. That is something that I'm finding it increasingly harder and harder to find in businesses and the reason why I'm so impressed with the people over at Jobber.
