Comments: I used this software at two different conventions to get participants answering questions on our iPads. People seemed to get it although personally I feel like the interface for the front end is a bit clunky. It looks a bit dated.

Every feature I needed was available once I paid for the full version, including locking the iPad so that you couldn't leave the app. At the end of the day the locking feature was the deciding factor with why to go to with Quicktap but we ended up being happy with it.

One thing that doesn't seem fully built out is a feature that will allow you to go one of two different ways for a survey. If you click this answer it goes to question set A and if this answer it goes to question set B. It can go in one direction based on a yes/no answer but not two different ways.

Pros: - Ease of building surveys
- Very response customer service
- Solid app

Cons: - A few questions types I would like to have added (such as the option to log a time). The app automatically records when the survey begins but in my case it would also be good to have the use input a time.
- Some questions (depending on the circumstances) such as "date" may require user input instead of just defaulting to the current date and allowing the user to "accept" that input
- Not the cheapest app, but the ability to turn services on/off by month helps

Overall: This is a solid little survey app that was used for a professional business application. Their customer service is very responsive and is one of my best customer relation experiences to-date. The website survey builder is intuitive and easy to use. The tablet app works whether connected to the internet or not (a big bonus), and it worked well on an 8" android tablet. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Recommendations to other buyers: Overall, a very good app. Highly recommend.

Comments: Just started using the app. Got to set up a questionnaire for a survey with about 100 questions and some skip logic. So far my experience with app is very positive! It's light and clear, user-friendly and intuitive. It works fast as well.

When I sent a note to customer support team about a minor issue (some images were not in place in one help section) they answered in few hours (early morning, given the time difference) explaining that they've been changing the picture to make them better. In few hours the pictures were in place.

Actually, I believe they've been changing pictures due to the recent redesign of the app, which I really enjoy. Now it is even better than few weeks ago, when I first looked at the app.

Well begun is half done, right? :) Will be back here to rate the app again after the survey is over to share the experience in actually using it.

Have just started using the software - imported from survey monkey. So far so good!

Very good support - quick responses
Easy interface - quite easy to manipulate
Imported from survey monkey in order to get off line responses
Cons: Skip logic is a bit basic - if there are multiple answers to a question can't assign different 'go dos' to other questions
Cannot add pics in the basic package

Comments: So happy with this. The app preforms so well, the customer service is prompt and great. The only improvement is the process of making the surveys, its still not as slick as it could be. But otherwise, really happy

Successful Experience Using QuickTap for Door-to-Door Data Collection

Comments: This fall, in preparation for two door-to-door data collection efforts we were going to be conducting, I searched around to see what kind of electronic data collection tools we might be able to use instead of the more traditional paper surveys. The search yielded several options, but I was drawn to QuickTap because of its positive reviews, adaptable interface, and most importantly, its ability to collect data offline. I was also very impressed with their friendly and responsive customer support team who readily answered numerous questions even before we signed on (and, this steady and great support continued throughout our use of the product). The software was intuitive and very easy to use whether it was designing the survey, changing questions or features, or actually using it out in the field. Uploading the data at the end of each day was seamless, as was downloading the data for viewing or analysis. There are a few style options I would like to see added and the customer team gladly noted those requests for the development team. Overall, I was very satisfied with the software and the support I received and I will definitely look to QuickTap again in the future for our data collection needs!

Comments: Pros:
- large variety of question times
- Perfect solution for quick access survey on my Ipad
- Multiple responses on the same device unlike other websites that pop up "sorry, you have already completed this survey"
Cons:
- Not very user friendly
- i still struggle till this day to find some items on the website not everything is clear
- You should have a free trial package for a short period with no limitations cause there is a much bigger difference with the 10 response limitation. So if I had full access to your services for a short period of time it would've encouraged me to purchase it sooner.

Comments: I've been using quicktapsurvey for a few months now, and I love the ability to customize the user experience. Additionally, their customer service is amazing, they always stay in touch to answer questions. The results have been great and they have a built a very extensive knowledge base to assist each client.

If I may add cons, I have left a message yesterday but never got a feedback. I wish there is a dedicated customer service for subscribed members for urgent questions. I had to wait for nearly 30 hours to find a solution.

Comments: I just started playing around with it. It's easy to get started, but I feel like the online interface needs to have more editing options once you've saved a question (inc. changing question style). The app keeps crashing as well, though this is a new-to-me tablet, so it could be the hardware. If this happens when i'm actually surveying, I'll be a little more upset. A lot of things to continue learning about the software. In terms of customer service, I asked a question and got an immediate and very helpful response, which is a breath of fresh air.

Comments: I have used QuickTapSurvey during several trade shows and have been impressed with how easy QuickTapSurvey is to setup and use on our staff¿s smartphones and tablets, gathering extremely valuable data. It was nice to conduct surveys without any internet connection, allowing me to sync the data later.

Comments: I am a contractor who found this as a way to collect leads offline on a tablet at our annual trade show and was so happy with the design options, customizable input screens and overall quality that I want to use the collect information from all of our customers on a daily basis. Unfortunately there is no way to email surveys to customers who call in and set up an appointment so that our salesmen can arrive with more information.

Great support though, thanks Will for your help, and also the question branching feature looks great for us even though I haven't gotten to really use it yet.

Comments: The software has greatly benefited survey efforts at Dine College among our students, stakeholders, and our community. We use the tablets more then Survey Monkey or Google Survey due to its off-line usability, affordability, and easy to create questions and set-up process. Our office uses the product to capture data from learning workshops, events, data entries, and grant outcome measurements, such as Title III and AIHEC AIMS reporting. The tool and application is very user friendly. I do, however, look forward to seeing the tools moving to an online survey some time in the future. That would be awesome.

Comments: In 2014, I first came across QuickTapSurvey while looking for a lead capture tool to replace the normal paper capture means for the 3rd largest Tech exhibition globally - GITEX.
The QTS user experience is intuitive and was easy to learn. We set up the offline surveys since WiFi in such trade shows is very weak due to the multiple signals. QTS was a run away hit with our sales guys who are often lethargic to fill the lead forms.

The next day statistics helped us understand the visitor profile and adapt our approach during the 5 day show. We then used QTS for another show in Italy with similar positive feedback.

For the 2015 edition of GITEX, we will extend the licenses to our distributors as well so we get a global view of the leads from across the show floor.

Comments: We have been using this software to create data capture surveys for our clients for over 3 years now and have found the whole experience easy to understand and once the question types are fully understood very easy to use. We have created surveys in Russian, German and French although we are a UK company.
We have found the customer support to be efficient, knowledgeable and easily accessible along with a friendly approach.
