Pros: It is very customizable and suits most of our needs. The customer service is fantastic and always willing to help. Nataly from bpmOnline at times went above and beyond her duties to help out.

Cons: Sometimes the software can be very clunky and unresponsive. It can sometimes also act inconsistently with how it performs.

Pros: In bpm¿online I can easily create any process and update it any time when I see that the process should be run in a different way, just with simple drag and drop, without any coding and extra efforts.

Cons: The system has good traditional business process management tools and capabilities to organize dized processes. However, it would be great to have more flexibility to dynamically change steps in the process depending on the context. I heard that such possibility should be added to the next update. Looking forward to test it.

Overall: I think every organization should continually work on improving its operational efficiency, and we are not an exception. When selecting standard CRM solution to track our contacts, insurance products and all the bunch of the documents, we¿ve discovered bpm¿online, which not only could provide us with traditional CRM features but also offered powerful tools to manage business processes. You get 2 in one. Moreover, not only you have the ability to design your own processes from scratch, but also use already existing ones, built according to best practices in many different industries.

Recommendations to other buyers: I¿d highly recommend including BPM tools to your checklist while selecting a CRM system. Having your workflows automated can drastically improve operational efficiency

Comments: We liked the idea of having all departments that deal with the customer in our company ¿ sales, service - on one platform. Our teams now have a shared customers database with all information about cars purchased, service works, spare parts, upcoming service appointments, etc. With bpm¿online we eliminate the problem of a dragged-on conversation with the client, as well as errors in the course of work.
Even though there are so many different CRMs on the market, it¿s still hard to find what you really need for your business. We chose bpm¿online because it let us line up the sales and service departments inside our company. Besides, we use bpm¿online not only to communicate with our customers but also for our internal operations. Bpm¿online turned out to be an extremely helpful solution for our company.

Comments: We are using bpm'online to automate service processes, manage orders, and service cases. It's very convenient to work within one system and single interface. Before we were using 3 different programs to track the orders, to check products availability and manage cases and it was a real disaster.

Comments: We have tested several systems before selecting bpm'online. And the final decisive criteria was the interface.
User adoption is always a real issue. Even when functionality is good and meets all your requirements the interface can be very difficult and uncomfortable to work in.
bpm'online's interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, which is very important when you work with the system every day. It is easy and nice to work with.

Pros: Processes in bpm's online CRM is a great benefit for our business. I know many cases when the deal was not closed successfully just because a sales rep did not provide necessary information on time or forgot to follow-up.

Cons: That is not the cheapest solution on the market, but it worth money. You get all necessary functionality to run the business and even more.

I am CMO and CRM system is my working tool number one. I have worked with different systems before, they were all good and helped me to achieve the goals. But working with bpm's online is a bit different. It's more than just a CRM system. With bpm's online you do not just keep the contacts and basic information about clients, with the actions you did and will do next, but you move through a pre-defined process and on every stage you have tips what to do in order to close the deal.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would definitely recommend working with the systems that have process management capabilities as that can help increase efficiency and productivity of your sales team.

Comments: I have been using the system almost for a year and I can say that that is a very comprehensive business tool. Before we used several different applications to track information about our clients, the status of deals and their progress and separate apps to track tasks for the team and collaborate. It was really a challenge to switch between them. With bpm¿online we have everything in one place and can be focused on real results instead of remembering which app to open to track the information we need.

Cons: Like any time you start something new, there is a learning curve. Thus, read user guides and watch videos on the website, dig into the functionality of the product.

Overall: I like to work with the bpm¿online system. It connected all the dots between our marketing, sales and service departments creating one single environment. Now we have a complete view of all business activities.
The system is powered by bpm engine which enabled us to optimize and automate key processes within the company.

Pros: Bpm¿online is absolutely essential for me - it organizes all my day-to-day activities.

Cons: I have no complaints. It stacks up well against other comparable CRM systems.

Overall: After long research bpm¿online works for me from the beginning even with default configuration. Overall it's the best CRM I've used in years.

Pros: Thanks to bpm¿online, we got all our marketing and lead management tools on one platform. Now we can run various campaigns, send personalized mass mail and gather lead data from multiple channels without the necessity to use different systems and apps. It saves time and increases productivity, as our marketing staff does not need to manually exchange lead data with the sales department, the bpm¿online system does it for them automatically.

Cons: Like any time you start something new, there is a learning curve. This can lead to some decision paralysis for where to start. You will have to develop your own priorities and find a way to deal with it. Bpm¿online offers a lot of educational material on its academy platform; just do not forget to explore it first.

Overall: We now house all of our marketing and lead management processes on one platform. It's great to track everything you are doing in one place instead of pulling reports from different apps.

Pros: Being a small company I had to be very careful when choosing CRM software as the resources for the investment were limited, but still I wanted best possible product to help me to grow our business. With bpm'online I got exactly that.
As a result of implementing the bpm¿online system, we aligned our workflows of marketing and sales on a single platform. Thus, we got a complete view of all touchpoints with a client.
Another thing about the bpm¿online system is ease of use. There was no need for me to follow any tech trainings. I was able to use it right away after it was deployed. Also the support team's proactivity helped.

Cons: It's quite hard to find anything to complain about the bpm'online and even if a slight error sometimes occurred it was quickly resolved by the support team.

Overall: We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm¿online system with help of Partner of bpm¿online so that no data was lost or missed out.
In addition, implementing the bpm¿online CRM is time and cost effective as we were able to use the system right away.

Recommendations to other buyers: Bpm¿online can harmonize the work of your marketing and sales teams. It makes easier for your sales team to engage with the clients as sales reps can see what is happening on both sales and marketing sides and can view as much information on a prospect/ lead/ client as they need.

Pros: The easy way to change the dashboards are very nice and usefull. The system has been beuilt with the needs of the user in mind and the need of the customer as a starting point

Cons: I really don't know.

Overall: Never seen a more complete platform then the bpm'online platform. It looks good, feels good, easy to use, more than complete and value for money.

Pros: It was a pleasure to work with the bpm¿online team. The team demonstrated the flexibility and support throughout entire process. We were also happy with a dedicated Customer Success Manager. It eased the process, provided us with the useful guides and tips. Using a full bundle product enhanced our operational processes since we had the tools to manage the entire customer journey from customer acquisition to customer retention.

Cons: I cannot say that I `dislike¿ something about the system, however you need to consider to have trainings prior to the deployment.

Overall: Bpm¿online helped us to improve our customer relationship. The complete information about a client was recorded in one location, so that the staff could keep a track of it and access information when it was necessary. Bpm¿online strengthened our growth ¿ we started from the satellite offices in the Netherlands & Austria and plan to roll out globally with the head-office in Germany.

Pros: Business process automation is something I really like in bpm'online. System is smart and leads you through the whole processes from lead generation to closing the actual deal and supporting your client. Everything you need to close a deal successfully is there. Great interface, absolutely user-friendly and rich functionality for very reasonable price. Customer success management is another great thing about bpm'online. I never have problems with my CRM as my CSM thinks ahead of me.

Cons: There is nothing really to dislike in bpm'online.

Overall: I use bpm'online mainly in lead generation and sales. System helped me to generate more leads and close more deals, as a result our profit increased.

Overall: We've been using Bpm'online for several months and it's a great benefit to our business management processes: it helps tracking our business initiatives since the very beginning in an easy and intuitive way. We had other products before, but eventually all of them were too wearisome to use, specially for routine tasks and standards ops: after a while the account managers perceived CRM as an additional burden instead of a help, and dropped it.

Pros: With BPMOnline you maintain your data base, you manage your projects, sales and cash flow, as well as keep your team well organised and focused. The most amazing thing about BPMOnline for the company staff is that it's also interactive and really fun to use!

Cons: There is nothing to dislike as long as you explain the exact business needs to the talented BPMOnline team, so that they adjust and tailor your own system to your specific requirements. It ends up being perfectly yours!

Overall: All our work is based inBPMOnline. We start the day by logging in and end the day by logging out. All our Clients, suppliers, customer relationship, sales & marketing, project management, calendars, cash flow and even accounting system are all in one place! The way we can link all of them just by clicking a button makes our life easy and lets us perfectly focus on business outside 'admin work'.

Pros: Personally, I love how easy bpm is to customise and to create new business processes ¿ this feature has saved me a lot of time and the company a lot of money.
The biggest benefit is that our sales team now actually use our CRM because they use the reporting dashboards to see where they are and to compete with the other sales reps!

Cons: There¿s not much that I dislike about the system however it would be great to have an app store where you can see what other sites and systems bpm can integrate with without having to contact the company each time.

Overall: Bpm online is a hidden gem! From when I first discovered bpm¿online I have always liked the modern and simple user interface and reporting features. It¿s great to have found a system that works not only for the users, but also for the management team. They find it much easy to see where the marketing, sales and service teams are and whether they¿re going to hit their targets. Our sales team are field based so it was important to find a system that was cloud-based so they could update their records whilst out on the road.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend that you test out the system first and show the people in your company who are going to be users so that they can decide whether they will like it too. It¿s really important to get a system that your company like and use.

Pros: It's simple, user friendly and provides enough bunch of functions for proper marketing campaign

Cons: When I create templates, I miss the range of design opportunities like I used to have in other email platforms. Some extra skills, like html-coding is needed for the best template.

Overall: Hi,
I'm using bpm'online marketing to plan lead generation campaigns. It was rather easy to set up online campaign process starting with bulk emails and trigger communications. The templates are simple and a vendor offers quite a few designs. I do like the analytics that can be used for further communications (like we can filter those, who showed the most interest to the content). I can also create the filters according to any criteria that I want to target.

Recommendations to other buyers: Recently we acquired sales solutions and I would highly recommend to take both solutions in a bundle, though it's still rather easy to export the data.
