Pros: Easy to work with, well described API and in a price range where its suitable for smaller merchants.

Like the way its easy to style and setup the chat it self, so you dont have to have the little chat in the right corner.

Really great UX, simple to use and great customer service.

Pros: It's usability!!! Simple to install via tag manager and very easy to use It doesn't over complicate things.

Cons: You can't proactively reach out to customers. It would also be very useful to have a mobile application.

Overall: Our revenue increased by 15%

Pros: - good design
- easy to install
- many informations about the customer
- nice to handle
- good customer experience

Cons: - less KB for the widget would be fine - it slows the loading time too much
- 3 chats is are bit too few for the basic account

Pros: The tool is easy to integrate and almost self-explaining. The functionality is broad, and there are several useful add-ons. Macros work great.

Cons:

The support reaction time is not too fast, but usually, one does not need any support. A Microsoft Dynamics integration would be helpful.

Pros: Its very Easy to work with for everybody in the company. The overview is very easy and also the browser functionality to get a message when somebody talks to you

Cons: I would rateher see the functionality of dutch language include that would be very nice for all of us

Pros: easy to use and very modern design. We like also the support. We really recommend this product for daily use.

Pros: The live chat features. There is fast response for the widget. Sorry for this but I got no more idea...

Cons: The price of this software is quite expensive I think, and there is an icon below the chat box, I think thats kinda annoying as it took too much space.

Overall: I can let my user enjoy a fast support chat!

Pros: Answerbot is calling his humans is a very sweet way to start a conversation and may end up disarming or cheering up a frustrated customer. The design is comfortable and inviting.

Cons: There is no way to tell customers that chats are "usually handled within x minutes" or "there are x customers in front of you".

Overall: Great live chat with fantastic pricing, there is a start up plan for young, new companies also.

Pros: I liked the interface, as well as the basic and initial configuration of profile and wigets. Also the ease to apply the button in your web page.

Cons: I had a problem integrating with Facebook, since I did not find the ID app, until I noticed that it should be public. I also believe that you should be able to integrate another user that is already registered in an easier way, as well as enable some similar to owner privileges to other operator

Overall: speed in implementation, easy way to use an API like this, a dashboard with good user interface

Pros: It was very easy to do the set-up on my website, thanks to the excellent tutorials. And I´m a big fan of the individual layouts.

Cons: For a small company which wants to offer professional innovative services like a big player, the monthly costs are too high.

Pros: easy to use. features filled. changing profile pictures are very good features everything looks fine.

Cons: I don't find anything so far. may be creating script can be done while creating the account. otherwise everything looks fine.

Pros: Ease of use. The interface is clean and well strutured. Plus, the options of the free version are good enough to give it a test drive.

Cons: The mobile version UI is not as clear as the desktop counterpart. Many customers try out our website on their smartphone and some said they could not send me a message.

Pros: The software is really well-rounded, leaves nothing to desire and is polished to the point where I could recommend it to anyone.

Cons: The Price is higher then those of most of your competitors, especially for the option to remove the brainding.

Pros: Light, Beatiful, Easy as hell to install and use. Part from that i cant think about anything else, its just great.

Cons: Probably the pre made icons, add some more modern ones. The current ones are fine but i mean, it should be refreshed i thnk.

Pros: The macros, the way it is so configurable, all the feautres that it has like the bot, the screenshots

Cons: It hasn't any adjunt button in the chat to send photos or screenshots of another websites apart of the web where is the livechat

Overall: Help customers, get more sales.

Pros: I really like the interface and easy use policy. Just install the plugin on WordPress or put the code and Done to start. Mostly like the color options and design to attract more customers. And also it's working great on every device so I can use it with my mobile too for reply my customer when I'm out of the home.

Cons: I think it should have image and file sending option too, that can make it greater to use as customers and marchets need to share screenshots most of the time.

Overall: It increases my overall sale for a quick reply option to all my customers live.

Pros: We love userlike because it's so easy for our customersto get in touch with us without typing long mails or waiting in boring wait loops. The software is pretty easy to use & and if there are any questions, there is great support team!

Cons: The only Contra i could tell about userlike is the missing mobile solution, but eben that will be available soon, so there are no points we can complain about.

Overall: We can get in contact very quickly with our customers; especially when there is only one short question, it would be unnecessary to write an e-mail!

Pros: I like it, that it is posible to connect with the costumer while they are visiting our website. Now we can give the customer the customerservice that they might be looking for.

Pros: Has a special plan for startup
It integrates very easily into the wordpress we use.
It has a great variety of options to configure the graphic aspect and its behavior.
It has a bot that makes the offline conversation with the client more interactive
It would emphasize its integrations with other programs like Freshdesk for example.

Cons: No triggers to configure based on user behavior.
You do not have the option to acquire a license for a single agent.

Overall: A simple option to interact with customers who visit our website.

Cons: I think that there needs to be more information regarding the additional features like integration with WhatsApp. There are no images or videos and I think that would be a great selling point.

Pros: Lots of Addons. We integrated it with Hubspot so that our chat users automatically become contacts in Hubspot. Userlike also allows you to view what user is typing. This is super helpful in preparing an answer before they finish sending their message.

Cons: Would like to be able to add more required fields into the offline form. We haven't found any other cons so far!

Overall: Another way to generate leads from our website!

Pros: working well without problems and there is an extra version for start-ups. that's pretty nice for small startups in the beginning of their launch.

Cons: Till now, I dont have things I dont like. I just hope that the well working is going on and the we don't even need the support service.

Pros: It is very easy to setup. Inexperienced users can use the chat panel online, more experienced users may use an external software like pidgin. integratig it into shopware is very easy and it works perfectly.

Cons: I did not find a function to priorize operators, but maybe it is hidden somewhere. I would like to have multiple operators online but priorize one in particular if available.

Overall: Quick and direct contact from customers to us.

Cons: the missing integration for a mobile solution for the Operator but it will come soon, but I think that's not for all important.

Pros: Pricing is great, believe. I realised all competitors are charging per seat, but you bundle seats into a package. Great!

Cons: I need you guys to create a desktop client for windows and other OS. it makes life easier. i think that will make it easier to receive notifications on online visitors as well.

Pros: Different widgets possible, customer can leave message behind, immediate contact with the customers.

Cons: In mobile version, the chat screen takes the complete screen. Sometimes extensive to do adaptations afterwards.

Pros: The most best thing about this is probably the ui and the easy integration system. The dont keep on spamming about purchasing their pro version! Its probably the best out there though :)

Cons: The only think which can be called as cons is that it has no mobile app, Although i think the mobile version is good.

Overall: The customers really loved the chat ui :) I had it test too but i did'nt find any bug Also their chrom extension is also good

Cons: No real app, just messengers. No option for chat operators to initiate a chat on demand, just automatic proactive chat invitations

Pros: I can connect chatbots to the widgets, and the chat-panel is very easy to use. Configure your own widgets is very easy too.

Cons: The reports are not very useful, and when you download the data, is very difficult to read the information.

Overall: Chat easily implemented in my webpage, and the account was configured very fast.

Pros: Great integrations with many 3rd party platforms. Easy to use with many pre-filled options to get up and running quickly. Great bot functionality.

Cons: The UX is a bit off toggling between dashboard and chat panel. Would be great to have full mobile-to-moble chat too.

Overall: Allows us to have multi-faceted chat with customers which would cost much more with the built-in options of our other platforms.

Pros: Easy integration, lots of functionality, helps to support me in my business, gives me a lot of insights, easy payment plan

Cons: The "hallo sie sprechen mit...." colour needs to be adjustable already in the team version. Out colour is yellow and by using that, this line is not readable. Screenshot for Operators without customer approval may be violating data privacy rules. Explanation texts are not sufficient enough. Mpre tutorials would be nice. Goals finction needs also to be more customizable e.g. my goal is 5 star ratings for chats not a site visit

Pros: Good looking widget that I customized perfectly to my brand colors. Expecially dark theme available is a +. The possibility to look what the user is typing befor he send it - is a great option: while he is typing I already prepare my answer!

Cons: The "-" is the broken sessions, if the user close the chat window and re-open it in another page of your site - it starts a new session and you cannot know if it is a new or the same customer. Maybe this option is available in advanced version but in trail version it was not possible.

Overall: Higher customer conversion.

Pros: Easily integrates with other tools like Help Scout, Prestashop, Slack, etc. Also, it's very simple to install so it's really just plug and play!

Cons: It has fewer configuration options, but still very competitive pricing with compared to other similar tools in the market.

Pros: The software is easy to use, simple to configure, reliable, has many features and statistics. It has also a very useful API to connect to other systems.

Cons: Unfortunately you can not create your own widget. Also, there is a limitation in the number of active conversations an operator can have (max 10).

Pros: The UI is clean and easy to navigate. The chat window is likewise appealing. No need to download chat software. Just open on your browser and go.

Cons: Only a free-trial user, come customization is locked until you pay. Have not seen a chat transfer option.

Pros: The system was implemented on a test version of our site last week. The implementation was easy to perform however the set up is not that easy but this will be explained in the next text box.

Pros: I really like that it's so easy to use and implement. We needed less than half an hour to have a good chat tool on our homepage. It's really intuitive - for the operator and for the webvisitor. Features and functions are nice - I like the option of automated messages.

Cons: It would be great if there were more design options available in the free version, otherwise it's not possible to keep the CI. But hey - it's free. ;)

Overall: Satisfied customers, less E-Mails, less calls, a good review of our homepage..we can see at which points people find it difficult to understand something and why they startet a chat.

Pros: I enjoy the fact that you can manage multiple chats at once, and see what other operators are doing. I also like the push notifications and integrations with HelpScout.

Cons: For some reason the character limit for the "Topic" is really short.
Way too many modals.
The "my chats" window is a pain in the butt to use. For some reason the chat you click on appears at the bottom of the screen. If you're viewing 100 chats, you have to scroll forever to view the one you clicked on. On top of that, the scrolling breaks down with this (it seems to try and auto scroll, and it gets stuck pretty often).
Again, way to many modals / scrollable elements.

Overall: Live chat support! Great way to talk to customers.

Pros: I like the chat administration panel, because it's simple to use and efficient.
I like the general new design and the pastel colors of the widget chat panel.
I like the service speed and the high level of the server availability.

Cons: Impossible to let the customer upload a file or send a file. So to overcome this issue, I use links to my Dropbox.
To my mind configuration panel is a bit messy. For example, chat behaviour set up is hidden far in the background of the software. In the other hand, a lot of useless functions are in foreground.
For instance, functions used only by big companies are always on first page. It would be clever to offer a configuration panel according the need and/or the kind of customer.

Overall: This software let us increase our sales. We can reassure the customer and give him ultimate details about the product.
We can unblock a sale that would be stuck in the purchase tunnel by giving good advices.
We can also process more faster and sometimes in real time after sale service request. This service transform also customer into caregiver and help us find bugs on our website, but also help us to improve our services.
In general phone calls and emails amount decrease seriously.

Pros: UserLike is a really easy to use Live-Chat Tool. The installation is super easy and you can make all settings through the Chat Panel. I love the simple and familiar design of UserLike which work perfectly on mobile phones.

Cons: I am a german user and not all the words in the Chat Panel are translated to german. But it is quite self-explaining, so not such a big issue.

Cons: Easy on/off. Offline messages and real time chats. I like selling products about this channel. Often it takes a little bit longer and an phone call could be more efficient.

Pros: You can modify the software in thousand ways, e.g. color shemes or wording and auto appearance times.

Cons: The only exception I have found yet, is the missing feature of an auto chat bot that receives a first message and then leads the customers into an offline Formular(make the live chat look 24/7 but make it into an offline chat at closed office days).

Comments: UserLike has many positives. It gives both current and prospective students the ability to chat with our team. The chat service immediately connects us and allows us to assist customers in real time. One admin is able to assist multiple customers simultaneously. You are able to save responses to questions which are asked on a repetitive bases so our response time is increased which gives the customer a better experience. UserLike also has reporting options which allow us to view activity on a daily, weekly or monthly bases.
