About This Software

At 9Lenses, we recognize that technology is disrupting the way consultants are using data and as a result, client needs and perceptions of value are changing as well. To help navigate this change, were working to digitize intellectual property so that consultants can build on their knowledge of their customers, the business issues they solve and improve the quality of their questions. Our customers are then able to win more business, increase margins, and scale their offerings.

Pros: 9Lenses is a highly flexible tool for stakeholder data collection.

Their collection tool is on-par with the other leaders in this market, but they lead the pack in customer support and reporting. They have an extraordinary customer support team that can answer questions from both research pros and novices.

Their reporting tools are great for experienced researchers who work with more junior team members: 9Lenses will work with you to develop customized reporting that your team can learn easily. The expert designs, the analysts execute, and the 9Lenses team always helps you along the way.

Cons: The lack of detailed reporting on email delivery, open rates, and clickthrough rates was a source of frustration.
