Pros: My favourite part of this software is the use of the icons that tell me everything I need to know at a glance, when a dog is checked in our facility.

Overall: A program that covers all of my services and most importantly, offers a wide variety of reports necessary to monitor all aspects of our business.

We are thrilled with our decision to use Gingr to help us manage our one-stop-shop for dogs.

Pros: Gingr has saved us time, aggravation, staff and customer confusion, under-billing, and has reduced human error while improving statistical and real-time tracking of business activities.

We used to use paper grooming schedules, track daycare packages in a binder, note grooming histories in a separate software system, calculate groomer commissions by hand, use printed reports from three sources to prep payroll, hand write boarding instructions on cards, and prep spreadsheets for boarding reservations. No more.

Gingr is user-friendly, intuitive, and provides easy access to information we need to keep our clients happy and their dogs safe while in our care.

Cons: Gingr is not robust for retail activities (we used QBooks POS), but as the majority of our business is daycare/boarding/grooming/training, it's strengths in those areas more than makes up for the one task we have to track manually (rewards program).

Overall: Accuracy in client billing, reduced transaction errors, time-saving$, real-time views, consolidation of sources of information, mobile access.

Pros: Familiar modern format for both customers and staff.
Regular system development updates.

Cons: Nothing significant enough to be disappointed about!

Overall: As a busy established facility, we anticipated that the transition to a new operating system would be full of risks and obstacles. However, with the support of the Gingr team the transition was really simple and relatively pain free!
Gingr has now given us a modern up to date system providing excellent customer interaction and a platform the staff find easy to use.

Pros: Simple and efficient!

Overall: We have tried other computer softwares and they let us down big time! Gingr is so easy that training receptionist is a breeze! Their chat support is amazing and free! We paid on other sites just to get the help gingr gives us instantly. Would highly recommend this software to any boarding, grooming, training, daycare facility!

Comments: We switched from another software to Gingr and were so excited for their extra features!! It was confusing at first, but we understand with anything new there is a learning curve. However, we quickly realized it's not the learning curve that was hindering us. It's the software itself. The biggest complaint are the financials. I can't even begin to cover how terribly this is set up this is!! And, one of their support team told me that this has been a HUGE complaint from people! Yet it was never fixed!!!! And speaking of their support team, they don't even provide you a phone number to contact them, and if they call you regarding an issue, it comes in from an unknown number. Excuse me, but if I am paying monthly, you'd think I could have the ability to contact a person via phone rather than chatting it out online. Long story short - they made the product pretty, but so difficult to use. And if you're providing a product for a business, you'd better make sure that the financials are easy to understand and accurate. I have money that I don't even know where it went and why it's off. And no one ever got back to me as was promised. I wouldn't even have written this review had they actually seemed to care about our concerns. But instead, they didn't show up to a meeting they set with my employees at a conference. Take care of your customers, please. I hope y'all are able to turn this around because it COULD be a good product. Although we will never switch back even if it is improved.

It is clear this would negatively impact your reports and make things confusing for you. Your pricing model is unique, and that's okay. Our 100s of successful customers are able to readily run meaningful & accurate financial reports. These successful customers also find our support team to be highly effective in resolving any questions. We deliver the best value in support via live chat and email and online setup support calls. While we are upfront in that we do not offer phone support, we did call you when you needed a call, yet we haven't heard from you since then (9 mo. Ago). We did personally meet with your manager at PB&D show in Nov. & made changes to the app based on your requests. Wishing you well in moving forward with your business model.

Pros: Easy to use, able to access easily from phone tablet or computer, reports, grooming schedule, customer ability to request and view reservations, CUSTOMER SERVICE

Overall: We began looking to make a change to our dog facility reservation software last year. We were nervous to make the change, because we have a huge customer base. So, we researched for several months and decided to use Gingr. We have been so happy and are confident this was the best choice. We made the full transition in January and all of our staff became very efficient with the new system in only a couple of weeks. Our almost 2,000 customers have transitioned with ease. We like that the customers can request and view their reservations online. We also like the reports and overall functionality. The customer service has been my favorite piece. The customer service was lacking with our last system. But with Gingr, they helped me get the system set up. Then, helped with questions along the way to be ready to go live. I had more than my share of questions, but they responded quickly and helped with every question. Even now, anytime I have a question I get a quick and helpful response. Our system looks beautiful, works fast and has been the best choice for our successful facility. Thank you Gingr!

Comments: We are a small daycare/grooming/boarding facility, we switched to gingr from another program that did not have an app and was not as easy to use. Gingr is fantastic, my clients register themselves and schedule appointments which I can accept or not. As we grow, gingr grows with us. They are always just a quick chat session away whenever there is an issue and even have a facebook group for users.

Cons: Nothing they are constantly approving it and adding new features.

Overall: Our computer crashed and we lost almost everything! The program we were using to run our daycare, boarding, and grooming facility, was downloaded on to our computer as opposed to Gingr which is web based. We did have the other program set up to back itself up into the cloud however unfortunately the company did not set it up correctly and they basically told us there is nothing we can do to help you. So in the midst of all that panic, we were advised to take a look at Gingr. And it has been a saving grace. There has been amazing customer service and assistance throughout the entire process from researching to going "live." Our point of contact, Michelle, is wonderful and check's in with me about once every two weeks just to make sure that everything is going smoothly and to see if we need anything. Honestly this sort of customer service and attention to detail, was totally different than from our previous program. And we so appreciate it!!!
Gingr is very user friendly, it has a great interface! If you ever do have any questions, there is a support site that is the most detailed, I have ever seen or worked with. The program was very easy to setup and so easy to train on! Our staff loves it and everything it is able to do. It is set up to do so much of the office side work for you once the information is loaded.
Our clients have also responded very positively to the new system. They love the customer side and all the pictures and report cards. I encourage them to give me feedback so that I can pass along any issues to other clients and honestly there have been none!
For anyone looking to change their facility software or thinking about opening up a daycare, boarding or grooming facility, do yourself a favor and seriously consider Gingr!! After our system crashed and we were scrambling, the ease and simplicity of this software was so refreshing! The customer service alone is reason enough to invest in this system.

Overall: We switched to Gingr from an older access database application in February of 2016. We received great support in the months leading up to flipping the switch, and my staff was completely prepared for the move when we did it. I love the web interface - I can check in on things from pretty much anywhere I travel (bonus!) and Gingr's support has been an amazing resource for us in times of trouble or even just further exploration of the app.'s features.

Highly recommended, and if you ever have a problem with Gingr, never hesitate to contact Gingr support, they respond quickly and are dedicated to helping their customers have a great experience with their app.

Cons: Importing customer records from old software to Gingr was time consuming.

Overall: Gingr has been a great asset to our dog boarding facility. Internally we have become more efficient able to create reservations and check vaccinations records quickly. The integrated credit card processing makes for seamless transactions. Externally our customers are enjoying having their own portal and being able to request reservations, check the number of daycare blocks they have remaining, and seeing when vaccinations are due. Our customers also enjoy receiving report cards with the details of their dogs visit.

We transitioned from another reservation software company and couldn't be happier. Our old program was resident on one computer only whereas now we can access the information from any computer, phone, or tablet. And if you're still doing things on pen and paper, you'll wonder why you didn't make this move sooner.

There are a ton of reporting capabilities which honestly we're only scratching the surface of. Support is quick to respond and the software is always evolving based on feedback from actual users.

We will certainly be using Gingr at our soon to be open second location and I highly endorse this program.

Cons: I wish they had a mobile swiper and an actual mobile ap for the customer side but besides that it's AMAZING.

Overall: We are a small boarding boutique that offers boarding, daycare and minimal grooming. I went from keeping track of everything on a written calendar to Gingr. We try to offer our clients the best of everything and when it came to Gingr we knew it was an investment we would see a return on. Our clients love how simple, clean and accessible the software is. They are instantly impressed with our "mom and pop" business when we send them their registration email and link to Gingr. It has streamlined everything and we couldn't be happier. Past all the glitz and glamour, Gingr's support team has been nothing but amazing! We signed up with them when they were really starting to explode as a company. Well, my business was doing the same so it was very easy to take a step back, be patient and allow them to do what they do best, just like our clients did for us! We can't say enough great things about this program and what it has done for us. It just took us to the next level and that's what we wanted for our clients. Overall: We are a boarding, daycare and veterinary facility. Up until now, we ran our boarding and daycare off of the animal hospital's software- which was not intended for large scale boarding or daycare. But we made it work for a few years... After traveling to a boarding and daycare conference, we were introduced to GIngr. They showed us what a true "boarding and daycare software" is really like. We were quickly sold and signed on with the Gingr family while at the show. It is one of the best business decisions we have made by far!
Just like any new software, it takes time to get the software set up to follow your current operating procedures and pricing and to get all of the staff trained, but that process was surprisingly very smooth! Gingr support made the set up and training process very simple. Their training videos and help tutorials are perfect and easy to follow. They also have chat support available at all times and some phone support available as well. We have only been "live" with the software for about 3 weeks, but we have already noticed how much more time our staff has! What took a ridiculous amount of time or excessive mouse-clicks on our last software is now either obsolete or can be done in a click or two with Gingr.
We are also using their credit card processing as well, which we love! They have a wide range of reports to run for any purpose imaginable.
In a nutshell, we are in love with Gingr all around and we are mad we did not look into new software sooner! (Or veterinary side is even jealous now about how much cooler and better our software is than theirs! )

Comments: Let me start off by saying....Gingr's support is out of this world! My questions are answered usually in a matter of minutes with their Live Chat Support. One of the highlights of Gingr is that the development team is constantly improving the program and they really listen to their customers. They take our suggestions and continually strive to make the program exactly what we need. This honestly is probably the best thing about them and they continue to exceed my expectations. Gingr is easy to learn and easy to customize for your business. The transition into Gingr was relatively smooth and support was there to help me along the way. My clients absolutely love having a customer portal to update their information and create reservations. Gingr has filled in the gaps where our old system left off and I am extremely pleased with them! When something is new it can be confusing but there is no going back now that we have everything up to speed!

Pros: Organization, tons of functions we didn't expect (love the new time clock, by the way!), and hardly ever has a problem!

Cons: It's a little tricky to set up, but that's only because it does EVERYTHING. The staff is extremely helpful for tips, tricks, and figuring out what I messed up when I didn't understand what I was doing.

Overall: Even though we did all our research, the industry is new to us. Gingr not only helped us set up our own processes but encouraged us to think about things we hadn't put much thought to before (such as how to utilize the customer profile to ensure we get important questions answered without pestering them during check-in!) The customer service is excellent, the software is superb, and I just don't know how anyone can keep everything straight without it. I'm so glad we have Gingr and staff!

Recommendations to other buyers: Use the customer support and schedule your expert calls! I wish I would have taken more advantage of the calls to ensure I hadn't missed any cool tricks early on.

Pros: Time clock features, Icons (and how customizable they are), Ease of Use, and how easily our old system transferred to the new system.

Cons: Can't think of much? And if we do come across something, all we have to do is talk to Gingr staff and they will help out as much as they can, or update their software on the next roll out.

Overall: This system is simply amazing for our facility. So many features that fit right into our day to day operations and the ease of use is fantastic. Anytime we have questions the Gingr staff is prompt to respond and help us figure out a solution to our problem. Comments: As a new Doggie Daycare, I was looking for software that was comprehensive in scope, able to grow as my business did, intuitive to use for my staff, and have accessible options for my customers ( the human ones). Gingr is by far the best investment I made. Cons: Updates sometimes change things that i am not expecting but its usually an easy fix and he support is always very helpful.

Overall: We have been through multiple programs trying to find an all in one program to schedule training, boarding, daycare and grooming. Many other programs claimed to be able to accommodate but none were working. We took one more suggestion to try Gingr and we were skeptical but I am glad we made the move. It was a fairly easy transition and its very easy to use for our 'non computer' staff.

Overall: Previously we used an older kennel software that was only good for one computer. Now we use Gingr which is web-based and I couldn't be happier. I can use Gingr anywhere I go and on any device. This allows me to manage away from our facility and spend more time with my family. Gingr is constantly being updated with new features and stays at the top of the competition. It is really nice to have a company that is tech savvy and excited about their own product. I would recommend Gingr to anyone in the Daycare/Boarding industry!

Comments: So glad we made the switch to Gingr! We have everything we need in one simple program and our customers love it too! Pros: its very conformable.

Cons: The fact that once you change a setting in a lodging type it doesn't change all of the reservations that have already been created. However in programming I know that is whats allowing all of the upgrades and changes to happen without messing up everyone's apps so I have learned to live with it!

Overall: I started using this software when it was just a baby. I manage a fairly large lodging facility and require special packages and several complicated discounts. Gingr has been the only software that can track and manage all of the complex things I need accomplished. They have grown so much over the last year and every feature that I have said would be useful if added has been added in. The support staff will always answer your questions and if they cannot they get the developers on it. I myself have dabbled in programming and software design so I know the challenges. Its not easy to modify something that's already been created so I admire their ability to add in so many new features without affecting the apps that are already created.

Overall, if you are looking for a lodging software that does something specific that you need for your business that most facilities do not do, this is it.

Overall: We are just in the beginning stages of using the Ginger software, but in our limited time with the software we are extremely happy with customer support, ease of use, and the flexibility of the program. Initially we thought we would be disappointed because of the limited phone support, however, the live chat text support is phenomenal. The techs are very savvy about their product and have helped us figure out almost every issue we have encountered.

Overall: 5 BARKS for this company! Our experience from Day 1 has been PAWeSOME. I was tentative because we have experienced BAD software experience in past 2 years from 2 different companies (and our clients were a bit tired of us for what seemed like constantly implementing changes). The system is easy to use and their client services are superior to any. The db migration was smooth and we have constant access to assistance daily. Our clients are becoming used to this FINAL change and do like the features that they have been asking for! The company is always listening and very helpful with every step of the way. We have only used this system for 2 months and we are still in awe of the polar differences in the previous 2 s/w attempts! What a team! If you have a lodge, daycare or grooming and don't want to have a server, want complete mobile, tablet and computer access from anywhere, open multiple screens with no loss of speed, etc...we could go on and on..but we will run out of allotted characters. We are so thrilled with this software for our business - we just want to shout it from the mountain tops!

Recommendations to other buyers: This software, and company, has this business in the bag! They are very attentive to client requests, offer client forums to interact, a users Fbook group to exchange ideas, a Feature Request that all can vote on for next in line new features, new features released continuously, great speed and ease of use. PAWS DOWN- the BEST Kennel Software- believe me - we know - we have given bad reviews to 2 others that we used that are light years behind these folks!

Comments: After 8 years of a traditional software program, switching to Gingr was one of the best decisions I made last year for my business. From asking new clients, the registration process through Gingr via our website is very user friendly; and the fact that clients can make, change or cancel reservations without calling is a tremendous plus for both the clients and our staff. Comments: We chose this product for our NYC training facility (we do board & train programs and board dogs that we previously trained). A really great product that was much needed in our industry. Over the past 5 years, I would occasionally look at various solutions out there and none of them matched our needs in a way that also presented a professional web-based front-end to the client; Gingr changed all of that.

They are a relatively new company which does carry some risk, but their customer service has been top notch. Very responsive and their live chat feature has answered most of my questions within minutes.

Clients are also communicating that they have easy/positive experience with the system, and our team is loving how much it is cutting down on admin work (kennel cards, vaccination records, deposits, invoicing, paperwork, etc).

These folks really have their finger on this industry. While I use another program to manage my consults and lessons, Gingr has knocked it out of the park for our boarding needs.

Highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Comments: I had a customer email me this morning and say how easy it was to make a reservation and it reminded me how thankful I am to have found Gingr! This program has seriously added years onto my life!

I have a very small retreat on my property. I generally have between 7-14 dogs at a time and grew very quickly. I was really struggling to keep up with the phone calls, scheduling and vaccination records while also trying to build the business and work another full-time job. It was overwhelming to say the least.

When I started looking at software programs it was obvious that Gingr was the right choice. This software was created by people with experience running a boarding business and very talented and forward-thinking programmers.

They are constantly asking for feedback and suggestions and improving their product. They even have a Facebook group for all of us to share ideas and suggestions and sometimes make changes immediately! They find a way to help each of their customers, big and small. I cannot say enough about their customer service and how friendly and cool everyone is that works there.

I am so thankful to have found this program and don't know how I managed all of this before!

Comments: We love this new interface that we have with our clients. Running a boarding facility that is connected to a vet clinic provides for some small challenges for us. We have tried other systems for our boarding software, but most lack the forethought of what is needed for pets staying for longer than a day or two. Vet based client software is very medical focused doesn't have the fluffy, customer service related features that we, and our clients, like.
For the most part, Gingr is easy to use, puts things in a logical place and keeps records of what we need to know. Of course, with every piece of software, there may be some glitches or tweaks that could be made to make everyone happy. Gingr has a great support website that allows the support team to be open about future feature requests and has training videos so that you don't have to re-create the wheel. The support team has been there for us 100% in a very timely manner. We love the live chat option for being able to get in touch with them quickly if the need arises.
Gingr allows us to be able to communicate with our clients on a daily basis, letting them know how their pets are doing, allows us to keep information on file from the last stay, and send home pics when they do something great.
I would highly recommend Gignr to anyone looking for new boarding software.

Comments: Gingr is so easy to use very simple set up and daily running is very intuitive, it has given me back at least 2 hours a week from scheduling and rearranging. It is great that clients can look at their accounts make reservation requests and update their dogs information. This is less work for the staff and makes much more fluid day to day running. One client was so excited she did all her holiday bookings for the following year, over 8 bookings in total, and the best part is all we have to do is click once to accept the reservations. The customer service from the folks at Gingr is fast and efficient they have a series of videos and articles on how to use the system. They have a very quick turn around time on responding to questions, if you can't find the answer on the help site. The best thing for me is the security of knowing we are not missing any appointments, everyone is booked in, our days are running fully and smoothly and the 2-3 hours a week I was spending on "boring" but necessary office work can now be spent hands on with the dogs in the day care, a much happier and better use of my time. After looking at several different softwares offered and reviewed here we decided on Gingr because of the features it offers, standing appointments and the report cards being in the top two. We are very satisfied and the way the software works you can tell that they have had experience in the industry as so many of the features I was looking for we're ready and waiting for us to jump in and get to work.

Comments: Three months ago our business owner and professional trainer made the decision to expand into retail, grooming, boarding, day care and pet sitting. One of our first decisions was to purchase a POS and calendaring system. Unfortunately we did not know about Gingr at the time and while the POS worked very well, the calendaring system was awful. After only 4 weeks we made a move to a new system, Gingr. The transition was easy, quick and smooth given the fact that this business was still very young. Set up of Gingr fell squarely on my shoulders, and I can say that due to the dedication, professionalism and integrity of the staff at Gingr, the set up process has been a thoroughly pleasant experience, and exciting to see the various pieces fall into place. While Gingr is an outstanding program, it pales in comparison to it's founders and staff! Their dedication to getting you up and running is like no experience I have ever had ; their turn around time on a question or problem is nothing short of unbelievable; and while helping with all of this, they continue to address users ideas or issues with new features regularly. Comments: I am co-owner of K9 Loft, a multi-location daycare, boarding, grooming and pet supply business in Los Angeles. I also handle the IT for K9 Loft. When it comes to POS software for this industry, I've tried it all and this is my takeaway:

If you want to be stuck in the 90's and take your chances with a legacy product, there are dozens of options. But if you want a sleek, full-featured offering with new features and well thought out execution coupled with terrific support, then you will want to try Gingr.

It is hands down the best I've seen. It resides in the cloud and therefore handles multiple locations with ease and provides us with assurance that our data is safe as opposed to spinning on a solitary hard drive at each location. I've had hard drives fail in the past. Even with backups, it is not a fun experience to restore and get back up and running. Gingr takes that potential risk away for good!

Have you been to the Apple store? Do you want to offer your customers that type of experience? Gingr will allow you to do just that - have your staff check customers in and out with a tablet or iPod touch and get them away from behind the registers and engaging with your customers. Or, if you want, use a desktop/laptop. Both options work beautifully.

Other great features include integrated credit card processing, PCI compliant credit card storage and tokenization, emailed receipts, customer signatures on a tablet or iPod touch, no more paper receipts (unless you want that!). If you're a business owner, you know how important these things are and how they can make your day to day operations so much smoother.

For the busy grooming shop that is constantly on the phone calling customers to let them know their pet is ready for pick up, Gingr offers text/email notifications to customers with a simple click. No more missed phone calls or full customer voicemails.

Gingr also does the basics extremely well: grooming commission reports and many more, daycare package tracking, holiday rates, boarding black out dates, reorder reports for inventory, incident reports, feeding/medication logs, vaccination logs, specialized rates for customers, deposit tracking, and so much more.

I realize this is a long review, but I write this because I know what it's like to struggle with the current software offerings and am so happy I found Gingr. Maybe you will read this, try out Gingr, and it will be the beginning of a new start to your business.

Comments: I am the owner of K9 Loft, a doggy daycare facility with three locations in Los Angeles. We have been in business since 2007 and have always struggled to find a good software to manage our business. K9 Loft offers the following services: Daycare, Grooming, Boarding and Pet Supplies, so it has always been a struggle to find a software which could adequately manage everything. We have tried every software on the market and they have always let us down. Either it was too confusing to use for our employees or it just wasn't robust enough. Every year we would attend all the trade shows hoping to find a new software that could meet all of our needs but we were always disappointed by what we saw on the market.

Finally a few months ago we came across Gingr and decided to give it a try. Given our past experience we were not very hopeful. When I tried out Gingr's software I realized in the first few minutes that this was definitely a superior product. I noticed immediately how user friendly the software was. I was able to navigate it intuitively on my own and figure it out without any instruction. With all of the other software programs I needed several hours of tutoring and still struggled to figure it out. But with Ginger everything just flowed effortlessly.

I can't recommend this software enough. If you have a kennel, grooming shop or retail store you need to try this software. Its hands down the best one on the market.

Comments: A definite 5 star review. As a newer and quickly growing daycare/training/overnight care facility, we did a tonne of research on all of the the daycare/boarding management products available and are very happy we chose Gingr to help us manage and grow our business.

Gingr offers pretty much everything any doggy daycare/boarding/auxiliary service facility could ask for. Online booking, new client reservations, package tracking, group classes - so many man hours saved from our old manual system. It's fast, intuitive (read: easy to use once you get the basics) and any question or issue that we've had has either been answered or fixed super quickly or a good work around has been provided. The customer service is top rate - and FAST! The Gingr team is also very open to feedback and hearing what their clients need and want as they continue to develop and improve this already fantastic program.

On the client end, the user interface is well designed and our clients have all raved about the ease of registration and making reservations - even our not so computer savvy folks were easily able to get themselves set up and appreciate being able to make a reservation without the back and forth of phone calls/voicemail etc.

Comments: Initially I was reluctant to switch over to Gingr from the vast assortment of programs I had cobbled together for use over the past decade, but now that we're several months in, I don't even know that I could put together a comprehensive list of all the programs and apps Gingr has replaced for us. But beyond being a one-stop go-to for dog daycare/boarding businesses, it has also provided us with uses I had not imagined... Photo and video report cards easily generated and emailed/texted; remote monitoring of dog census at my two businesses; accepting payments and making reservations over smart phones while away from the business computer, tracking our "big-spenders" and auto-couponing clients we haven't seen in a while; auto-notifications of soon to be due vaccinations. Comments: We started using gingr for our dog daycare/boarding facility this year. We went from a paper calendar to this software. It is very user friendly, and easy to learn. It looks good, and is straight forward. Our customers love that they can schedule online, and that they can update their dog's information, see report cards, upload pictures, and add their own notes! The online scheduling saves us a great deal of time, instead of a long phone call, making a reservation is literally one click of the mouse! The best thing about gingr is the customer service! Aaron and Lee go above and beyond to quickly help with any problem, and are continually adding great new features. This is a new product, and there are some hiccups here and there, but any of them are solved almost immediately. Comments: I've worked in the kenneling industry for quite a few years now, and each reservation system has a few key useful aspects, and then about double the amount of critical flaws. Gingr is different, and excellent, because it was written by savvy folks who KNOW THE INDUSTRY from first hand management experience. They fully understand the flexibility we need to have for our customers (as this side of the of animal care industry IS hospitality, so flexibility to meet the demands and needs of customers is everything), and they also understand that the greatest utility of a reservation system is convenience for staff to use, anywhere in the facility. The software works wonderfully on all of our mobile devices we use for a variety of day to day business apps and communication. It logs everything real-time, so saving updates to guest profiles, health notes, appetite, incident reports, etc., is simple and headache free. It's also very fast to load and access. The built-in report card feature is a huge boon in communicating with our customers, which helps us build the trust with them that makes for a healthy customer-service relationship. We can send great and detailed updates to customers directly through the app, which takes out the extra steps of going through the email system, or the tedious hassle of trying to organize handwritten report cards for each dog. Overall, it's been an excellent choice of software for our facility.

Comments: I switched from one of the large kennel software companies to Gingr in January 2015. I had been using my other software for 8 years and was looking for something more feature rich. I would consider my facility fairly busy, averaging about 120 dogs per day.

Gingr has been amazing for its simplicity and intuitiveness. Not only did I make the switch with software, I hired two new receptionists in January. They both picked up the program in a day.

I love the fact that it's one click to check clients in and only a few to check them out. In a fast paced environment, that's priceless. That my clients have their own online portal to manage their information and reservations is life changing. I couldn't be happier.

Switching to relatively new application has not been without hiccups. This scenario never would be completely perfect. But the staff at Gingr has been so receptive and accommodating to my requests. I am hard pressed to think of a company that is more of a pleasure to do business with. I email daily with requests or suggestions and, no matter how trivial my idea, the support staff of Lee and Aaron are always prompt to reply and to help with my needs. I cannot say enough about them.

I would say that I am completely pleased with my decision to utilize Gingr. I can't wait to see what amazing things the future holds with this company!
