Pros: It is fast, free user friendly and easy to use and setup.

I have used several of the competitors but all of them lacked something even the paid version. I was amazed to find such great functionality and brilliant support.

I now use it all the time for my therapy business.

Thank you 10to8!

Cons: I least like it's inability to write appointments directly into my Google calendar. Having said that the work around is ok.

Great free software for small businesses.

Pros: It's free! It's easy to setup and easy to use. Clients love it. I was able to get rid of my daytimer.

Cons: Nothing really. Except that as a free user I don't have the same options as the paid versions. And paid versions could be cheaper.

Overall: Clients freedom to schedule their own appointments. My own freedom from answering phone calls and booking their appointments. Appointment reminders have reduced no-shows big-time!

Pros: User experience is good. Not difficult to find what I need and update. I don't receive a lot of people scheduling and this is my first scheduler so I don't know what I don't know... Still working with it but so far I'm satisfied.

Cons: Would rather it integrate with PayPal instead of having to set up a Stripe account. Would like the ability to manually change the positions of my services instead of them being alphabetical. Would like the BOOK NOW button to have the option to be renamed if I so choose. The app isn't robust enough for my needs. Can't find clients unless I enter a name so if I FORGOT someone's name, I'm beat.

Overall: Ability to link my iCal is huge and seeing any client notes to me when they schedule is important too.

Easy to use. Very good for small businesses just starting up.

Pros: Free for users when scheduling Up to 100 appointments. Easy to use. Let's you customize when to send reminders to clients.

Cons: The app has a glitch with dates when making an appointment or scheduling on the phone. When changing an appointment, the date and day does not match. Be careful when doing this using the app!

The only scheduling system I found that accepts credit card payments on a free tier. So awesome!

Pros: It accepts credit card payments, it links up to my Stripe account, I can set it up fairly simply, and it's free!

Cons: It's a little clunky, and it doesn't have some of the more advanced features that something like Acuity has, but for what I need, it totally works.

Lots of practical features for clients and users.

Pros: The landing page for clients is attractive and easily edited. I've trialled others and like 10to8 best.

Cons: Setting up availability is slow.
Using a Windows phone and need to go to desktop to resolve issues. Windows Phone problem, not 10to8

Pros: That I can set when text reminders are sent, it updates my diary immediately and links with Zapier for my accounts

Cons: No real downsides, a couple of clients have said it would be nice if they could automatically put the appt in their diary from the texts.

Overall: Automated system for diary, reminder texts and links to accounts

The website is relatively easy and I can send it out to others with ease.

Pros: My clients are able to schedule without going back and forth with me. I used to customize a schedule with each person and it got exhausting.

Cons: You have to "click" many things to accomplish a small task. There is no app. My clients have had difficulty with changing appointments and have chosen to make new ones and send me emails to have me cancel others. It was more confusing than helpful.

Very useful service - even the free plan!

Pros: I love the two-way sync to my personal calendar. This is so incredibly helpful and probably the most valuable feature.

Cons: The user interface is good, but could use some tweaks. I wish the side bar of the menu were a bit bigger sometimes.

Overall: I am able to more easily share my availability with people who want to book appointments with me, without the back-and-forth e-mails confirming dates and times. My availability changes from week to week with most events in my personal calendar. It's been so useful to send someone a link to see my available times versus sending a long message saying "I'm available Monday morning, Tuesday from 1 to 3, etc. It's helped my productivity a lot.

10to8 provides a plethora of features that are mostly easy to use and implement into my practice.

Pros: There's too many features to list that I like... I cannot name just ONE. So here's what I like most:
- SMS automation
- HTML Embed Widget
- Calendar syncing
- Lead Capture functionality and integration with MailChimp

Cons: I think the User Interface could use a facelift. It's just a little bulky, and you have to search around and explore to find the good features.

Overall: I get to schedule meetings with clients and prospects, which help to grow my business. I also get to implement this software with my own landing pages for my clients!

There are so many useful features with 10to8, that I highly recommend diving in and taking a look around at everything possible with this software!

It's a great platform for me to use and it shows the apt times in local time.

Pros: All the options for sharing the links, embedding, etc.... and the fact that my clients can see the appointments in their local time...which is great because I work with entrepreneurs the world round.

Cons: I really like this software....the only thing I can think of for improvements, is make sure when people book that the time clearly states AM or PM, so there's no confusion.

Overall: A sleek and easy way for my clients to book straight from my website...so they don't have to take extra steps ...I love the embedded forms.

Amazing software. It has made my Personal Training running so easy.

Pros: The best thing about is the sms/email reminder to clinent which results in 0% no show. Simply Amazing.

Cons: I would have like to have a session count to know how many PT session each client has had in a month.

Overall: 0% no show!!!

So far, my overall experience with this program has been positive.

Pros: The thing I like most about this software is that it syncs with my Google calendar so that all of my notifications are in one place.

Cons: The biggest difficulty I have come across so far is the inability to customize the order of the service types.

I also would prefer to be able to choose a background color so that it more seamlessly blends in to my web page.

Love 10to8 for its clean and easy to use interface!

Pros: Have had no issues from beginning to end with support staff, quick and helpful! Love the design for both computer and smartphones. Love how easy it is to connect with my customers and that so much can be set up automatically!

Pros: It is so user friendly for me, and for my customers who love it! I like that it is intuitive and uncomplicated to set up.

Cons: I find the mobile version, just a little tricky to use.....but I am searching for cons and appreciate this could be my lack of confidence on mobile apps.

Overall: As a self employed solo worker, I don't need to worry about missing bookings as my customers are directed to online booking.

Easy to use and does what I was looking for.

Pros: My students can bucks their own slots in office hours and it sends them reminders. It's made hosting office hours way smoother.

Cons: Some of the functions are hard-to-find. For example, I had to do some digging to find the settings that enable my students to cancel their own appointments. I think some of that backend controls could be a bit more intuitive.

Overall works well. Some pages take a long time or don't load at all.

Pros: Ability to personalise the pages. Would like to do more, but will have to wait until we upgrade for that.

Cons: When you reschedule an appointment it does not seem possible to change time zones when you try and recreate an appointment time.

Pros: My pupils can book when and where they like. Booking driving lessons has been easier since using the software.

Cons: Only issue is on the ipad, when i open the calendar. In the bottom right hand corner you have your chat function button. And this is the way of some of the commands for the bookings.

Overall: Ease of use for my pupils, give them a link and let them book lessons in.

Have not used much but till date has been good.

Pros: Easy to use with lots of options. Some very good features. Like the banner and layout. I like the fact that it allows free transactions every month which will get a lot of customers started with the app.

Cons: Should have features like Calendly. Issues with firefox. Works fine with chrome.

Pros: I really like the user friendly website and software. 10to8 has helped my clients schedule appointments according to my schedule.

Cons: I would like to see a month's view of the appointments scheduled. I would also like an app to manage my appointments and calendar. Trouble seeing scheduled appointment on my mobile google calendar.

Pros: I love being able to embed a scheduling widget on my own website and my clients seem to have few difficulties using it. Google Calendar sync is obviously an essential and works quite well.

Cons: Inability to sync with multiple Google Calendars (e.g., for different locations) is unfortunate. Biggest disappointment, though, is that the lowest price-point for a non-free plan is still prohibitively expensive for solo entrepreneurs. There's no way to pay for only the functionality I want to use, so I'm left with only the free version. I've never had to struggle to get a company to accept money from me before.

Overall: Helps with scheduling single lessons. Not worth the price to use for all recurring lessons not willing to pay that much.

Simple product with nice functionality. Takes a wee bit of a learning curve to figure it out.

Pros: Affordable and straight forward with features. They offer a free version for the small time people such as myself. I can really use a tool like this, but I'm not big enough at the moment to roll out a full pay subscription.

Cons: Ease of blocking calendar isn't where I would hope it would be. The exception section of where you add additional days/times not available doesn't sort by date, old blocked times don't go away. It's a bit confusing.

Overall: This gives me the ability to schedule time with clients where they can see my schedule and they can book a time that will fit theirs as well. A win-win situation.

Pros: You can set up services completely to your needs. Almost anything you can think of is already part of the service. Relatively easy to set up. Very friendly and quick service.

Cons: The usability could be improved a bit. A little more streamlined setup procedure and using the calendar could be more drag 'n drop. Design of the calendar is good. Settings could still benefit from a little makeover (creating it a bit more structure and a sleeker design).

Overall: Very complete and customizable service

Pros: 10to8 offers all the features (email and text message notification as well as booking and confirmation) all in one place. Our customers have enjoyed getting text confirmations and the feedback has been great!

Cons: Setting up the different services with different providers was a little difficult to navigate at first. Easier now after some getting used to the software.

Overall: Easier appointment confirmations and up to date services for our customers!

Pros: I like that it was easy to customize. I also like that I have the ability to confirm appointments. I receive a lot of emails to make sure the service is going well which is helpful. My clients have found it quite easy to book in.

Cons: Some clients have had a problem making appointments when it comes to putting their phone number in. It won't let them switch to the correct country. I have also had a couple glitches when signing in. I have had to reset my password a few times when using the correct password. Also the calendar doesn't always load and I need to keep refreshing the page until it does. I would love there to be an app for the program that operators and clients could use with ease.

Pros: Great for scheduling and takes out a lot of manual steps involved in team communicating. Clients get reminders on phone and email in a customisable way.

Cons: There are a few bugs when I am scheduling an appointment where I cannot see some fields. Specifically when I am trying to change an appointment from a proposition to a confirmed appointment I find it is not very intuitive on how to do so.

Overall: Extremely easy scheduling.

Pros: It took me about an hour to set up my calendar and the single service I need. A very straightforward and clear design, so I just worked my way through the different fields and hey, I had a link which I was able to share with my target audience.

I particularly like I can set up a link to my calendar (iCal) on my Mac, so I don't have to worry about keeping both synchronised. It happens automatically and that is a huge boon to me.

Overall: It's very easy to set up and as a sole trader, that's important to me. It's reliable and my target audience, Kickstarter backers, seem happy enough to use it.

Very pleased in how 10to8 focuses on customer satisfaction.

Pros: That it interlaced with other calenders and apps. I like how I am able to combine my schedule for school and other appointments into this calender to avoid over lapping of appts.

Cons: As you develop more features come out. Sometimes the app seems limited, but so far it's making great progress.

Pros: No-show rate lowered significantly. Easy to use for me and clients rave about how handy it is to book appointments and they like the reminders.

Cons: It would be nice to get a better monthly view. Flagging no-shows would be nice to make sure they do not try to rebook. Also, it would be nice to have an new appointment availability button. What I mean is that I have to use the page the customers use to look for the next available date. It would be nice to have it in the software.

Overall: Business increase.

Excellent so far. I love it and my clients do too. Just made my business life 100% easier.

Pros: The system looks great, is customizable, and seems to have great customer support (have never had to use it personally). I work at the college and use it to make appointments with students; it's great because they can access my calendar via a simple link, without having to play phone or email tag. I love the calendar sync feature and was thrilled to find that option for free, unlike with some other services.

Cons: I do wish there was more text/email messaging customization offered (I'm on the free version and am not able to pay for some of the upgrades).

With the exception of figuring out some settings (time zone) and how to work the messaging, Great!

Pros: The automatic reminders for my clients is very useful. It minimizes the amount of no shows and it makes us look very professional when we 'send' reminders to our customers.

Cons: The app on my iphone doesn't work as a stand alone... need to use the Safari app to run 10to8. Aside from that, the software is really nice and the cost for what we use it for is superb. Thank you!!

Overall: A professional service offered to our clients to remind them to arrive for their appointments. A really nice feature to offer and the cost is ideal for a small business.

Pros: This has improved my ability to serve my customers! No more forgotten appts or emails back and forth to set up a time and date.

Cons: I would like to be able to change recurring appts.
While it integrates well with my google calendar some appts get duplicated. It's not a huge issue though.

Pros: It doesn't cost anything and my clients find it easy to use. I can easily create different categories of appointments.

Cons: It can be difficult to change the holiday time/extended hours because it auto populates as you are trying to enter a date and time

I was so happy when I found 10to8! It solved all my needs just starting out and was super simple.

Pros: I was impressed with the functionality, especially at the price point (free, in my case). I love that you can integrate it with Stripe and other automation software.

Pros: I like that it is free and provides information on how to share info and email campaigns. Also very handy with links to share via social media sites.

Cons: I really dislike that Stripe is the only payment form available. Would really rather use PayPal as it is already used and familiar with most people. Also, recently I had an issue where I had changed a service option's fee . Because my account is connect to Stripe, this caused a "glitch". Marcel informed my I needed to connect my account to Stripe to avoid this glitch. I don't wish to use Stripe and this should not be a requisite of using this software.

Overall: Free scheduling, email campaigns

Pros: The software helps us a lot with scheduling and avoiding no-shows. Patients love the text reminders, and we love that they show up to their appointments.

Cons: I actually really like this service. It's hard to find bad things. Doing a great job! If I had to say something is a con it would be that each text message to the clients comes from a different phone number each time. That confuses people sometimes.

Overall: Low overhead cost, less no-shows, and ease of scheduling.

Overall very good and I am fortunate to have found the service.

Pros: I am very happy that the site has now been optimized to use on my phone. That's excellent. It wasn't that way previously. I like that it is no cost.

Cons: I wish that if someone left a message for me on the system that I could get an email to that effect. Also, I wish I could have the reminders sent with my name on the top instead of 10to8 even though I don't do online scheduling.

Overall: feeling more secure that folks remember their appts and feeling more entitled to charge them if they forget

Pros: I love the reminders and text through the booking system. The email campaign was nice too. I love the Facebook book now button.

Cons: The software was glitchy and wouldn't pull up correctly on some devices. My clients try to use the book now and book themselves but it was a little difficult to do and sometimes won't allow their phone number. The way a grooming salon works we take multiple clients at a time and that proved difficult with this system.

Pros: 10to8 has saved me a ton of time. I used to go back and forth with clients to get them scheduled, and now I just send them a link to my website and they're able to book what they want themselves while I get back to work.

Cons: I do wish that I could choose the order in which the services are offered; right now it's alphabetical, so I have to choose my names wisely.

Pros: Easy to use, user friendly interface and my clients enjoy the convenience of it. Also, I LOVE that it alerts my clients of upcoming appointments, which makes my life easier.

Cons: Inability to see time I block off on my iPhone calendar.
Also, for some reason I can not add new customers or even scroll down to book appointments for clients who have names that start with any letter that follows B in the alphabet on my iPhone,

Pros: I love that I can set up regular hours and then also block off time for the hours that I can't work. I also love that my clients can do all of the scheduling themselves, and even get notifications and reminders about appointments. The interface is easy, and I also love that I can add a "book now" button to my homepage.

Cons: One thing I am struggling with is how to set up two different calendars for two different locations where I am doing healings in (LA and Santa Barbara). But since the customer support at 10to8 is so wonderful, I already have a service call set up with one of the technicians to troubleshoot the issue.

Overall: A lot more organization and professionalism! And I have already recommended it to several other healers in my network.

Pros: The ability to change tarif works really well for me. When I've had to use it The customer support has been pretty good.

Cons: I can't personalise it enough for my needs so use it in a very basic way. I run baby and swimming groups and I want to book blocks (say 10 classes) and it's not really set up for that. Nor is it set up to be able to SMS everyone say if a class is cancelled. Oh, and I'd love to have extra boxes so people HAVE to say they have no medical conditions etc.

Overall: Payment system - a lot easier to refund than through paypal

Pros: How easy it is to use - I am a tecno-phobe and can use it easily use both the app and online feature, I rarely have any no-shows and my clients love the reminder service

Pros: My clients love that they get reminders of their appointments in such a busy world. I love that they remember to come to the appointment.

Cons: I find that in is not always easy for the client to change/reschedule their appointments online. I find that they are able to create multiple accounts (when booking online). This makes it harder to keep track of my clients appointments.

So simple, easy to set up and manage and the support is incredible. I wouldn't be without it!

Pros: Ease of use. It syncs with my calendar. It syncs with other apps so I can take payments online and submit mail shots. It links to my website and to Facebook. I can communicate with customer via it very easily. I get instant notifications when appts are made. It's very proactive for my business.

Cons: I feel a bit cheeky saying this as I'm using the free version, but I don't see the value in the upgraded version considering the price of it. I've tried the upgraded version and it didn't give me anything else that I needed. However, I am a very small-scale business. If my business was larger then I would likely need to be able to book more appointments and may want to have my own branding, but just for that and at this moment, I don't need it.

Customer service is exceptional ! Product needs improving.

Pros: I like that it's free to try, once my business takes off, I can invest in a better plan and I'm already very comfortable to use it.

Cons: There are just little things that can be modified in order to be better. For example, the calendar view could be "zoomed out" so that we can see the whole day, the whole week or whole month without having to scroll up and down or left to right. Also, it could be easier to add a "time zone option" to clients. I work with clients in different times zones and it could be confusing. So when I book the client at 3 pm ET in my calendar, I want the appointment reminders for her to be 12 pm PT. Finally, when I create a new client, I would like to have a different box for Name and Surname to avoid confusion. Thank you!

Overall: I really appreciate this software and my clients can book appointments directly on my website.

I think that having 10to8 make a one man healing practice look very professional.

Pros: It is easy and understandable to setup. User friendly even if one does not uses all the options available.

Cons: When using the software with Neal's Yard Remedies in Bath I do not get any notification if one of my clients cancels or changes their appointment through NY rather than through me. I have had several occasions when I thought my day was full only to find out this was not the case! Both the practitioner and the booking centre should receive the notification of changes occurring.
I am also wondering about how easy it is for potential costumers to read feedbacks left by other customers.

Pros: does everything that I would ever want: text reminders to clients, syncing schedule to my personal calendar, and an easy sign up form that I put right on my website

Cons: its sometimes hard to find the setting I need to adjust. I usually have to check a few tabs before finding the right setting. Also, you cant mass-adjust appointments. For example if someone who comes every week wants to change their time a half-hour earlier, it takes alot of time to do this for every appointment

Pros: It has made scheduling a breeze for our staff and our clients. Once you get everything setup it's great to be able to just have appointments pop-up in your calendar and let us no longer have to spend so much time on the back and forth of scheduling/rescheduling/canceling.

Cons: The setup is a bit confusing initially. The customization options are a bit of a hassle even under the paid plans.

Overall: It has saved us a ton of time and energy that used to be devoted to arranging interviews. It's also made the entire process much more reliable now with automated booking, reminders, etc.

Using the free version, which is excellent.

Pros: It's easy to set up, customise, and use. I can make changes easily, and share the booking link. Lots of great features in the free version.

Cons: That the free version doesn't link with my Google calendar (which I totally understand) and that it's confusing for clients who want to book but pay later - very few of them find/see the "skip payment" option. Also setting up group services is a bit confusing and the instructions on the help page are vague and odd that I can't book a client for a group class the same way I can for a regular service.

Very easy to use. Customer support are friendly, features are very easy to manage. Highly recommend.

Pros: I like the fact it's simple and easy to book clients in, and add new clients.
I like that it shows all the appointments on the calendar clearly.

Cons: When using the app, it sometimes crashes when I try to change an existing booking. It also doesn't show me the details when a client requests to change their appointment, only that they've requested to change and I can either accept or decline that change but without knowing what they want to change it to. Overall I think the app needs a lot more work to make it streamline like the webpage.
I also feel that I would benefit from an alert/text message to say that a client has requested to book/change/cancel etc.

10to8 has meant that my client no-shows have reduced markedly.

Pros: 10to8 sends a confirmation text message on booking and then 24 hours prior to the appointment. This gives clients needed information and a reminder regarding their treatment time and location. They get all the information needed by following the provided link to my online diary. This means that they can view and change their appointment with my final approval.

Cons: 10to8 will if you push it allow you to double booked yourself with two clients. Often when working we don't have the time to overview Shape of the day and force the booking to be accepted.

Overall: Less no shows and less time spent amending clients bookings. This time saved is very valuable.

We LOVE our 10to8 :-) Professional, simple, packed full of features - simply wouldn't be without it!

Pros: Free, love the text, email reminders to customer, quite easy to use, great customer service. It is easy to change appointments and that I can use it on my phone too

Cons: Not able to put a buffer time before AND after an appt. I need this I link 10 to 8 with my Google calendar. If I book something in the Google Calendar I have to make sure I add buffer as 10 to 8 will take the next slot - leaving me no time between appts. I don't put my personal appts on 10 to 8.

Overall: Ease of managing appointments

Largely better than expected. Could not run the business without this fab tool.

Pros: The ease of use for the staff and the customers. Colour coding, app use. Feedback forms. I honestly love it!

Cons: There really is anything I would change if I had to be really picky, it was be easier to view all notes on the thread instead of having to back into previous notes to read them but that's really not a problem. Also it would be good to have a set box of a date, for us it would be their wedding date or for others it could be the clients birthday

Overall: Being able to see all our appointments and outcome even when not on site. The stuff can add notes on each client and we can follow up without having to constantly call the shop. We can manage all booking and make bookings again even if not on site. It saves all our data which make us more green and it's just simply a fabulous product.

Pros: It's the cheapest option by a long shot that offers google calendar sync, pre-booking credit card collection, and an imbedded widget. Altogether a fantastic value that hits most of the best features of bigger, more expensive services like Square.

Cons: There are sometimes some syncing issues between this calendar and my google calendar, and the occasional bug where I am not sent notification of a new appointment. These are few and far between, however.

Overall: Loads of great features at a fraction of the price of Square or other comparable booking site options. The best value that I was able to find after months of research and experimentation.

Pros: I can set it and forget about it. It syncs beautifully with my email calendar. When a student books an appointment, I must confirm it before the meeting is scheduled. Students receive text reminders so I rarely have no-shows anymore!

Cons: I wish there were an easy way to create simultaneous appointments in special cases. For example, if I need be available for office hours, I create an appointment for that, but then I can schedule additional appointments for that time. This occurs rarely, though.

Overall: It's so easy to create appointments. I don't have to constantly tell people all the times when I'm available. Also, I have few no-shows because of the text reminders.

This has been the best tool to help run my private practice. It saves me time, money and stress!

Pros: The reminders sent automatically to clients and ease of scheduling for them allows them to make appointments whenever they have time to compare their schedule to mine.

Cons: It's frustrating to not be able to "clear" a preset blocked time if something becomes available. I'd like to be able to just change, just as an example one open Tuesday, and the other Tuesday's are blocked out; or, open times as needed, if I happen to have a change in my availability that day or week.

Pros: I find this software very simple to use and the fact that is free, makes it more great. I love the fact that this software is not just for scheduling, you can write personal messages to your clients and the reminder emails and texts have made my work so much easier.

Cons: I cant think of anything major. I find that sometime the setting information gets deleted and it needs to get updated.

Pros: The software is perfect for my massage therapy practice. As a sole proprietor it is difficult to find an affordable solution for scheduling that sends appointment reminders automatically and offers exemplary customer service. I love that there is a free option that includes 100 appointments per month and an option to increase as your business grows.

Cons: The mobile app for the software still does not function and has not since I downloaded it over a year ago.

Overall: I use the software to schedule appointments for clients, and to send reminders.

Pros: That you offer so much for free. I'm thinking of upgrading to get more features as my company grows. I signed up when I first started offering coaching services, and the company has grown rather quickly.

Cons: My clients have trouble booking and changing appointments. Sometimes the link works and sometimes it doesn't. Also, neither I nor my assistant can get the 10to8 calendar to sync with my Google calendar and this is becoming a critical functionality for me to have.

Pros: I love that the software is free for fewer than 100 appointments made per month. I can't wait until I "have to" pay for more, since it's so easy to use!

Cons: I would love to see patient down times introduced to the software. I run two rooms in my acupuncture practice. I spend 30 minutes with a patient and then they rest for 30 minutes with needles in while I spend 30 minutes with the next patient. I've worked around the fact that the appointment looks like it's only 30 minutes instead of the 60 that it actually is, but it would be nice if the software could account for it. I switched to 10to8 from StyleSeat (they went downhill) that had this feature, and it was much less confusing for patients.

Overall: Simple, inexpensive, reliable online scheduling for my patients! Even when I'll have to pay for the more than 100 appointments in a month, the cost is STILL more economical than other service providers.

10to8 is the only software that I have found that is reliable for our patients.

You're not just booking people in, you can write personal messages to them in the reminder emails and texts that they automatically get but you can also make your own private notes on the system. Everyone has turned up for their appointment and one client said what a brilliant system it was because it did remind her to come. You can personalise things to your taste and colour code things. People can contact you via this system and even pay if they want to. There's online help available and You will be alerted if people make appointments or contact you. So many other features. In a nutshell 10 to 8 helps you provide a fast, efficient and professional service which reduces no shows and encourages people to attend their appointment. If you want you can even get reviews and ratings from clients after an appointment about your service

Overall: I have tried a few scheduling software.. I was using a tool which lets you compare over 50 or 80 such software side by side.... I ended up with 10to8, because it offers a lot of features and flexibility. You can even text people reminders of the appt.. it was easy to set up. The people who makes the appt. do not need to set up an account, like some other softwares.. Generous with the free offer. I would like branding option, but the pricing is over my budget. Will be nice if we can choose the banner picture with the free option. Thanks.

Overall: I have been searching for a scheduling system and checking out reviews and through my research found that 10to8 is the best option. It seems much more professional and less pushy and loud than most others - and this suits my needs for my professional practice. Further, huge credit to Marcel at 10to8 who made sure my questions were answered in a way that made sense to me. He understood what I was asking! He was very clear in explaining, and 10to8 has proven very easily navigable that before long I had a working integration with my exchange calendar. (Another scheduler's customer support person could only parrot back what I had asked and send links to articles that contained some of the words I was using but could NOT answer in a meaningful way). Professional, pragmatic, clean visuals, strong intuitiveness for users, an all around excellent scheduler. Thank you 10to8.

Comments: I needed to upgrade my image and services recently and one of the things that came across loud and clear was the advantage of an online booking system. I looked long and hard before I found 10to8 and it was almost almost too good to be true. It let's me and my clients manage, individual appointments, group bookings, long and short training courses and I can schedule time for meetings or personal appointments on one very easy to use platform. The set up was so simple I managed it in an afternoon. The 10to8 team were on hand and helpful but not pushy or overwhelming. 10to8 even opened the door to online payments for me. Something I'd stayed away from because I was worried about cost and time. I needn't have been. 10to8 have done all the work and put the links in place to make this a really seamless operation. I'm still very new to all this but my clients don't know that. Feedback from them says it's all really easy to use and they love the appointment reminders. It makes their life much easier too.
What I hadn't expected was to find myself being more creative and innovative within my business. It just seems so much easier to set up a new service and take a few risks with courses and new ideas because I can such great feedback via the booking service. No more wasted time running a course for a few people and hoping some turn up who haven't already booked. Easy communication with existing clients. So much more to explore but I'm looking forward to it and when I'm ready to expand and grow I know 10to8 will be part of it.

Comments: Give this program a try. I was looking for an easy way for my students to schedule appointments with me without them having to call our receptionist and answer a bunch of questions about what they want. I was able to set up two types of sessions: 1 hour consultation or 1/2 hour follow up. Every student so far has stated that it was really easy and convenient to use. The students also receive 2 reminders about the appointment, thus minimizing the number of no shows. I have only been using this for one week, but so far I have found this to be an excellent solution to my need.

Comments: I am a low-volume user on the free version, but if I had the type of business and volume I would see it as worth paying for. Once my client is booked in they get a message that an appointment has been made for them, then they get two reminders - the day before and the day of the appointment. This also gives me peace of mind that I don't have to send out messages the day before to remind people because I know it will already be done. It's very user friendly and self explanatory even for a for a complete technophobe like me.
If I have a question I send an e-mail and I get a reply quickly - brilliant!
I completely recommend 10 to 8 to my friends who need to keep track of clients and appointments.

Overall: I highly recommend 10to8 for their business online booking system. It works extremely well and the customer serve that I've received has been tremendous. It is generous with its free package offering tremendous advantages for business like mine that are new to using a service such as this one.
